Good bed. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. I spent nine days here, and have no complaints. Uber service is prompt, and cabs are always available. The location is great -- but the city is at time of writing torn up with public works construction (which is no fault of the hotel's), so walking to the Kingdom Tower is a bit of a challenge.

In general not not. Company pay deposit and they have agreement with hotel, but the front desk person not expert and force me to pay before I check out, and will not allow me to leave if I did not pay. Also at Check in the agent say no rooms but after argue he change to me 3 rooms, last room was AC leaking water.. After I told him its company reservation and already paid half, but he said no company her.

No one cares about the in-room guest. Reception provides the information to any visitor and he/she can visit directly to room without consent with guest in-room. He gets a surprise at the room door.
