« Very friendly staff and hotel top floor but expected better »

For a 5 star hotel you expect everything to be exceptional.Well this isn't the case for this hotel.Cleanliness was below par in many ways (dirty towels, shower and more) and something has to be done with the smell of rooms and hallways. Rooms without a balcony look at the hotel's lobby which is really bad.Staff however was super friendly and the top floor with the pool etc. is a highlight

« Better than expected »

Gotten a nice upgrade of my room, clean and love every part of it. Just that water pressure and shower head is a little faulty at times.. Reception/hotel staff was pleasant.. Love the pool and view, very ideal location, just across end part of Kuta beach and fortunate the traffic was better than expected. Will definitely stay again..

Friendly staff, calm room, despite its location, very helpful receptions (esp at passing messages to our son even after we checked out). Transport and infos on day excursion was efficient. Polite and save drivers. My group appreciates the qualities of breakfast buffet. Croissants are excellent. Housekeeping for laundry were excellent!! In short our 5 days in Kuta heritage was a success for the 2 families!

We had a great experience! The staff gave excellent service. The rooms were up to standard. The hotel is nicely located, everything is within reach (beach, shopping mall, restaurants etc). We didn’t have any meals there. Only downside is I wish the room had a better view. Overall a wonderful stay:-)

Arriving at the hotel, there was nobody to assist with luggage. The reception is on the first floor which was confusing as there are personnel based on the ground floor.... after 3 nights at the hotel, I still don't know what their purpose on the ground floor is. They don't seem to do anything. I found the hotel expensive for the quality of the rooms - I stayed at three hotels during this visit to Bali, so I feel comfortable making this statement. Especially after the person at reception said I was upgraded to a better room - I can only imagine how disappointing my original room would have been. The personnel was generally friendly, but the English ability at reception was shockingly low. Also the person presumably managing transport was unable to understand me. I arranged transport for 5h30 on Sunday morning to the airport. Transport did not arrive. The luggage guy eventually ended up taking us to the airport. He was friendly and probably the only shining light of all the reception-staff I dealt with. Please thank him again for me.

The people are all friendly, rooms are kept neat and tidy and cleaned well. I like the variety of channels. I was booked on the 3rd floor and the WiFi was very bad. It’s not strong enough there and kept cutting calls.

Rooms are quiet and clean. Nice swimming pool, I like it. I have two comments : 1) Breakfast ends too early at 10:30. I missed it on the second day as I didn't know the ending time. I expect, normally, it should be 11:00. 2) One of the wooden louver jalousies in my room is not fixed properly, it dropped down suddenly and hit my foot on my second day stay at your hotel. Even today my foot is still painful. Told your staff when I left and hope that you would settle it.
