We stayed for five nights. Staff are outstanding especially Lorraine who takes a lot of pride in her work making sure that guests have a good breakfast. There were other praiseworthy staff -at reception (Oriental from HK), night reception person who went out of his way to get us trash bags at 10pm. Beds are firm and comfortable, heater in bathroom was a definite plus. It would've been perfect if there could be housekeeping every two days, instead of only on the sixth day. Laundry at the first floor was also a big plus.
