My rooms keys always had to be rebooted as their was a fulit with them. When I was ordering food I had to wait a few minutes as the lady was on her phone and other people were waiting as well.

The communal areas require updating, particularly the corridors to the rooms which were not very inviting or clean. Carpets need replacing. Breakfast was ok and value was good considering the comfort of the room

It was like walking into an IKEA showroom. The rooms were very well presented and clean. The downside was I was in the ground floor front room right next to the smoking area and my windows didn't close. There were no soft drinks available at the bar.

Noisy and sleepless

It wasn’t down to your hotel, but the people out side talking very loudly ALL night. I was ok the ground floor at the front. The noise levels of the road is very high, maybe look at sealing around the windows? But I had to knock the window a few times to tell people to be quiet as I didn’t want my family to wake up. It’s a hotel with sleeping people, to have people walking back and fore outside your window talking loudly on the phone at 3am, isn’t pleasant. Having said all that, the room was clean, breakfast good and it was cheap.

Basic hotel for a London visit... no fringes. Room had a smoke smell as smoking area was below its window. Wi-Fi did not always work in the morning and evening.
