Hotel Stay and hospitality was very good and nice, we have booked the room for our Guest and i am (R.Y.) Personally visited their to book the room on 11th and paid for 2 rooms and at the time of Checkin on 12th your reception person had requested for advance which is not fair. And 12th night we need to extend the room and i called and call was transferred to room reservations and i was holding the call for 10 minutes and no one responded and i was in famil function and i rushed to hotel and paid the amount and went and this is also unfair. And 13th afternoon we came to see our guest and the security on the ground floor denied to allow my boos who weared Dhoti and which we re not able to digest at all. It is our traditional and most of the politicians were using the same and how your security can do this. Please give us a proper explanation.

Room environment is ok, but some basic items are missing like clock, bathroom utilities (shampoo, moisturizer etc). Restaurant: only limited menus and the price details shown in the menu catalogue and bill is different. No options for less spicy foods. most of the items are very spicy.

Not great. The room was not clean. Bed linen had hairs in them. TV was not working inspite of one person fixing it. The shower gel was a mess. Lift handle broke and I got hit. Food was average. For the price being charged the peers have much better option.

i was not satisfied with the overall experience. My room had two single beds and i was the only one staying. I asked for a double bed in the reception.They said they will change my room next day but i did not happen at all. I will never opt for IBIS hotel. Even paying a amount of 3700 per day, my experience was very bad. I ll also ask my company not to book my stay in ibis hereafter.
