We had a pleasant time staying at Veranda. The staff are nice and provided good service. The swimming pool is well designed and good for relaxation. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was various with all kinds of food. I would definitely go there again!

1. The reception was good. Staff was polite. 2. The food at the beachfront restaurant was very good, but the service was inconsistent. One of the staff curtly told us that only limited menu items were available without any explanation, and did not even bring us a menu. We had to called on another staff who seemed more knowledegable. 3. Morning buffet was way too crowded and crowd management was poor. After we waited to be seated, we got off our table to get our food, only to come back and found that another couple had taken our table. 4. Our room was clean and facilities were nicely designed.

I booked in advance for quite long. You should inform ahead if you have wedding event in the hotel. Not just let us know after we check in and offering discount voucher. It didn't help. Not impress for the first time how could I visit for the second time. I know you do your business but this is not fair for the other guest and me too.

Service is as good as always, but the menu hasn't changed for years. The menu is also very limited. We love staying there, but it'd be great if there's more variety of food. We stay for a few nights every time we visit, but we have had to go out for dinner often because we're bored of the food.

Unexpected for bad air condition and bad smell in the room

When first enter our upgraded room, it is bad smell. The toilet also has bad smell. In the next morning, the floor is clamminess. We thought its from air condition. We have stayed at Veranda Hua Hin many times and really love the hotel. We bought mid year package 2 consecutive years and also book separately from agoda. However, our latest stay quite dissappoint us a lot. Finally, the hotel didn't charge us an upgrade cost. Thank you for that. However, we still have doubt on our next stay. Regards, Nattarach

The resort was not crowded so we had a calm and quiet place to stay. Room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was awesome. Breakfast was good but not great, may be it was weekday. We got the upgrade while paid a little more but it was value for money. Staffs at the restaurants** both during breakfast and dinner were the best, they were happy to help. I think at the end of this year I will not extend the Accorplus membership program but Veranda Hua Hin made me change my mind. Here is the first hotel that I can use voucher to upgrade room after had been rejected many times from every hotel I asked to use it.

Took a time out at Veranda Resort Hua Hin - Cha Am Mgallery of 5 nights. Absolute bliss. Booked myself a private pool villa and it exceeded my expectations based on experiences at other resorts. The staff were attentive, friendly and totally helpful, always looking after me. The restaurants were amazing with superb food and comfortable seating with great views of the beach from isea. Took advantage of the 6 hour Spa package to make each day perfect. Staff at the spa were brilliant and well qualified. Highly recommend Veranda Resort Hua Hin for a break from the real world. Didn't want to leave.

It was more than what I expected. One thing that I feel less satisfied is the location of the room. I thought the room is by the beach or near the pool, but end up being outside the hotel main building.

Service is attentive and friendly. Great hotel facility and comfortable room. Room amenities are by THANN good brand but basic - no lotion/ moisturizer available. Good and reasonable price of room upgrade to @ SEA with sea view room, though without breakfast package. Should do a better job with kitchen, we did not have both breakfast and dinner at hotel because menu does not look appetizing !

Good service but room condition is a bit old now

Overall my stay was pleasured, kid love the pool and jacuzzi in the room. Breakfast was ok but coffee station should be improved, it would be better to use coffee machine so the queue would not be so long. Dinner at I See Sky was good but I would like to request to change the menu, I have been to this hotel many times and if I remember correctly, you have not change the menu since your last renovation. If possible please have an air conditioning section because when the wind gone, it is very uncomfortable.
