Find out moreDear Ms. B., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Nottingham City Centre George Hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. With regards to the noise externally ( throwing of bottles ), this will be from bars which surround us and not our own bar but I do apologize should the noise from our central location proved to be nosier than expected. We do conduct walks of all hotel floors every 30 minutes throughout the evening and night. Should any guests be found to be making noise during these walks they are asked to quieten down. Of course should any guests make noise between these walks we welcome any guest informing us by calling reception ( open 24 hours ) and we will then immediately deal with any offending guests. I apologize further for your fellow guests disturbing you during your stay with us. Tea & Coffee making facilities are available in all bedrooms and in the room allocated to you can be found on the shelf within the wardrobe. Thank you for your very kind comments with regards to breakfast. I will be delighted to share this with the team. I wish to offer a further apology for anything that was less than friendly during your experience with reception. I thank you for this feedback and will speak to the individual to ensure they do not offer anything less than a warm and welcome experience to our guests.
