This was the second visit to this hotel. Everything was just as expected. Location, service, convenience for the business meetings, breakfast - typical Ibis style. If I go to Krasnoyarsk again I would stay at this hotel for sure.

When I first arrived, I was told that I had to pay for breakfast because the hotel did not charge me. However, my bank statement shows that when I paid for my room in the hotel, I paid for the room and two breakfasts. The hotel made me pay twice for something I had already paid for. They would not listen to me. The , my key card stopped working, so that was inconvenient.

Being a silver Accor loyal member, I have stayed in almost all Russian Accor hotels, including the two hotels in Krasnoyarsk. While the standards of service were at a good level, some things disappointed me very much. A) within all my stay of 5 nights, a shampoo in the shower was never refilled, until I directly asked for that when I ran out of it already taking shower. No apologies were offered by a stuff member, although a reaction time was within 5 minutes. B) a still bottle of water was not brought for me on the last night. C) when I dined or lunched at the restaurant, I always did put the bill on my room number, but on one occasion I was rejected to do so with a vague explanation that "a new rule was introduced today", and that I was asked to pay directly at the bar, not at the front desk. When I asked for explanations at the front desk, I was told, (!) that the hotel was not guaranteed that a payment would come from me, that's why they could not, as before, put the bill on my room. I was insulted by that, saying what other confirmation do you need if I am a silver member of Accor (half way to gold this year)? The stuff took a minute fefore having excused themselves saying they took me for another guest, but I DO NOT believe in that. Generally saying, I also do not feel like the hotel appreciates a loyal guest, - the stuff should have seen that it was my third stay with you in less then a year, and I already contacted Hilton for my next business trip to Krasnoyarsk to consider options. While some members of your team are extremely polite and professional, some do make easy mistakes that shows that they had not been properly trained. Overall mark is 8, since I appreciate the hard work the brilliant members have been doing, but it should have been less. Moreover, several times I asked to be shown the commercial zone of the hotels to potentially arrange a 30-people event and I was offered to collect a business card of the responsible person, not otherwise, for me to be contacted by that person. This is not a minor thing actually, because to carry an extra card and keeping in mind a call is what I do not want to think of during a business trip saturated with meetings and activities to do. So, keep up the great job for some of you, and please work my notes through with stuff members to improve the overall experience of the guest. Good luck.

You need to fix problem with water and light. The light at the mirror in the bathroom keeps on and off all the time(so we have only one light bulb working at the ceiling), and the water was in a huge range from very cold to very hot when you do nothing to change the temperature. I understand that it is general problem of your water and electric communications, but it's very annoying. Other then that all was fine. Stuff on reception is very friendly.
