I got many disappointed experiences during stay at your hotel. 1. as my conversation with your staff before my visit. she said she will set up the sofa bed as in the picture. with bed sheet and pillow, but when I arrive it is not happen, I have to request again and they finally set up when I leave the room. 2. from the first day I came, I already complain about the broken window key and also the shower room which was always float when we use it. but until the second night nothing happen, your staff didn't pay attention of what we complained. even though we have complained many times, until my husband angry they finally move us to other room, we have to wait long time and NO STAFF help us to move our belonging even though we have to move other floor. 3. this is my first time experience that WE DON'T ALLOWED TO REFILL OUR MINERAL BOTTLE AT THE RESTAURANT WHEN WE HAVE BREAKFAST. it was so strange that usually other hotel even provide mineral water dispenser in every corridor. and since I stay at other hotel they never forbidden us to refill water at restaurant. even the at our stay before this hotel, I stay at IBIS LEGIAN . when I want to refill water they offer for help. 4.they said breakfast will open until 11AM, but in fact at 10.20 they not serve more food and they preapare to clean and close the restaurant. at IBIS LEGIAN , they didn't close the restaurant when they saw there are still many people come, and they asked us / inform us to take some more food if we want before they close. 5. there are still many disappointed things such as dirty bed sheet, the room is very noisy, we can here people talk from beside room, we can here people walk from outside of the room, we also didn't get extra welcome drink as we come 4 person ,we only get 2 drinks, even though in other accor hotel they always give us 4 drinks for the whole family.

I have good stay, hotel location near mall and this really help me as a guest to seek for meals or entertainment. keep up the quality services given to customer. The only note I've need to state was on my process of check out the officer at receptionist still questioning my payment which I have already paid during my booking a month before. need to check on the system whether the update was late or the officer did notice it. but overall I have no issued during my stay.

Overall it was good, except there was bad smell at the shower in the first day of our arrival. The room key card was so sensitif. I had to re-activated the key for 5 times.

4 adults and 2 kids fit just right in the loft room. Breakfast is just right, mall galeria a stone away. There are lots of food and hypermarket that sells everything in basic price. Pool just right. Everything is just right through its portion.

checkin was brief, staff was excellence. Except at the breakfast when I want to fill my son tumbler with water the staff strictly said cannot fill the tumbler. Theres no glass, and the juice is not refill yet. The water is intended to drink on the restaurant. lucky is our last day stay. If not we will depart and move. Our last stay is better.

« Ok for short trip »

I have requested pool view but sent to no view very hot room with not working side lamps after arrived 1am in the premises. Then i have to seek justification from the technical who kindly explained to the front office to give me other room. Previously, the FO insisted that he didn't have other room available and asked me to wait till tomorrow. Other room was actually available..this was not nice... I again moved to another room for better aircond. I spent 13 days in January 2016 before though...it was nice then.

« Strategic location for a shopping trip! »

A comfortable place for my family of 4! It's right next to Galleria shopping center and we easily walked back and forth. The staff was very friendly. We left a bag accidentally in our room. When I called and retrieved it, the receptionist and the head of housekeeping had my bag in tact! We were so grateful!

« Needs some change »

Was assigned a room close to cafe running loud music. Asked for a change, was given a isolated room, but was not clean and Air Condioner did not work. Then requested another room, this time all was Ok but no soap in dispenser.

Convenient location close to the airport, staff friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast pretty good and changed daily, rooms dated and small and cleanliness needs improving. We stayed in a loft room, stairs to loft were very narrow, floors lifting from water damage, curtains dirty, cupboard doors not cleaned for a while and had dirt splashed on them, pool was clean and the kids enjoyed swimming in it. Shopping mall right next door. Cabs available instantly from out the front. Overall a 6/10.

We booked this stay due to the heavy discount we received and we have also stayed at other Australian and overseas Ibis Styles location with no issues. The first hint, which I should of taken on board was I emailed the resort 2 weeks prior to organise Airport Transfer's with no response. Communication with staff was at times very difficult in communicating what we required. We have a Loft Deluxe room which was basic but met our requirements. The only issue we had was Mozzies and blocked drains. They sprayed for the Mozzies but we still had them, the drains I cleaned the 12 months of hair out then they worked well. Breakfast was basic Asian but got by. The location worked with the Shopping Centre next door which had a major supermarket and many eateries. Highlight of our stay (For my wife and Granddaughter) was the spa which both enjoyed very much. Would not recommend this Motel to friends

The second floor of the room, pillow bed sheets are very smelly dirty, did not change the bed pillow sets of the same, lived very uncomfortable !!!!! 二樓的房間,枕頭床單都又臭又髒,沒換床單枕頭套一樣,住了很不舒服!!!!!

Pick up car is ok and on time. Pillowcases and bed sheets should be checked due to bad smell. Floor need to be cleaned at certain area coz still dirty. Breakfast should be warm. Others are good.
