Room 408 smelled of mould or a water leaked of some sort - made my airways wheezy as I suffer from asthma. The shower also didn’t work - hot water worked but you could only turn the cold water tap a fraction so impossible to shower as way too hot. When got back late after a long day I wanted to have a shower but could only wash off quickly as shower didn’t work. Stay at Pullman frequently with work (Craigs investment partners) but this time it wasn’t good.

Have stayed here many times-our experience is always up to expectations. In the middle of November we were back in Auckland and the Pullman was full. We ended up staying at another hotel, which did not meet the same standard we have consistently enjoyed at the Pullman, unfortunately. On the visit this month we particularly enjoyed the upgrade to 1750 (thanks) and had an excellent stay for two days. We have booked again for our next visit on 28th December, and have no desire to stay anywhere other than the Pullman Auckland. Service is great, from the concierge who take control of your vehicle, to the check in, the restaurant, and room service. Everyone is friendly and it is a great place to stay.

Not particularly good. The room's windows were faulty and we had to have the handyman repair them once in the room. The fix was reasonable but far from being somewhat sound proof those windows. I guess we were unlucky as outside was a storm and the wind was pretty strong. The room had a passage door to the other room. We could literally hear the neighbour snoring, not to mention the first night when they had a little party going on. So no, not a relaxing three nights I am afraid.

I was there for (2) nights and generally enjoyed everthing. The room was clean the handwritten welcome note and dessert was a bonus. The (2) things I had an issue with were (a/c) in room #908 did not work effectively. No matter what temperature I had it on, it did not work. The other thing was the very loud domestic argument /disturbance at ~12midnight on night 1 where a couple were having a very intense argument, very loud. I phoned security to report it as I was concered for the welfare of the people involved. Either way, as a busiiness traveller who had just flown into NZ, I needed my sleep and it took me another 1.5 hours to get back to sleep after this. In addition, someone had set the bedside alarm at 7am and this was a minor disturbance in the morning, but unfortunate.

Unmaintained hotel, room was not pleasant. When we had issues staff were friendly but had a poor attitude and did not follow through ask if the situation was resolved satisfactorily. For a $400 p/n room/hotel it was extremely disappointing.

I am an accor Gold member, recently downgraded from platinum to Gold due to the change of status parameters by the accor group. We will be back up to platinum status after a recent bout of business trips and holiday coming up. With platinum I was always upgraded and given privilege club membership and acknowledged. I have stayed at the Pullman Auckland numerous times and tend my loyalty there. However since my membership was downgraded no effort to acknowledge my loyalty to this hotel after the amount of times I have stayed there has been shown. With other accor hotels available in Auckland I will try other hotels from now on.

This was our 10th visit to the Pullman which was recognised with a nice card & gift. We also received an upgrade to a room on the 4th Floor. It would have been really great if the team had recognised our previous requests for a high floor with the view. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they happily held our luggage and allowed us to go to the spa and shower. Doing this we didn't lose a day! The restaurant service was excellent and the buffet breakfast was more than anyone could imagine.

First time at this hotel, but the location was not as expected - didn't check about the steep hills when walking to and from the centre, and other restaurants The rooms are quite "tired" and in need of a refurbishment if this hotel remains a "Pullman" branded hotel. My mum and I stayed as part of her 71st Birthday. I had made a note in the booking and the check in staff where so friendly and wish Mum a Happy Birthday. To out surprise after we had checked in to the room a beautiful Happy Birthday Dessert Cake was presented . This really made our stay a memorable one.
