« Wonderful stay »

My family enjoyed the stay with Veranda. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although there were seemingly a lot of guests, the check-in and check-out were not hectic as much as I imagined. A surprise for me was when staff offered a wheelchair for a senior guest. One improvement I would like to suggest to the hotel is that we are entering aging society. Therefore, hotel should start o renovate its facilities such as walk-ways to beach to accomodate senior guests.

It was the great memory for me and my family to stay in this gorgeous hotel. Pool, beach, restaurant and foods itself, room and facilities inside are totally perfect. However, hotel staff are very polite and prompt to help and serve us without request.

I had such great time staying at the pool suite. The room was nice and spacious. A little bit comment from me are.. 1. When i arrived at the hotel it was difficult to find the porter. May be i arrived late about 22.00 2. There was no welcome drink at the check in counter which is unsual for accor hotel. Apart from that things were nice. 3. There was a lump of soil dropping from the above floor to the pool. Luckily i was not at that spot. 1. The staff offered me an upgrade but i stick to the one i picked. 2. One of the staff escorted me to the room and explain the facilities.

I took my son for weekends vocation, it is nice hotel and good services of all staff. Anyway, I went to fitness center but equipment is not operate well and only a few things for work out. For overall it is good but not great.

Very nice three-bedroom suite. Breakfast very good, but beachfront restaurant food not good. Surprised that for a room that accommodates a party of 6, the desk staff was only willing to supply three key cards even when asked for more.

Staying there during 9-10 Sep 2018, and it was terrible experience. During the evening, the water pipe system seems to be broken. First, the water coming out from pipe was brown color so I called the staff to check. And it took 30 mins. After that, I prepared to take a bath, but this time water supply stopped. I waited for a while, then water became yellow again. The hotel staff did not offer to change room until more than 1 hour passed. The staff is so unprofessional. We asked to talk to hotel’s manager on the next day. The manager just said apologize and want to offer some discount (which was said unclear) for next stay at this hotel. But comon, with this bad experience, it is hard to say we want to stay there again. Cannot believe this is categorized as 4.5 stars, it is really not that standard.
