« service dropped compare to my last visit »

i booked my two nights with ibis including breakfast. I went for breakfast in the morning with my wife and the person on the restaurant saying i only paid for one person and asked me to sign for extra. then I went to reception later and said why he charged me If I paid already. next morning went to restaurant for breakfast he said my room no. is not on his list and i have to pay for it . Argue again and went to reception he said the restaurant dont know about it. I have to go through this embarrasment being a silver member of the le club.

I must admit that there was a small issue in our Opera System which was not appearing the No of pax in system for the breakfast. We fell well below your expectation; being our privilege guest we are pleased to offer a complementary Lunch or Dinner for 2 person in next visit to Ibis Hotel. I apologize you once again and we have, of course, taken up your particular complaint with the staff involved to rectify any shortcomings. « A cell with a view? »

If you are on the first floor, chances are that you will face a wall 1 meter from your window! I guess I would have a better view in prison from behind the bars! Moreover the manager of the hotel doesn't have the power/ability to offer you a 10,-€ / 50 SAR discount to solve any problem! Manager or Management system should be changed.

I was disappointed to learn that the standard of Receptionist was below expectations. Our Front Office team has a stringent set of daily procedures to follow and it is evident these were not adhered to on this occasion, for this I apologize. We have, of course, taken up your particular complaint with the staff involved to rectify any shortcomings. I have since had an opportunity to review your concerns with the management team at the hotel in details for all areas where we fell short of your expectations. Although we have to accept that mistakes do happen, it is equally important that we state how sorry we are for the inconvenience experienced on this occasion. the Wi-Fi was very slow. the rooms had very low sound proof. I could here every one talking in the hallway. other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have a reservation. I walked in and asked for a room. I didn't ask about the breakfast and no one asked me about it. I assumed it was included and went to the restaurant to be asked to pay because it wasn't included. little embarrassing!

Ibis is a standard and idle hotel for a short trip, the only negative point is the shower! When i start taking the shower the water fill all the bath floor. Please fix it.

« My stay this time in Ibis Riyadh was bad for the following reasons: reception gave me wrong room due to his »

Reception gave me wrong room even I check in online because I know that I’ll arrive late night but even though I failed to get the room which I paid for it ! cleanliness in the room was so poorrrrr. Internet speed was really bad and even worst than unrated hotels !!

« No the IBIS I know »

First tooth pasts and brush are out of stock. Only one towel in the Bathroom althogh the room is for two adults. I asked for towels and I was told I can not have more than 2 Pcs. I never been to a hotel that threatens to charge for extra towels .. But I have been to the IBIS riyadh. The soup in the shower was low and it was barley enough for my wife. It was the worst stay I left the same day
