« Good services but my previous stay was better »

Overall the services is good but once i was experience the better for examples - front have a lot of work but not notice who came first (I came first waiting but the others guest who cam later rush to the front not queuing) - pool have a lot of tree leaves, no staff to manage it

Warm welcome from Khun JJ since we arrived quite late, escorting was perfect with all introduction hotel facilities. We had a nice dinner as well, the food and drink was so good, we missed the breakfast unfortunately as we so enjoy sleeping on the most comfy bed. We love all hotel facilities and definitely all staffs. The unique farewell from Khun Crabby and Khun JJ , thank you all and see you guys again soon

« I had a nice short vacation at Veranda. »

We really had a nice stay at Veranda as i’ve described shortly above. Not just the hotel was nice but the staffs were also nice to us. Breakfast was great. And the atmosphere is really relaxing. But somehow there are a few things that I think you could work things out and make it better. First, we stayed in the pool villa room number 392 which is just right infront of the elevator and we could hear a loud noise during night time (for both nights that we stayed) I think it’s the sound of the staff pushing carts or something that has wheels so it kinda disturbed us. Second, the door in the bedroom to the pool cannot be locked. We tried so many times but seemed like the lock was stuck. Lastly, using the shower zone in the bathroom almost splashed over the sink area so the bathroom floor was covered by water from the shower. I hope my comments would be helpful. Looking forward to seeing you again. Thank you for a great service!

Hotel and staffs are hospitality always. But this busy vacation time, we unlucky that other guests who stayed the same building , made too load party at night. Our family with kid could not sleep well. We would like to recommend your hotel to provide a salt pool system instead of chlorine. You chlorine pool was too strong and can damage our skin and hair.

I have received the service that over my expectation. I had request the room decorations for my 3rd wedding anniversary to reservation staff, Khun Sawitree & Khun Naraporn. they give a great service for this requirement. Moreover, another one service that i never expect is a gift card from room maid, Khun Lookpla, that put on the bed after my dinner. I would like to say thank you for these people that served a wonderful services for my wedding anniversary.

The overall ambience is great. The staffs are very nice. The area for improvement are the Food and Restaurants. 1 of the shrimp in Fried Rice at dinner was not good and made trouble for my wife stomach. The breakfast was not up to the standard we expected in all aspects; variety, taste, utensils, etc.

« A pleasant stay but some maintenance required. »

A pleasant family stay. Attentive and Friendly staff, lovely pool, nice beach, good breakfast, pleasant onsite restaurant and coffee shop made the stay enjoyable. However, our room required refurbishment as paint was peeling and cracking on the walls, the curtains were stained and had holes in them and the decking on the balcony required repair. Also, the gym is inadequately small and the gym equipment needs updating and the kids club is too small with minimal play equipment. Finally, while the spa is nice, it is expensive.

« Spacious room with reasonable price / yet minor problem appeared »

The pool villa room is vary spacious. Both the room itself and the pool. The bathroom is also good. However, the pool lights are broken in two spots. So its not that nice to take photo in the pool at night. The key cards always not working when coming back to the room but the staff came right away when calling. Nice services.

« Good location, beautiful room and good food but.... »

When I was checking out from the hotel, everything was excellent and I and my family was truly impressive staying at the hotel. However, one thing was happened when my car was just departed from the hotel. Someone from the hotel called me and asked me if I took a bottom of shower gel from the room. So I said that I didn’t. My husband has to run back to the hotel and ask them to re-check and finally the can find it in the shower room as it used to. I was so disappointed that why they didn’t recheck by themselves in stead of calling the guess the take the responsibility.

« Clean and great service from all the hotel staffs. »

Really love the place. Very big and clean room. All the hotel staffs are very friendly and well service mind. Food and drink are also delicious and not too expensive. It has great pool and beach entrance. Good for morning run on the beach. Will definitely come back. The hotel location are also in a quite and convenience place. I got family room and it's very very big and very comfortable.
