As courtesy, we e-mailed our late check-in time and the response was “We’ve already got your payment, doesn’t matter when you arrive.” During check-in the receptionist was so busy having fun with 2 customers that we had to wait for a long time and he didn’t even say or feel sorry.. There was another drunk customer who kept shouting she was going to vomit and a boy friend who had no manners at all and shouted “give us a room now or you’ll regret it!” The receptiost didn’t seem to take his job seriously and didn’t do anything to control the situation or make it up to us. Having stayed at all types of Ibis hotels abroad before, not even the budget ones were this poor or inconvenient. We are deeply sorry and regret having chosen Ibis this time.

The services i received from the hotel staff is excellent. They are friendly, vert supportive and professional. Especially the support i received from the reception desk - Pinar is excellent. She was willing and happy to support me in the issues i faced with the online booking agency when i arrived in the hotel after midnight. The only Challenge i faced was when i arrived in the hotel my booking i did in Agoda website was cancelled by booking. com. Although i booked using Agoda site this was transferred to booking.com and it was cancelled by them!
