- my experience was dissastified, your staff are rude, I wanted to extend late check out and pay for the additional hours rate, they refused and insisted on charge me day use rate, they did not even provide me with explanation for their decision, I either accept or leave.

Terrible meal Tuesday evening. My wife ordered a hamburger well done, it came out completely undercooked. She sent it back. Then nothing. I slowly finished my meal but her’s did not arrive. Finally showed up, still not well done. Sadly, as hungry, she finished her meal — and then vomitted four times when back in the room. We have stayed with you many times but if we stay again, we will no longer use your restaurant
