« Relaxing getaway with astonishing beach front view. »

Our overall experience was very good. We enjoyed the pool, dinner at the hotel, welcoming of the staffs, and the rooms. Improvement could be to train the staffs to be able to inform some guest who are loud at the pool to quiet down and respect others. Some people come for relaxing and not to be hearing guest shouting at the pool.

I booked Delux @ Sea and I got call confirmation but when arrived they told no @sea room due to maintanance. Then manager offer upgard room for us, however we woudl like to see Sea so why we booked this hotel.

« Bad experience »

We booked this place for a month advance via agoda, not knowing that there will be a wedding party at the beach and also the after party at night until 2am. No contact from any of hotel agent to inform this. We are travelling with a group of friends and also a baby. The day we arrived there was no reception welcoming us to the reception desk.. we were awkwardly waiting at the lobby area... moreover, 1 room out of 3 was ready so we all 7 people had to wait in one room until almost 3pm the other 2 were ready.. In the evening we can't be around the beachfront area because of the wedding reception.. hotel guards and staff told us the leave the place to facilitate the wedding so that they can take photos nicely.. WTH? At night, we could still hear the beat from the wedding party but it wasn't too loud to bare but it wasn't ok to hear too.. In the morning, breakfast line was too many people.. the queue was too long and hard to find a table.. The overall stay was not as good as expected. We wouldn't come back here again and will not recommend friends to come.

Welcome staff and generally nice. However, it can be more smiling in some persons. Breakfast can be better and the reatuarant need to be more attractive especially dinner For the swimming pool, my swinging hand while swimming approaching 1 edge of the pool hit and bruised a bit. It’s because of the excessive decoration. That side is the hotel side (not the sea side). Hope you can fix it better :)

« Very noisy at night because there is wedding event, no good management for events, but service is good »

I stayed in pool suite at veranda huahin. There is wedding event in the same day that I stayed. There is notification letter at the room about wedding event will be noisy at night, but no letter when I book, I didn't expect to stay in this situation . The wedding party turn on the music very loud until 2 am. and they don't close the door. my room locate in the same way of the door that's why it's not easy for me to take my 2 years old child to sleep. Moreover, there is a scooter at the beach (may be a guest from this wedding) hit the beach very fast near my kid while my kid was riding the horse. It's really dangerous to make the horse frighten. Overall service staff is good. It's good for me if I didn't see this situation. I hope my comment will make the hotel improve something about management in the future.

I stayed there for joining my friend’s wedding ceremony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was perfect. The only thing i didn‘t like was that there were too many mosquitoes at the beach (the wedding area). Overall, I really liked the hotel and would definitely go back to stay again. :)
