Friendly staff, helpful and polite, and always with a smile on their faces. Doesn't matter who you encounter in the hotel, from the cleaning staff all the way to the manager, you feel well. There was a serious problem in the shower/bath. The water was leaking from the showing to the bath floor, and the shower tab was broken. Whenever we took shower the bath was completely soaked. It must be taken care of immediately. Plus, we paid more than it was screened on my account. Following the reservation, I received and emailing including the amount that I needed to pay. However, when I checked my account, I realized that I was charged more than required. I would be really happy if you could help me on that.

Standard Ibis hotel, clean but small, without any view. However, 3 pillows were not enough for double occupants. Near to the tram station, easy to access main attractions. Also, near to the train station, accessible to Selçuk for Ephesus and the airport.

Clean and comfortable room. Optimum use of space. Next to a busy street but no noise in the room. İntercity tram line and the suburban train station (to the airport) are located just across the street. Reasonable price. Helpful staff. I will stay here again in my future visits of Izmir.

Just like any other Ibis, everything was at good standard. I love how Ibis never surprises. Only note is that water did not run very well in the shower of the room I was staying in (416). Staff was smiling and helpful. Definitely worth my money. Thanks for keeping up the good work!

Holiday after being made Redundant!

Had just been made redundant after having a year on sick pay so wanted to enjoy myself! And i did, hotel was just what i wanted and the weather superb! A huge thank you to Altan Uslu who ran the F&B side of the Hotel, very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately i cannot say the same for Accor Customer Services who could not answer questions given to them and could not get back to you in a timely manner. Indeed still waiting to hear from them from a couple of weeks ago. Very poor indeed!

We enjoyed staying with you. The front desk was most helpful and both the location n breakfast were superb. However, the room air conditioner and the fridge didn't work to our satisfaction. Despite bringing it to notice of hotel, nothing was done. One more thing, the toilet doesn't have an exhaust fan for removing foul air.

Hello there, This is second visit İbis İzmir Alsancak Hotel. Location is perfect! Staff is awesome! I just want you to improve two things. One of them is bathtub condition. There is no holder in case of slipping during bathing. This is really urgent for me and also there is no phone in case of any emergency in bathroom. Second one is Non-smoke/Smoking rooms can be selected during the reservation process at Accorhotels.com. Lack of this selection, we have stayed in smoking room in despite of being non-smoker for a day. Thank you for your attention Regards, Sinan.
