staff was very friendly, greeting with a smile always and very helpful. I travel quite a lot and been to other hotels and Mecure Ortigas would rate high on my list of preferred places to stay when on business travel. I will be back as will be travelling to Ortigas quite regularly.

« Strategic location but Air conditioner not working. »

The air conditioner temperature control was not working. My room is too cold and my colleague room next door was too warm. Breakfast is a bit simple but still okay. There were no choices of pillows available.

Clean room which is very important for me when i travel so that I can have a good night sleep. Breakfast can further be improved with more choices such as noodles stall. Coffee is good which is a plus so please keep it so. Staff service is good.

Everything is new. Staff are approachable and promt enough to respond requests. Room amenities are so nice. I would love to stay again. Foods have limited variety though but it’s fine.

The receptionist who were able to assists me did her best to accommodate the transaction. the credit card was not charge at the time of my booking because it was under my friend's name but she asked me to submit the authorization letter via email so she can proceed with the booking. Thank you (sorry i wasn't able to get her name). They also assisted me in the booking of my grab car going to the airport! Thank you so much! I will definitely book this hotel again.

I have stayed in different mercure hotels in other countries ( liked very much the mercure Paris Eiffel Tower). when i found out there is one in metro manila i booked one night in it. Experience was satisfying but not sure if asking for 2000 pesos from your client as security deposit is justifiable. I gave 2000 pesos only to receive approx 2500 due to tax. Why didn't they include the tax in the booking?

As tax computation varies from every country , it is stated in the confirmation letter that the taxes will be settled when the guest check-in the hotel thus the additional charge. First there was no wash clothes for me to take a shower. Then when went in to take a shower the shower did not work. I called for wash clothes and it over four hrs to received them. The stay was just bad

Hotel Is good, service is nice but air condition cannot be managed, you need to live in 18 degrees or less. It is a waste of energy and let you to stay in an uncomfortable room.

As always it was a good experience, tidy and neat with very nice staff really make the stay a breeze. The only point of improvement I would suggest is you need to improve your internet as some nights it is fine, while others it is not and for someone trying to make a video call that makes it very unreliable. It feels like you have limited bandwidth.

A very cold place to stay, the room aircon allows you to choose temperature below 18 only, Even if you shutdown it is still working, and when you will be back in the evening expect to find 16 degrees only. It is a perfect place if you like COLD.

I have a problem with lost and found center here. I forgot my item and it took me for a night to get that. I don't know why they have poor management about the lost item as no one knows where my item was in the lost and found center. The chief section forgot where he kept my item and it was unacceptable which reflected his poor responsibility. There was also poor communication between the cleaner who found my item and the chief since both of them did not know where my item was (it was unbelievable). Although I got my item at the end, this was my unsatisfied experience about the lost and found center here and low level of responsibility among staff here.

My credit card was declined and was not charged but the reservation pushed through, my companion arrived first and they assisted him until we were able to process payment. Thanks to the staff who assisted me via phone/ text and email. I stayed overnight and they even assisted me in getting a cab going to the airport! Thank you Mercure Manila Ortigas.
