« Comfortable and enjoyable »

Lovely to get an upgrade to a suite, due to our Platinum status. Though it took a lot of effort to get our welcome amenity, two reminders before it arrived. The breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. We used the swimming pool, it was very nice.

We very much enjoyed a very high standard of apartment accommodation. It was very quiet internally but a real shame that the construction site opposite our room disturbed us at 06:45 onwards every day except Sunday.

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm so upgrade was offered. Upgrade room also wasn’t ready. We were given a complimentary drink voucher for the bar. At 4pm I asked if room was ready but still not. At 4:15 we were given access to the room. Apartment Room was nice and spacious but a bit dated and shower pressure and heat was terrible. Dressing gown had a big hole in it. Breakfast was great. The $500 hold on my credit card is still in place after 3 days. Apparently it takes 5 days to clear which is pretty poor.

I didn't interact with a lot of people because I only stayed for one night. Everyone I did interact with was very friendly and the room was good. Good to see Wifi is included in the price of the room. The walls between rooms seem to be pretty thin as I heard most words of my neighbour's phone conversation. Luckily he stopped talking at around 11pm. I think overall the price for the hotel room (possibly due to high demand on the day) was too high as in lacking a bit value for money. I would have thought for that price breakfast should have been included.

I booked 2 King Rooms. 1 for myself and another for another person. I was phoned when I got to Auckland to be told that our rooms had been over booked and we where being moved to a three bed suite. We did not want to share a room as we did not really know each other we where just both simply attending the same event in AKL. Anyway when we left we where told we would be only charged for the one room. and now we have a extra charge on my card for the price of 2 rooms. This is theft.

I personally feel extremely disappointed that the team was not clear on giving you the proper explanation but I can assure you that none of our team members is dishonest. Emil called you as your room category was overbooked which is happening regularly on a busy day and generally when we have this, we are first calling our Le Club members to see if they would like to move from 2 rooms to a 3 bedrooms apartment with absolutely no obligation as if the first guest is refusing then we are calling the other customer to ask them the same question. It was obvious for Emil that you will understand that the price to be paid will be still the one of two rooms as the 3 bedrooms apartment in the residence is more expensive but unfortunately he did not give you a clear message. When Saruabh did your check-out, he thought that you will be paying one part and your friend will be paying on other one which is once again I agree, a issue of communication I was as well surprised that you did not received your Le Club vouchesr on arrival so if we have checked the footage and it seems that when Sharon gave you the room key card, she also handed over two vouchers. Only two vouchers were given as the vouchers are only given to the person having a Silver/Gold or Platinium membership and not for the number of rooms booked. Once again I fully agree that there was miscommunication in the way the team talked to you but in any case I can't accept that you are accusing our team to be dishonest Do not hesitate to contact me anytime if you would like further details. Used the gym and room service. Food quality was mediocre but everything else good. Had to insist that breakfast Was included in the corporate rate,and it took some time for staff to confirm, otherwise good

We enjoyed our stay but was located on 3rd floor in the Residences. Didn’t expect construction workers to be starting at 7.30am on a Saturday morning which was annoying. If we had known this was going to happen we would have requested another room
