Check in and check out experience was good. Breakfast service was not satisfactory as I asked several time from the same guy to get me a cup of coffee and it never came. So I had to ask another guy who did it right away.

I have an excellent experience staying there . the staff are so friendly and helpful. they make everything during your stay very comfortable. All the little things are taken care of. the executive lounge is great in the morning and evening.

Excellent facilities and extremelly clean. Very good F&B Staff, most can speak some English and all are very helpful. (Try the Fresh Apple Juice at breakfast) Mike on Conceirge and Linda in the downstairs bar are stand outs.

Been there many times, for business, leisure, and annual wedding anniversary with my wife. From the moment you walk in till you leave, everything, and I mean it, everything is perfect. Many old times 5 Star branded hotels probably nowadays couldn’t keep up with what this amazing Pullman offers you. Will go back again as soon as time allows me to. 110% recommended!!!

1. Check-in: I was not invited to the lounge for the check-in as the reception didn't know the level of my member. 2. The room is quite small comparing to other hotels I stayed even comparing to the Novotel 3. No welcome Fruit and Gift for us 4. The colleges in the Lounge is very nice and kind to us and the food and drink is also good as well

The hotel is a nice hotel. My heater was stuck on and my room was 30 degrees C. I notified the front desk and they sent maintenance up to review. He showed the room was 30 degrees C. Basically the heat was stuck on, even though I had the temperature set at 19 degrees C. He told me the temperature would drop slowing. I waited an hour and it was still hot. I called the receptionist and asked to be moved to another room. The only accommodation was to send someone up to open the window. This is not acceptable! I was told there was not a room at the rate I booked my room. I asked to be upgraded or downgraded to a room that had a working AC/Heater. The receptionist would not accommodate. When checking out I told the person at the front desk the issue and I should not be charged the final night. After getting our local HR manager involved with the GM of the hotel they agreed to drop the final night charge. I stay in a hotel 70-80 nights a year. This clearly was one of the worst customer service experiences and the team needs to be trained on how to handle these issues better.
