« Poor service »

We entered to the hotel, and the front desk said that we don have reservations. Although we booked the room lot time ago, and did web check in day before. We ordered junior suite and received regular room. It was catastrophic . It was different stuff from the last time (2 weeks before) and it was like different hotel. In the morning the 2 coffee mashies was broken. And no one fix it. It was my First time ever without coffee. The children wanted pancakes. But it was finished and no one fil it out.

« Very clean room,comfortable bed,very clean bath room and I liked the lighting »

I appreciated a clean room and bathroom and a comfortable bed.The room was a good size not pokey.In the bathroom I wasn’t sure which side of the bin was for general rubbish and recycling.When coming to stay one night I appreciated that it was quiet out side the room ie no noisy guests.

ordinary. booking said check in after 12 noon. I phoned at approx 12.15 and said we would be there at about 1.00-1.30. We got there at closer to 2pm and was told at check in that our room (Junior Suite - which would be regarded as a 2 star room in any other hotel - no facilities other than a bed and pull out lounge for a 2nd bed) would not be ready for another hour (person could not understand/speak English very well). Waited the one hour went back to reception. Another person there who looked up the computer and said that the room was always available and that the previous person did not understand because of the language problem!! While he apologised it was very ordinary and means we would probably not book with IBIS again (and is a poor reflection on Accor generally)

Pleasant room, comfortable bed. One drawback though: from the CDGVAL shuttle terminal to the hotel, there is no smooth pathway, pulling a suitcase along the PAVED pathway is not easy

We had a great 24hours at Ibis Styles in PCDG. We were very unhappy about missing our flight to Doha but as soon as we walked into the hotel we felt welcome and we were very charmed by the staff and by the decor. So cool! Like staying in a space station! Totally geeky.

Very nice and enjoyable. Spacious and very clean room. Food in the restaurant satisfactory. * There was not door at the shower which caused water splashing all over bathroom and even leaking out to the room.

« Nice hotel, friendly staff, but long wait at check-in »

Arrived at the hotel, with a long queue at the check-in counter. Saw that there's a priority queue for Le Club Gold, so went to the desk to wait for someone to come by. But no one came about, and the restaurant staff unhappily told me she's only responsible for the restaurant. If there's not sufficient staff to man the counter, it would be best to not even provide the counter to give your customer wrong expectation. Then I am an ibis Business Card holder, which I should get free drink for the rooms I booked. It was not offered, and I did not ask too because the check-in guy was already exceptionally busy, with a long queue behind me. And a staff also just unlocked my colleague's room, and came into the room. Saw her, the only response she got was

« Comfortable stay »

Short walk from Terminal 3. Reception sign not clearly displayed but found entrance to hotel after short detour. Check in was efficient and reception staff very cordial. Room was adequate size, bed and pillows comfortable and very good sound proofing meant an undisturbed night’s sleep. Shower was lovely. Continental breakfast was good. Would stay again if in the area.

Was about to fly to US the following day and my ESTA documentation was not valid and I had to request a new one during the night : - Wifi connection was perfect - Front desk has been fully helpful to get my ESTA document properly printed. Great team. Thanks

what a nightmare to find this hotel.. No instructions were sent to get here, but there are 3 or 4 Ibis hotels around CDG. In future would be helpful to inform people how to get to the hotel..

« Weak air conditioning, inadequate restaurant. »

The restaurant opened at 7pm. I arrived at 7:15pm to eat dinner. I was told that I needed a reservation. Nowhere in the room does it say a reservation is needed to eat dinner. I asked when the earliest available time was and was told I couldn't eat until 9pm. I had already taken my insulin so I needed to eat much sooner. So I purchased some food at the Foody store next to the restaurant. Because there are no microwaves in the rooms, much of the food was useless. They were already sold out of most of the sandwiches and just had some salads left. In addition, the first room I was assigned to had no working air conditioning. The chambermaid was in the hallway, and I asked her how to turn on the a/c. She came in the room and said it was broken. So the reception assigned me a different room. While the a/c worked in the additional room, it was very weak and not very cool.

The room 1018, had not been vacuumed. There were hair pin and, tags from new clothing on the floor. The waste basket in bathroom totally full, mirror and floor not clean. I normally would have called to have it cleaned, but I was traveling with my granddaughter who was very tired and wanted to go to bed immediately.. Another family member was next door and her room was spotless. Our towels and bed linens were perfect so I assume somehow our room had linens changed but room not cleaned. It was disappointing. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful.

We were looking for somewhere at the airport but not too expensive. We were impressed with the value for money, the room was great, breakfast was delicious and the check in and out service was really quick and easy.

There are two Ibis Styles at CdG but only one, the wrong one, is mentioned explicitly on the itineraries of the hotel shuttle buses. When we got to the right hotel, two hours later than we expected, we found the restaurant closed for dinner because the hotel chose to cater for passengers from a delayed flight rather than its guests.
