The 103 rooms including 7 suites are decorated with frescoes composed of decor found at the site and positioned above the beds, pearly chandeliers that bring the 1970s to mind, shades of white and gray highlighted by blue, and make Precious materials such as wool, waxed linen, mat and satin adorn the windows, sofas and chairs. The curtains can be drawn completely around the room to create a cozy cocoon away from the noise in an intimate acoustic.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Your concierge was very attentive with getting our car and luggage. However your front desk could have paid more attention that we had a young daughter traveling with us. We requested for bath robe for her but this was not delivered. You have a lovely spa and seawater pool. But when we went to enjoy the pool, one of your pools were closed for the use of one spa appointment, which caused all the other guests to crowd into the other pool. That was not very nice experience. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay except for the rain.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. The rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of room for your stuff. Bed was very comfortable. Easy walking distance to great Cafe's and good food. Breakfast was very expensive I thought. Not knowing any better I paid for parking from a machine in the parking lot every day which was expensive. When i checked out there was a charge for parking on the bill. When i told the young lady what I had done she immediately refunded the parking on my bill. Great service.

We were very pleased with our stay at Cures Marines. The rooms were large and comfortable and the service from your staff was generally attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the selection was large and fresh and the staff was ready for us. The two areas we found lacking was the service at dinner on the patio and the view of our room (which was of the inner courtyard).

I was quite surprised when I arrived with the hotel. It looks lovely. Best service in hotel is definitely the concierge, just amazing especially Sam. Voiturier was good too. Good reception even if I found the Platinium desk didn’t have any chairs and you standing up while checking in. My big deception goes to the size of the room, still not convinced it was 30m2. They are functional but if I don’t go back to the hotel in future this is due to that. We even couldn’t put all our clothes we had for 3 days in.. imagine if I come for 10 days! Will have most of clothes on floor. What surprised me is that the Luxury room at Sofitel St James London are 26m2 and are much bigger! Also DeLuxe room are same size but more expensive?.... Another thing strange is that no small bottles of water were on your side bed in the evening after the turn down service. Breakfast was very good for the buffet but very slow for service. Sorry this is management fault as it wasn’t enough staffs. Outside bar service.... dreadful! Nobody there. We wait 30 min until I decided to go inside and find only one waiter for everything. Is that 5* service?.. so many peoples sat and went. Also summer bar is closed in August? When is the summer for you? Menu at the 2 restaurants didn’t impressed me, too many mixed things and not plain enough. But this is only me. Overall I enjoy the situation and my stay, but this is not what I would call a five star.

Excellent find somewhere you feel spoilt. Excellent position, parking available. Trouville is well worth a visit only a short hop to Deauville and Honfleur. Enjoy the hotel and ambiance of the area around. A short trip from Calais.

Overall a great experience! We arrived earlier and were granted the early checking with smiles. Travelling with young child, we requested a baby bed and the room was actually prepared with bed, changing mattress, bottle heater, baby bath tub ...This was very thoughtful. Staff was very responsive and attentive when we needed extra services during our stay for our child. The room is of decent size, bed very comfortable. Some amenities that we expect from this hotel class were missing (toothbrush, hair comb, etc...). Facilities were great! We enjoyed the salt water pool as well as the Spa facilities. We take the opportunity to try Le 1912 Restaurant and the experience was truly memorable and definitively a rich contributor to the overall staying experience. Breakfast in the Ephemere brasserie was also enjoyable; the view from high ceiling windows facing the sea is setting the good mood for the day. Although the choices were not vast, the foods (sourced from local producers and mostly organic) are of good quality. Location is just by the beach and a few minutes’ walk to various local shops and restaurants. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy a staycation, and the welcoming gestures were much appreciated We will definitively come back in the near future.

We had booked a superior sea view room. It was very pleasant, if a little small, and we were a bit surprised that the bathroom only had a shower and not a bath, as you are a five star hotel. We were somewhat surprised to get an automated email after we had checked in to say that our dinner reservation had been cancelled for the 1912 restaurant, particularly as the receptionist had confirmed it when we arrived. We tried to ring the restaurant - no reply, so I went down and saw the sommelier who was completely puzzled as he was preparing our table! We went down to the restaurant at 20h00 and the experience was perfect - wonderful food - the lobster particularly so - and excellent wines - the Condrieu was superb, as was the Rose Champagne - the service was faultless. The sommelier was utterly charming - a great ambassador for the Hotel! The concierge arranged for our car to be parked underground which was excellent as it had very many cases of wine inside and the handling of the luggage and the car was very good. The Reception team were extremely pleasant and very helpful and were quite happy to speak with me in French and not English!

Good service, Nice experience and comfortable. Breakfast was Great and Goid quality. The only backdraws. Brasserie outdior very slow service. The service was Goid but took way too long. When it comes too facilities, outdoor pool would be completed for full 5 stars. Also missing a balcony or terrace, otherwise very delight decorated room and very clean.

I spent a wonderful week at the Cures Marines Thalassa & Spa in Trouville sur mer. All the staff were accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Always service with a smile from the concierge to housekeeping to the restaurant to the lobby. We had a few challenges but the speed in which the staff responded was impressive. Customer service at its best. The location of the hotel was fabulous. Loved just walking 100 yards to the beach. And the sea water pool and spa area relaxing. Being the summer holiday season, there were times when I wished there were fewer kids in the pool as they were noisy! I wonder if you would consider kids only at certain times of the day to allow adults the relaxation space to be enjoyed to the full. As I was travelling with my elderly mum, we ate often at the hotel, in the Brasserie. I was disappointed. Loved the breakfasts but the dinners less. I found the room on the small side; I expected a larger superior room. I travel a lot. For a 5*, it was small. And the open plan bathroom was challenging for my mother but she adapted; loved all the cupboard space and the douche italienne was wonderful. A special thanks to all the concierge team and housekeeping who were helpful and friendly and the lovely waitresses at breakfast!
