Comfortable clean room, adequate for short stays and not expensive. Room big enough with good bathroom & separate toilet. Wifi worked. Good & adequate breakfast. Will stay again if in the vicinity. No children or cartoon programme on the TV..

Clean, new building and good status,, friendly staff, fitness room, all functional and nice breakfast. Large parking. Thank you to the team. I would definitly recommend. Situation is not great for town and slightly difficult to find.

« Never got my money back from a cancellation that wasn't my fault »

Not happy that because of Ryan air cancelling flights I wasn't able to get a refund for my stay. Obviously not my fault I couldn't arrive. Now I'm £200 out of pocket. Thought members would be treated better.

nice hotel, only thing that could be better is that there is no bath tub but only a shower. Secondly the airco makes a lot of noice. Otherwise i love the ibis style hotels with their fresh colours.

« Appalling treatment by manager and accused of stealing »

Arrived and despite having asked for ground floor rooms and booked two together my friend and I were on the second floor and at opposite ends of the hotel. I am disabled and my friend helps me with various issues. We asked for extra towels as I was showering in her room so she could help me afterwards but the manager refused as we have 'four in each room'. So instead I took two from my room to hers and showered there. I left them in her room thinking nothing of it. The next morning housekeeping replace my two remaining towels with clean ones and removed six from her room and replaced with four. I thought nothing of it until after paying on the morning of check out the receptionist asked to speak with me privately (we were eating breakfast). I went through to reception and was told housekeeping had reported missing towels. The receptionist herself was nice and friendly however the manager who claimed to speak no English although he appeared to understand everything jumped in and accused me of lying. He wanted to check the towels in our room that morning which of course were two short as we had not been replaced 2 and 6 which were removed. He would not accept my explanation and said the two towels were missing. I called my friend over and she confirmed what had happened. He still refused to accept this simple explanation. I became upset. I am a lawyer and have never stolen an item in my life let alone two low quality towels from a budget hotel. I am also disabled and live my life having to make adjustments all the time. We have used this hotel several times in the past but will never use it again after the way we were spoken to and accused.

« Manager is not an asset to this hotel! »

As usual my room was very nice. I took 3 friends but I will not be returning to this hotel. One of my party was accused of stealing 2 towels when in fact because she is disabled she had just had her shower in a friends room and left the 2 wet towels there. Managers behaviour was simply disgusting and embarrassing from my friend who was totally innocent but was not allowed to explain. Nice hotel, lovely receptionists but the Manager is a bombastic bigot with no social or people skills. Accor hotels - Wake up and get rid of this manager

-decent sized room and lovely breakfast; the only downside was that there was only one person at reception at any given time and that person also seemed to have to supervise the breakfast (i.e. making sure supplies didn't run out, etc.), which meant that there was a bit of waiting time for people to check out
