We booked the hotel transport to ferry us from airport to the hotel and to our great surprise we are warmly greeted by the driver, Mr. Eric (hope I got his name right) who is very friendly, warm and chatty. The Front Desk staff Mr Rui Yang is friendly and always putting a smile taking very good care of us and so are other staffs at front desk though some staff do not understand my need but they are patient to hear and get other colleague to translate. I observe the Front Desk staff is very alert and always checking with us are we alright and needs any help/service. We feel very welcome! Anyway, overall I will like to say a BIG THANK-YOU to Mr. Owen Cheng who had been taking a great care of us and surprise a Birthday Cake. Thank you very much once again. Novotel Hotel is always my preferred stay wherever I go.

Wall paper carpet water sink and the leaking shower all shows the rapid aging of this hote.

Good structre and facilities. The staff is willing to provide the good services but need to be trained to reach a next level. The room seems badly isolated as we can hear the TV and the people speaking next door. The hotel should monitor and advise the people to hehave in a respectful manner

great hotel premier suite very roomy but would like to see Microwaves in the rooms which would make your stay a whole lot better. The staff is very helpful, the rotating resturant at the top is very good the Boston baked stuff lobster is outstanding and actually cheap

locate in the downtown, easily to assess nice spot in the city, room is ok, but I had to talk about the breakfest , very limited option, the orange juice looks like apple juice color, crazy.

No smoking room had ash tray and matches. Smelled of smoke. Lifts were slow and it took forced long delays. Bed was a hard asian style bed. Will not stay again.
