Good location, nice service from staff. Quickly check in and check out. Breakfast room is wide even I faced with group tour and refill food all time. One more, you have to walk to another building to have abc and parking but it’s not far from main building.

« Just ok, but not to the standard that it should be »

I booked the room for 2 nights during New year> the price was reasonable (Accor member rate) for high season. The room was ok, just a little bit weird layout. The service was ok. But the choices for breakfast were limited and the even worse thing was some dishes look like left over food from the day before.

« Be aware your room door may not lock when you go out »

the rooms are great. the breakfast has a great selection the eggs at breakfast are shocking unless you like cold eggs even when they are just brought out ( this is over 3 separate stays Ibis Hua Hin has the same issue. Why can't fried eggs be cooked and served by the omelette maker. I did ask but mika jai. The most unsettling experience was finding my room door was not locking it appears if you hold the door handle down for over five seconds it sets the door to an unlocked position this is reset by using the key card key. I ask to speak to the manger but was told he was not available so I got 2 free drinks. I didnt want to free drinks I wanted to make sure the manager knows he has a security issue and a warning placed in the room so guests will check there room door when leaving the room. Maybe this will spur some action. I have staying in this hotel 3 times and happy to again. I just hope no one gets robbed and that I can get nice eggs next time

Ibis ChiangMai is nice with reasonable price, the staff are friendly. Actually, i'm a Le Club member but i book this hotel from Agoda because the price is lower than booking on the Le Club website. If next time i'll stay at ibis again, what's the benefit to book from Le Club website instead of Agoda?

Good location. Room has comfortable bed and pillows but not double glass window, some noise from traffice be in at night. Staff were slow service but friendly. Breakfast service not fullfill the crowed customers, lack of untensil and emty bowl of food, egg stand had long line with 1 cook!

Corridor is dirty with too tiny space comparing to price charged. Breakfast is not very variety but opening time range is good for travelers. Location is hard for drivers and public transportation to notice and stop by.

« Excellent Budget Hotel with Great Value »

Ibis Styles Chiang Mai offers great value for travelers who are looking for a budget hotel. It is located near (approximately 10-15 min walk) to Chiang Mai university where shops, cafes, restaurants and night market can be found. The size, facilities and cleanliness of the rooms were better than what we expected. Sleep quality was slightly under par due to the noises one gets probably due to poor sound insulation. Overall, I am more then satisfied with our stays at the hotel.

« Well the receptionists are really nice, »

Good points: The receptionists are really nice and helpful. There is this girl named "Green" I would especially wanna thank to. Bad points: 1) the location is not so convient for me; 2) the room is little too old and the shower place is really small!!!!! 3) the shower water is always too cold except for the last night!!!!

« Airplane Roaring over Your Head! »

What an unpleasant journey with this ibis hotel in Chiang Mai. If you want a room with airplanes flying nearby even after 11pm everyday, this would fit your need... It was hard to fall asleep because it may be at the airplane route to CNX airport, so every 15 minutes you will be "welcomed" again and again until late night. Other aspects: Cheap hotel, so everything is cheap. Your sofa, bed, tv, washroom, everything cheap, you name it. Breakfast is okay, considering their cheap facilities. Sevice? You expect service? Then go get another one. I paid two night stay for this hotel, but can only bear one night. I escaped... for the second night to go to a normal hotel, le meridien. Even though I lose the money for the 2nd night. I just cannot beat it. Doubt if you can.

« Bad view and noise from air conditioner »

I have rest on 14-12-17. The room is Ok, but the view is bad. I can't sleep all night, because air conditioner has noise all night. I'm lazy to inform staff in the night time. But I have inforned them in the morning. Staff just say only sorry. But I do not see any responsibility more "sorry word" from them. And on Friday I have to drive back to BKK and last night I get bad sleep from your hotel. Actually I choose Ibis because I trust about quality and service. But this case I think I have to consider again if I have next trip
