I don’t want to miss this opportunity to express how I have had a wonderful stay at your hotel. You did let your guests feel welcome and warm at any time. Meanwhile, I would also like to thank Ms. Yasmine (the guest manager) and Ms. Alexandra at front desk, their kind, warm and earnest hospitality made my stay even better. I also LOVED the luxury and elegant Junior Suite with such a beautiful view of the park as well as Frankfurt’s roof. This is my first time to visit Frankfurt and Germany, and I am so happy that I chose Sofitel Frankfurt Opera as my stay at Frankfurt. Such a wise decision! Once again, thank all of Sofitel Frankfurt Opera team for making my stay experience greater. Have a nice weekend!

We stayed at this hotel on the last leg of our holiday. What a success - best hotel that I have stayed in what this reaction of my wife! The staff were excellent, very helpful and approachable. Having asked the concierge for directions to the old town, he actually accompanied us part way to make sure we were on the right track. Briliant

(-)Neither Check-In (Online Check-In did not work, Room Card did not work) nor Check-out (Fast Check-out not working, printer not working, invoice not yet received by email despite call to reception desk) were quite as smooth as I had expected after having similar issues last year. (+) Room cleanliness improved. Excellent staff at reception despite system errors throwing stones in their way.

I generally chose the Sofitel Hotels between all the other luxury hotels, because I am already an Accor Platinum member and I would like to benefit from my status. Only this year I had been to 5 Sofitel Hotels and while I have definitely seen worse, there is still room for improvement. In your hotel the staff was very nice, warm and quite professional. I did receive a room upgrade, after pointing out that I have a Platinum status. However they failed to offer the drink, I had to come back and ask for it at the reception. It is unfair, because I do chose your hotel for this reasons and I do feel humiliated to ask for it all the time. Some other Sofitel hotels are actually very attentive and make you feel wonderful, I wish it was the case here too. Two small things I would like to mention though: - the shower looks very un-clean due to the white space in between tiles. it is not uniform anymore and one has the impression they are traces of soap or calcar. - the bedding was extremely wrinkled, especially the pillow covers. When I mean wrinkles, I do not mean someone already used the bed, but someone did a very very poor job pressing the sheets. Other than this, I had a very comfortable stay and your staff compensated by warm attitude.

I have stayed at your hotel numerous times, and absolutely loved it, but Monday evening I entered a very hot room and after 1,5 hours, where it looked like the aircon was at maximum, the room was still extremely hot. I called front desk and after 15 minutes housekeeping showed up, and could tell that the aircon was indeed on, but agreed it wasn't working. After another 10 minutes, housekeeping showed up once again and explained the hotel was fully booked, so I had to try and sleep in a room that was 27 degrees hot. I asked if we could open some windows or if they had a fan. The windows do in fact open, however I would have to sign a formula due to security. The clock was now 22, and I had to get up early, and being pregnant didn't help on the temperature or the need for sleep, so I accepted the fan. After another 5-10 minutes housekeeping showed up with a fan, which helped. However the fan had a timecap of 90 minutes, so I woke up every time the fan turned off, and had to start the fan again. The windows I couldn't open, as there was a party at the rooftop at the Lillis bar just outside my room. After a night filled with disturbances, I woke up at 5.30, when the Bose alarm clock went off inside the cabin with the TV. I didn't set the alarm, so once again I had to get up to turn the alarm off, and that was the final sleep I got that night. Needles to say I was tired the entire day in meetings, and simply find it hard to understand, how you were not able to offer better solutions.

I have stayed in Europe over the summer for six weeks this year and have come along way from New Zealand and found one of the highlights was staying at the Sofitel Frankfurt. Its great experience the interior foyer is timeless reception staff are very informative the range of Coffee in the room was exceptional and the cleaning staff that cleaned the room were very detailed and friendly. The spa area was 10 out of 10 with a excellent swimming pool for plenty of room for people to swim. This Hotel is a must stay if you are visiting Frankfurt!!!!!!

One night there was no room service so they had to call outside. Front desk people were perfect. Housekeeping, not so much. They didnt give water waters and kept some cups filthy.
