- The hotel facilities is beautiful - The room service was a bit inconsistent - no towels one day, open balcony doors the next... lots more complaints from our group like having someone come in their door, or someone left their mobile... and whenever someone would complain, they would deny it. - Need to bring your service up to maintain the quality of your hotel's name

As usual, my stay was very pleasant. This trip I actually "got the hang of" Wi-Fi access and the service was adequate, but logging on is more of a "project" than at other places I stay. You have a great property with excellent client service. The only negative was dinner at the restaurant - I believe it was at least an hour between the first course and the second (I was eating alone, so there was no point in allowing for extended table conversation). The waitstaff did not check in with me or the kitchen staff, until prompted by me (I was buried in work on my laptop), and only then did they report that the chef had cut his hand earlier in the evening which led to he backup. Plausible, but they should be proactive and keep me informed. They did however comp me on a portion of what I ordered. Will I be back? Absolutely. But as I am part of management of my firm, I would hope that out clients would give unfiltered feedback.

Hotel staff was great! The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top bar but we retired to our room around 10. Music was too loud to fall sleep. Need to find a way to prevent music from getting into rooms

Overall, the property's design is impressive. The room layout is interesting and well thought-out. We were surprised at the lack of USB charging ports any where in the room. We would have liked to have the room cooler for sleeping. Music from the 6th floor roof party was a distracting aspect.

We stayed 3 nights beginning 30.8.2018. We were happy to find a relatively new hotel, very modern. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast was great. The main point were the staff who were extremely helpful. Being religious Jews we needed help getting into our room on the Sabbath (Saturday) since for religious issues we could not use the electronic kee. At this point Martin the helped us, and there was no problem at all. We will highly recommend this Hotel.

Concept, facilities and design are great but there is a lack of taking care of everything: - power outlet in safe did not work - AC could not be turned off - water pressure for (rain) shower to low - bathroom sliding door dragging/sticking - coffee was not refilled on day 2 - TV channels hanging/interrupted (may be a bandwidth issue)

Higely disappointing. No membership recognition by check in, let alone Gold level! I had to ask for wifi code then for drink voucher. Not what I used to. Room is the same as always (although no upgrade)

« Excellent! Change the elevator system! »

It was elegant, sophisticated and customer service was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous, the amenities are high end (Hermes!!) and the room was comfortable. I loved that my air conditioner worked well, given that I have bad experiences in Frankfurt with very hot rooms! Everything is great, although the elevator system is quite cumbersome and didn't always work well. I also was there for business and worked with an excellent sales team, who were easy to work with and responsive. Allianz Global Investors looks forward to working with your team on a yearly basis for our conference needs.

The hotel is nice, well located and brand new. However our experience did not meet the standards that we expected for a Sofitel. The staff was not particularly nice at reception. Check in lasted far too long as we had already provided all required information. The access to the underground parking was blocked as one of the automated door did not work.

« Comfortable stay, but too close to bar »

I am staying often at Sofitel Frankfurt and will do also in future, but this time, unfortunately I think, I received a room with a window extremely close to the rooftop bar. I am an early starter and therefore go to bed very early. In addition, this time, there was a big travel group from China (brought by two buses), that changed the atmosphere in the hotel completely. If this is occurring in the future also, I may not come back. I already stopped booking another hotel because of a similar "business strategy". Is it really valuable to fill a low booked first class hotel with loud travel groups? Just because it is one of the main vacation and thus low business activity weeks in central Europe? In general, my experiences with Sofitel Frankfurt are much, much better. Staff is very friendly and professional, breakfast is very, very good. The rooms are fabulous, location is very good also for my morning run. Please accept my gratitude for all services I have received!
