« Polite but staff says no for every single request made during stay -extremely disappointed »

The staff does not understand /accomodate any request as we were travelling with 6 month old baby and elderly parents.we had flight delays /cancellations and were already so upset and requested changes to booking but they asked us to pay 300000 rupiah and had to switch rooms for one day and the first day we asked staff if they could show us superior room so that we don’t have to switch rooms and they said room is same just balcony but later we realised plunge pool attached which was so disappointing as we would have happily paid extra $200 for that but staff doesn’t know how to promote and can’t understand customer needs.the last day having small baby we requested late check out as our flight was 11pm they refused blankly and after persisting they allowed 1 pm.we even asked to give us 1 room till 6 pm and charge us nominal fee and they said $170 which was rip off..I am determined to share this feedback on social platform and with all my friends and family who are frequent travellers to Bali and Accor members if you do not compensate me or refund me some amount for harrasment,inconvenience and ruining holiday.Refund partial because of my bad experience .my email address is sa…

Access to the hotel lobby via an elevator from a building that does not look like part of the hotel, The hotel building itself looks old and poorly maintained such as on the tap and the cleanliness of the toilet. This hotel does not have a good lobby as in a 5 star hotel. Car parking on the Kuta street is limited and the basement parking is not convenient for guests staying

« One of the best hotel experiences so far. »

Me and my partner stayed for 9 nights and loved every moment spent there, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left every single staff member we came into contact with was incredibly polite and helpful! The breakfast was also amazing, allot of selection for any dietary choice including vegetarian. The staff even surprised my partner with a birthday card and slice of cake on her birthday without it being requested. Massive thank you to everyone over at the Kuta Heritage Hotel!

I initially booked a Classic Room but complained to reception about the view (which was facing their business hall, which was strange) and a funky smell in the room. After which, the front desk immediately upgraded us to a superior room with a better view. Poolside has a great view despite the construction that was going on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the service staff was excellent!! Very accommodating with swift service.

I stayed here 2.5 years ago, and it was great. I was was happy with the location, staff and rooftop pool. This was the reason for choosing the accomodation again this time. Unfortunately this time the breakfast buffet was not as good as the last time I stayed there. My partner agreed also.
