The stay was good as I it expected. But, could you please explain the following discrepance. I get an electronic and a printed invoice on my departure day for 540 TRY. But my credit card has been charged with 548.62 TRY. Is this an error of Ibis or of my credit institute.

I always stay at Ibis Alsancak when I visit İzmir, which is my home town that I left 50 years ago. Ibis Alsancak's location is unbeatable, several hundred meters to train, and to ferry. Clean rooms, nice food, friendly staff makes me feel at home.

I love this Ibis hotel. The bed is as usual accor standard, very comfort. The view was OK. The location is perfect. Just 5 mins walk to sea side and famous Alsancak walk area.

« Bad room condition »

We stayed Ibıs Alsancak hotel 28 April to 1 May 2018. Despite ı booked at March, they give bad condition room (bathroom smelling so badly and because of not closing bathroom door all bad smell reach all of the room.it was so bad), it wasnt related with house keeping ıt ıs all about subsystem. When we called reception they said hotel was so crowded but as you know it is not our problem (ı booked that room nearly 2 months ago) When ı insisted to change room they changed. And ı learned later that bad room was for disabled people.Think that ıf you were disabled, Ibıs Alsancak would give that bad room for you. I hope they will change condition. Location and breakfast was good.

I did not like the room, it was so small, dark and hot. I did turn on the air, but it did not make any changes, but it was clean and I had to only sleep there, so it is okey. I loved the friendly staff, breakfast was okey and the overall apperance in the hotel was very good, especially the lobby part.
