« Very dirty and very bad experience »

The bed and the matras was very dirty therefore I had to change the room even the new room has the same issue. I’m really surprised of the hygiene and sanitation in this hotel how did you control or measure that internally !!! I’m a silver member and I travel all over the MENA and I was shocked of this IBIS. Definitely I’m not going to recommend it to any of my colleagues in my company.

I usually stay in hotels expecting a hot water path after a long day but with ibis Riyadh water was little warm ... also i requested a bottle of water the room service guy knocked my door and asked for money first before giving me the water !!! , is this what to expect from a accor group hotels ? Difently no because i was one day before in tibilisi in mercure hotel and i saw how professional accor group is , hope ibis riyadh fix this soon , or it will lose customers !

Although we have to accept that mistakes do happen, it is equally important that we state how sorry we are for the inconvenience experienced on this occasion. generally good one. I am expecting more efficient and trained team at the reception by treating customer in a good way with paying attention to all. Getting the room can be much better if the team distribute the tasks and being familiar with their system. On the other side, the room door is reflecting the Hotel usual standard.
