We were in for the eighth time in the veranda. It has changed like all hotels or had to change. The customers (except regular guests we meet since years) have different demands. The veranda has maintained its standard and delivers consistent quality with only minor price increases. If the guest is nice to the service provider, then he is treated in Veranda also accordingly nice and obliging. It was again a great stay and we will return! Hints: - We are golfers and not bathing tourists > the accessibility of the golf courses is therefore more important for us than a white sandy beach. - We are looking for a quiet environment with some typical restaurants in the area and not the city of Hua Hin.

I’m a member of Accor member plus. I had a literally great experience at Veranda. Of of my special requests upon arrival were well organized as I expected but unfortunately I couldn’t have a seafood beffet at iSea restaurant for dinner since there was a wedding party on the beach.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Room is well equipped. A little problem with curtains that are hard to close. Staffs are great. Dinner by the sea is delicious, but could be better with wider food selections. Parking is perfect.

« First family beach break »

Everything was fantastic! We took our 7 month baby to the beach for the first time and the staff were so accommodating and lovely- learning his name and saying good morning to him each day. The pool was gorgeous and had great shade options for the baby on a lovely section of the beach- I'd felt like we were on a Thai island rather than a few hours away from Bangkok. The jaccuzi room was fantastic and perfect place to relax outside when the baby was sleeping. Such a wonderful week- thank you! **also thank you so much for the additional service of sending back my left items. I forgot a particularly important charging cable in the room and only realised when we returned to Bangkok. When I called the hotel they retrieved it straight away and sent it to me in the post...I had it within a couple of days and was so grateful. Thank you!

Overall was ok. Our goal was to stay somewhere with enough activities for our kids to enjoy, and Veranda has met our standard. However, the food was the major let down. We would visit again, but would have our meals outside.

We found some problems about Pool suite room that we stay with our family. 1. Room located back building that it far away from both beach and facilities. My son felt cold while he out from swimming pool to our room. 2. The staff forbid me while I swim with my son in the swimming pool. Because I didn’t wear sport shirt in the pool (i wear cotton shirt) but someone can swim without their shirt. 3. Your restaurant have problem about air conditioner, we went to have dinner on 14 Feb 2019 at your restaurant but the air conditioner can’t use. Finally we need to go to have dinner outside the hotel.

- good service but the room service was average ex. took long time the staff came to villa after called the room service, some requirement was forgotten (champaign glasses+wine bucket),we had to request them again. - the cleanliness has to be improved. we found 3 millipedes in the villa. 1st one on my bed in the moorning i was super super shocked like my heart could be attacked. 2nd near the door of main bathroom. 3rd was near the curtain of the main bedroom. to me it was quite discusting to experience something like this in the high luxury hotel. i told this story to the staff when we checked out and the staff looked so sorry about this happened to me and gave us 2 iced coffee from the coffeeshop. i was still shocked and the staff told us the process that the hotel will do is investigate the mate that take care of that villa and pet controll thing.
