Pros: clean room, comfortable mattress, nice bathroom, excellent shower, excellent food (breakfast, brazilian “feijoada”, snacks, lunch), great hotel staff (all of them!) Cons: noisy air conditioning

One night I arrive to my room and it was not cleaned. This was a bad suprise and not usual in the hotel. I asked the service but they didn’t apologize for this mistake.

The stay this time was marred. As a Gold Card member I am entitled to a free drink, I did not use the ticket the first night but left this in my room. On return after work the ticket was missing apparently having been taken by hotel staff entering my room either for cleaning or checking the mini-bar. Although I was not planning to take the drink the fact that the voucher was removed from my room does not speak well of the hotel's security or staff.

In general good, however on the Saturday there was a long delay in cleaning and making-up my room, with the service only being attended after 17:45 in the evening

My stay was comfortable. The location and the service were good. The breakfast was varied and good as well. However, one night my air conditioning didn't work. This was fixed the next day. The restaurant could offer some more vegetarian options and it would be useful to have an iron in the room.

« Good standard but need improvements »

Although the Hotel follows the Novotel standard we have face some issues with the noise of the AC, room with some improvement needed and breakfast with plastic glasses. The food was also cold and far from the novotel quality.

The employees that were there tried, but they were so busy that the service was not good. The company needs to hire more people especially this time of the year!!!! The pool was dirty also!!

I was very disappointed with the Saturday breakfast which the croissant was cold and the drinks were only avalaible in plastic glasses. This is not Novotel standard. The hotel is very clean, comfortable with a very good service in general.
