My husband and I had our last night before flying home at the Pullman. From the time we arrived until we left the staff were wonderful. Our room was great as were the facilities and location. Would definitely stay there again.

« A Weekend Getaway »

My check in didn't go as smoothly this time around and it took awhile for my luggage to be brought to my room. The room is as always - very neat and tidy. One of the tap in the bathroom is leaky. I had issue with the door as it didn't shut completely unless it's pushed/pulled. I also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Quality of sleep was great as the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and I particularly loved the pancakes! I was surprised that I didn't get the discount for breakfast (as an Accor Club member) and had to get that corrected when I checked out.

« Was a perfect place to stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary! »

Room was fantastic and so was the service of the hotel staff and restaurant definitely an improvement from the last time we stayed. Only downside was at the spa had booked a massage for both my hubby and I and we were put in separate rooms for this which past visits have always been in the same room and esp because it was our 10 year anniversary it was a bit of a downer.

We enjoyed our stay at The Pullman. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. We did eat in the restaurant one evening which we didn't feel was very good. We did voice our views with the staff and they kindly gave us a discount which we were happy with.

I was very disappointed with the service and the room. The room had two sinks that did not work (the water did not go down), the outside slider door was broken so did not lock or shut properly and there was something sticky on the floor. Noone seemed to care either. I paid top dollar for the room and got very substandard value.

Wrong TV remote in room,then 2 others tried before I got one that worked. Large red stain on carpet,entrance carpet stained,musty hall smell,filthy vent grill over bath,marks on the bed sheets,had to move the centre cabinet between beds to plug the lamp in,water stains on the centre lamp shade,sticker off an apple(fruit) stuck on on the bathroom door frame right beside the rubbish bin.Received a very nice apology card & chocolates from the welcomer ,Sarah or Rebecca I think,very professional. Can not fault the service & professionalism from the staff through out the Hotel. Concierge staff were exceptionally helpful in sorting some things for me.

The Hotel is welcoming and beds very comfortable. Air conditioning had a very loud whistling sound so had to turn off there fore very hot in rooms hot summer. The offer was not true booking online that we had to pay for breakfast when it should have been included. Very embarrassing when my partner was nervous enough about eating breakfast as it is. Makes me think whether I should not bother to ever stay again at such a lovely looking hotel.

We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff. Our room was not ready yet so the staff gave us vouchers for coffee while we waited and told us about the hotel and encouraged us to look around. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the bed/linens were extremely comfortable. The location was perfect - lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent also. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent service. Room had nice views. 513. Bed a bit small and wobbly. Bottom sheet did not reach end of bed. Breakfast range of foods but grilled tomatoes and baked beans were barely even warm. Orange squeezer was cool. Loved the pool, spa, sauna and gym.
