I enjoyed staying with Mercure Manila Ortigas this trip. This is my 2nd time staying here and the location, quality of service and room cleanliness and lack of disturbance are all great features. I also appreciated the understanding of the front desk with allowing me a later checkout than normal.

Besides the very attentive and friendly staff, this is a greatly located and well equipped (excellent fast internet!) hotel with a good price-value ratio for business purposes. 8 out of 10 points because I did not enjoy the cold air condition. Even when I turned off the air condition, the ventilator released cold air. For guests who appreciate a strong AC, this would be a 10 out of 10 hotel.

All the services staffs are very helpful and polite. The only dissatisfaction is that the towel was not very clean. One of the fresh towel has black stain on it.

Nice hotel, good location though it is in a peak traffic area, impressive services. It's very new. Staff are very friendly. Food quality at the hotel restaurant was surprising nice. Internet was OK considered it is in Manila.

Nice welcome with a cocktail. Helpful staff and very friendly at all times. Bed very comfortable but air conditioning in room not properly set up, the vent is facing away from the bed, the air not circulating properly, made it very difficult to sleep. Nice spacious bathroom. Good breakfast and a very good location.

First of all rooms and wc is geeat . Location is super bery close to malls . Staff is super!! And most important rich breakfast .. especially waiters are bery clever , they know what you want, what did you have each day and make it ready and very fast service.. smiley and positive people

The hotel is in a good location for shopping and access to underground. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable choice for Europeans. The bed was very comfortable and a nice spacious bathroom, only negative was the air conditioning in the room, the vent seems to be set in the wrong place with the result the cold air is away from the bed. All the staff were very nice and always helpful.

I've always stayed with other Accor Hotels and finding out about Mercure was a delight, with its prime location and affordable rate. The Front Desk agents were very helpful and welcoming as this was my first time in the property. The room was a good space for my partner and I, even the bathroom has a nice minimal touch to it. I would love to stay again, and invite my family over. Just one thing I'd suggest is to have the Guards be proactive in assisting guests with Parking, we had no idea there was a Basement for parking until we checked in. It would be appreciated if there's a sign or assistance upon Arrival.

As a platinum member, I have stayed in this hotel for a lot of times and it always amazes me that somehow they keep on disappointing me on all aspects. From security to parking, ignorance of the staff and quality of the room. But what broke the camels back is the smell of the hallways and rooms. It's like dirty laundry that was stored in hamper for a long time. I vomited a lot during my stay as I wasn't able to sleep. Pls as an Accor group of hotels kindly set a minimum standard. No wonder I could always get a room at the last minute because of the deteriorating status of this hotel. As a loyal Accor customer I advise you to go to novotel or sofitel when your in Manila. Hopefully the management could do something and act now before it's too late.

For one, my Le Club AccorHotels membership was not recognized. Then, room was hot as aircon was not that strong. Room in general is clean though.
