Our overall stay was very enjoyable and the staff were very pleasant at all times. With our extended stay our dinning was limited due to the menu remaining the same each night with only one dinning area being active.

FIRST TIME TO BLUE MOUNTAINS STAFF WERElovely buy wished you had hook up with jenolan caves so we could do tour from fairmont we enjoyed hop on hop off bus trips daily and magic scenery couldnt find the lake on cover of fairmont book but was advised its going to be a skating ring

Enjoyable only complaint is the bathroom facilities are lacking for people who have problems getting into the shower over the bath as I am 6 feet 4 inches tall and 76 years of age which was air of a challenge

We had a very positive experience. We had dinner at the golf club one night, afternoon drinks in the in the little café area and dinner at the Fairmont the following night. Breakfast was great and the childrens play area as fabulous to burn off that afternoon energy.

Nice but could have been so much nicer. I love that you are a nice hotel and pet friendly as there is a lack of these in Australia. However you can't take your pet to dine anywhere with you???!!! Kind of spoils it. The housekeeping was mediocre yet I was charged $50 per day extra for the pet cleaning yet they dint even wipe down the tables or clean the room when they did service it.

Was a weekend away in the Blue Mountains. I enjoyed the vast variety the property had, really unexpected. I didn't expect it to be such a popular family destination with so many small children, but that is not a deterrent, just an observation. The hotel had some really special qualities; the view (of course), the great fireplaces, the restaurant menus (Eucalypt and Embers) both seemed great though we didn't get to try, the bed was lovely. There are also some areas for improvement. The rooms felt dated to me. Our shower head did not stay up easily, we had to kind of gingerly get it to stay up so we could shower and the angle for that sort of tub enclosure was not ideal anyway. The breakfast buffet was not very good in our opinion. We were very disappointed there. Water was not replaced in our room when cleaning the next day and we do like to have water a lot. So a few things that stood out. The spa was lovely. We had a great treatment on the Saturday in a couples room. The staff and the treatment itself were amazing. Overall, I would say it was ok, but to be honest I would not rush to go back to that property.

Ok. Wasn't offered an upgrade ( gold Accor card) restaurant was booked out on a Sunday night and could only book after 8pm
