People is nice and helpful, but the sofas and other items in the room are not cleans with large stains and not pleasant to sit on. Other areas las ke the bar and lobby are nice

the restaurant guys need service training urgently. An error occurred while noting the dish, excessive delay, cold food and account error. For the room service, many human hiar in bath and in room. What can you want more?

« Nice team, dirty & noisy room »

I stayed 6 nights at your hotel. Used the gym and the bar Nice team to care of guests. Nice gym and breakfast. But lots of details to improve Dirty bathroom and room floor walls and sofa. No much improved after complaining. Bad soundproofing and because of courtyard it is a problem with parties at the bar until 1 am. All our group was wiped out of the computer so no access to rooms and were asked again for deposit until I show my proof of deposit.

I'm no stranger to the hotel. Me and my family had a good time again. Swimming pool, sauna and breakfast was good. The room A/C is a point to be improved. Is too noisy and there's no way to keep it in a good temperature without manually turning it on and off. Also, bathroom had some mold behind the sink (room 343), not a good sign... All this does not change the way I feel about the hotel, because it has a good cost benefit and it's close to my relatives in the city.

« Assigned prepaid room on the road (noisy) and handicap friendly (not comfortable) »

Prepaid quite a bit of time in advance since my 2016 experience was a good one, but was assigned a room on the first floor overlooking the busy and noisy Parque Olimpico street. I requested to change the room, since also the main sofa was stained and dirty, but the front desk could not understand my English and eventually passed me to a representative that spoke well. NOTHING WAS DONE to clean the room or change it. I was told there was no more availability. I also booked a room for a coworker and his shower was cold.
