Dear Sirs and Madames, First, I would like to thank you for the warm atmosphere in the hotel. With the room care could be worked even more in detail, which is often dusted no shelf. But is in the frame. Front desk is very friendly at all times. Breakfast could be improved here and there a little bit. But is also in the frame. Communication with Polina from the sales department could be greatly improved and make the customer tailor made. I am not satisfied with the discount offer. Our room was very comfortable and we were impressed with how quiet the hall ways and our room was. Loved the quiet closing doors which makes total sense in a hotel but often is not the case. Our hotel was in a great central location with many amenities within walking distance. The continental breakfast was fantastic and had a huge assortment of foods. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Overall was great! Really liked it. There was an issue on May 23 in the evening at the restaurant. It was quite busy with very limited staff, I was waiting to take order from me then waited for a salad I order for half hour and got wrong salad after waiting all this time. On other days service was much better.

Thank you very much for your service. Unfortunately, having arrived late to the hotel (approx. 23:30) I could not find in the room bathrobe, tooth brush and tooth paste, and body lotion. That was my second stay in Novotel Krasnoyarsk and the second time I had to request these items by contacting the front desk.
