« Good amenities with large room »

Good receiption service that allowed to check in before noon and upgrade room from standard type to deluxe type. Room condition is well maintenance. Breakfast is ok but I viewed that restuarant on 2nd floor of car park building is more plenty than the orther one.

« My latest Stay @ IBIS Chiangmai »

I was staying @ IBIS Chiangmai 2 nights from 28 till 30 Nov 2018 and we finally got to stay at the main wing where the front desk is located as well. Apart from us getting relieved to see the flooring is not black (we ALWAYS got the car park wing's rooms are with flooring - we are not 'fans' of that color), my room - 1314 do not have disposable slippers though. Due to my hectic schedules for my work trip during the stay in Chiangmai, I did not think of asking for a pair from your housekeeping department - too tired by end of each day + forgot. So I do hope your housekeeping department will pay more attention to this as it is really a necessity most of us - the guests. Breakfast choice was great, at least to me as I felt it is sufficient to my needs, especially the egg station! Overall, please keep up the good work and try to go extra mile when necessary. Cheers!

When choosing the hotel to stay, I was concerned with its far-away location from the old city. In fact, the red-service collective taxis stop nearby at the 7-11 convenience store and take you anywhere anytime for 30THB. The room was fine. On the other hand, breakfast was all right but truly simple. The fruit juices were just colored water, the coffee was another kind of colored water! There is an egg-station but fried eggs are ready-made, they become cold and remain absolutely tasteless. Unfortunately, these are becoming a normal trend in hotel services and nobody seems to complain about it!

Great stay, with ample room for luggage and clean sheets. However, there are no welcome drink given, no porter to assist with bags. But i guess that's the service you get for the price you pay? I felt that they should provide free bicycle for usage as well.

It was a good experience. The service and reception was top quality and the room was clean, and well cared for. The breakfast food was not very nice, and I'd recommend sourcing some better coffee. Overall, I'd stay again.

Annoying loud noise from repairing process in property since early morning WITHOUT any notification from the hotel. Very strong stinky bad smell from the toilet. All cheap materials and untidy
