The location of the hotel is very good. The room provided was satisfactory but the wash room was very small in size. The flow of water was not sufficient enough resulting in delay in coming out of the wash room. The menu needs more options and the quality of food needs improvement.

Really satisfied 99%. However, your selection of TV channels did not include Sun TV and Sun news. Please have more tamil channels on hand. It would be nice. Breakfast was superb. My compliments to the chefs. Front office staffs too were marvellous and most helpful. It shows the training given. I would like to thank the air conditioner tech/mech lady who attended to my complaint. She did a fine job. Really excellent. My thanks to Ms. GORGI for being a most helpful front office staff. However, i was surprised to note that one NE male staff (probably new to tamilnadu) did not know that Chennai was the capital of Tamil Nadu. Otherwise all staffs were well trained. My best wishes to IBIS.

Toilet and Bathrooms are too small and congested and I don't think this is to the mark as per the hotel standards. Support staff needs to be proactive, I had requested for the clearing of the used plates from my room by evening and the staff didn't turn up at all and again next day morning had called up the reception and asked for the same again and then the staff came and cleared the plates.

Rooms don’t have natural ventilation. Bathroom shower is very old and was not functioning properly. Wondering why the hand spray is on left hand side and difficult to use also. Bath towels are old. Overall need some good improvement in the quality. I am not interested in staying again here.
