generally good one. I am expecting more efficient and trained team at the reception by treating customer in a good way with paying attention to all. Getting the room can be much better if the team distribute the tasks and being familiar with their system. On the other side, the room door is reflecting the Hotel usual standard. I was staying on room 415 which facing some troubles during the opining and closing.

It was exceptional! It was a big deal for me the receptionist offered me to stay till 5:00 pm that day because I had two meetings back to back and I couldn’t come back to check out earlier. Two things I didn’t like though : Next to bed there’s no electricity socket to charge my iPhone , in 2018 this is a big deal. And the A/C switch is unbelievably annoying I couldn’t understand it, I think it needs to be replaced with simple one.

This hotel is clean, in the centre of Riyadh. Its staff is ready to support you. There is a point of weakness at the reception (check-out) where its personnel is slow and unable to issue invoices by changing some info.

I like staying at the IBIS because it is close to Kingdom Center so everyone knows where it is; there are always lots of good English speaking taxi drivers waiting in the parking lot; the hotel is clean; and the breakfast is a good value for money as is the whole hotel.

No good at all. Lobby was not clean and it smelled fried food. Room was clean, but it smelled smoke although I asked for non-smoking room. Hotel seems to be 15 years; it has been not managed well and it needs a better management to reflect Accor's ambience.

1. I did not got room as per my choice 2. Though I am accor member for more than 7 years, I was asked to pay in advance which otherwise they did not ask - I am staying at ibis Olaya street, Riyadh for past 4 years and they never ask money in advance. 3. The room key they gave was not working and I have to come back twice to the reception for re-activation! 4. The reception guy (Saudi gentleman) needs to be more polite with customers and attend their quries with care - My experience was not so good here 5. The buffet is a waste of money for vegitarian as hardly there is anything to eat though the charge is SAR105 pax.!

I had much better experience with ibis hotels: - Ibis Dubai in 2012 very nice stay. - ibis styles makkah from 30 May to 3 june was very good stay. and I'm back for 2 days 8 to 10 june. - ibis riyadh from 3 to 6 june not very satisfied with the hotel: first they gave me a dirty room and I have photos of that they accepted to change me the room of course but the hotel was not very clean, corridors with non cleaned carpets and a bad smell in the lifts
