The overall experience with guest treatment as well as stay was okay. Net connection, breakfast etc were good. But I noticed some issue like not giving small toothpaste/ shaving kit in my bathroom area, except only soap. I am not sure if you forgot to provide these small items as star hotel.

Rooms without ventilation.....felt suffocated on day 2....will never return to ibis, Coimbatore..the gap between the wash door and the room ensures the odour of the wash room enters the room and suffocates.....high time to work on such items...pl. ensure the rooms are ventilated by opening the windows for fresh air upon check out for next guest....

As I entered the hotel there was no one to welcome a guest on gate I have seen this first time in my life that guest was not even welcomed on arrival. The rooms where ok not up to mark. The worst part was beg bugs which couldn't allow me to sleep whole night. The best part was BF Mr. Sarat was so good serving me good food. I am sure I am not going to visit IBIS again.

The ambience was very good. The food had good variety of north indians dishes and the taste was good. However, the room service was not good. It was not quick. The plates were not picked up. I am an Accor Hotels member and have been to some their other hotels. But this property is definitely not upto the standards as some of the others. Way too overpriced for the size of rooms, quality of food at the restuarant and the fact that it was a Tier 2 City like Coimbatore.
