stayed 2 times. Room is clean and comfy. However, pillow a bit flat and tv channel a bit less. Variety breakfast choices however mostly food are tasteless.

check in was slow, only 2 open counter. Room not ready although already checked in online. No hand towels etc. only bath towel available. Requested from one of the employee, still did not received till check out. Will not stay in this hotel anymore although I'm a member to Accor.

Disappointed. After check in, the extra bed was not set up. Called the reception and was told the extra bed cost $80. After checking then realised I had paid for it. Also the bathtub turning knob not working. Not acceptable for a suite. But the staff at the premium lounge was very good and friendly.

I understand was a holiday morning, me and my partner reached cafe around 9am, and alot of food are out of stock, even coffee cup is not available. Tables were messy with leftover, short of cafe staffs, alot of counters are unattended. Hotel management should have a better management on a holiday. Another dissatisfy was the new parking arrangement. I visited to Novotel Melaka during past few years, as if I drive out from hotel parking, I needed to validate my parking ticket at hotel lobby. It happened that a new policy applied during my recent trip, there was a third party who handling the validation of parking ticket. Hotel customer need to pay a deposit rm30 to get the so call "season parking" card from them, and return the card to them upon leaving hotel after check out. It cause a long queue before parking exit, and there were some inconsiderate parks which will block the path towards exit. I hope hotel management can really take action and have a better plan for the above both problem that I face lately.

The Hotel staff was helpful. But your equipment was not maintain well. ie: the kids entertainment room, the pool water is cloudy. the children park & table also not maintain well. the pool towel is already used and dull. etc. We stay at this hotel each year for the past 3 years.Hoping that the management will take noted on this & make the hotel more fun to the kids.

The access keep deactivate, need keep go counter reactivity. Poor parking system, the staff who doing the season pass not polite at all. We stay hotel for enjoy holiday, not to enjoy your staff impolite service.

On my second day staying at yr hotel,my room was not cleaned by yr housekeeping team till i have to call them many times to clean the room.It seems yr housekeeping are busy cleaning the room that are check out .Pls look into this matter.

Hotel check in was good, room was not as expected, bed sheet, pillow, sofa is a not as clean as hope, there is also stain all over. Fomica sheet on the furniture is also chipped which is a hazard to children. Toilet towel given is very thin, there is no other hand or face towel provided. Breakfast was horrible, as the operation is ill prepared for the horde of guest they had due to bus tour guests. Food was not up to mark.. Coffee ran out at 9am..glasses took forever to be refill. Anyway bad thing aside, location is well located, pool was good but hopefully can do something about its clarity as it is a hit milky.

This is repeated stay at Novotel . Our family like to stay at Novotel but only things we feel can be improve is the exchanging seasoning car parking system ! The location is hot and staff need to search the room number which we hv to wait Uber the humid place . Secondly the air con is very bad ! We are sweating during night time. Hope that management can improve the condition . Others that this aoverall is still satisfy

The location is great, about 1km to tourist spots and Jonker St and in the heart of the city so you can get all necessary things nearby. The breakfast has sufficient choices and taste are good but not wow. The pool is good too as there's a slide for kids to play with. Overall the whole experience is worth the money and comfortable.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel room is good. We did not try out the food and beverage at the hotel, but would suggest that the fruits displayed at The Square be look into regularly, as it doesn't look fresh. The washroom at the lobby area should be kept clean at all times. However, the check-in process should be further improved as it took us about 20-30 mins in the queue before we could check-in. Thank you.

Was given executive room right next to lift, can hear noise from guests waiting for lift (especially kids) from time to time. Should pay more attention on soundproof for rooms near lift. Toothbrush and toothpaste weren't provided in room, only get to know that we have to call to request when I asked the lady doing my checkout. Could at least ask/notify guests regarding this upon checkin? Biggest disappointment... Hair dryer in the toilet wasn't working but we didn't bother to call front desk because its just a one night stay. My hair is still wet upon checking out hotel around 11.30am. Some stains spotted on the sofa in room, looks like coffee/blood stain. Design in the room is very modern, simple and nice. Overall it was a nice stay at Novotel Melaka but I was expecting a little more for Novotel standard.
