The location is very convenient and staff is nice and polite. However, there is not enough amenities such as toothbrush,toothpaste. Toilet paper is too close to the floor which is not hygienic enough.

Basically Air Cond at my room temperature is OK, but sometimes its make sound noisy mostly round midnight - 4.00am its like knocking sound makes me can't sleep well. I stayed at Room 1101.

We have always interacted with Nattanicha (executive asst manager) when we stay at Ibis Siam. She was excellent, approachable and effective. However, she is now working at another branch. After Nattanicha left, there was another lady (duty manager) with short hair (cannot remember her name)-- she remembers us and makes sure our stay was good; she had also changed to another branch.  Last stay, Siriluck (duty managrr) took care of us-- she was also good with her work; she is also now at another branch. We were initially worried when we came back this trip to discover everyone we knew had changed to other branches. Thankfully, during this current stay, we are very glad to comment that Oraya (Cherry) the duty manager made special efforts to make our stay comfortable-- her service has been outstanding! Please share our appreciation and commendation with her. An issue which you may like to look into: 1) when we checked in, frontdesk never put on any smile. While we were told they were new, remember-- a smile goes a long way. They should learn from the 2 cleaning ladies at our floor (room 1720) on 1st and 2nd Sept 2019-- they will greet us with enthusiatic smiles when they see us at the corridor. Please help me thank them for their sunshine smile which brightens the day. Even though on the first day of check in, there was a 0.5cm diameter of dried up feaces on the toilet seat cover! I took some effort to use a wet tissue to clean it off. The room was otherwise was very clean! Since they were always friendly, greeting us and smiling-- we decided it was just something they missed out (it is not common to have feace on the top cover of toilet seat -- who woukd actually shit on the top cover of toilet seat!). Their job is really tough. Please thank them for making up and replacing our water and shower gel in our our room so carefully. Send my thanks to the 2 cleaning ladies.

It met our expectations for an Ibis Hotel: clean, good bed, nice staff, near transportation, convenient stores, and malls. The only difference from other Ibis hotels in Europe is the extravagant breakfast buffet.

Good Location, Fast check-in and out process. Only problem is, the sound proofing is bad - the noise from MBK fun fair is still very loud from my 17th floor room. Still, I am quite satisfy with the stay.

Room as per described. No surprises! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good value for money. Location close to BTS and close to shopping malls. Breakfast was decent. A really good 7 Eleven and recognition of Accor membership. The not so good ….. Power got cut off once, the power plug was so "loose" that I could not plug in the kettle, no directions on how to use the TV and channels available. Shower also not too great - intermittent hot/cold showers during the day. Agree that having toothbrush amenities would have been nice but was prewarned by other reviewers so came prepared!

Staying in Ibis Siam was great. Great proximity to public transport and MBK. The neighborhood was also good and 711 at the ground level makes it more convienient . The management was also keen in providing your needs.

The location was a stone throw away from MBK and BTS. Nice and clean with convenient store within. The only set back is the warm water for the shower, which is not consistent. Maybe should install individual standalone water heater.

1) The selection of foods are repeated alternatively, daily fruits only papaya, watermelon, apple, pear would love to try mango, dragonfruit or seasonal fruits etc for a change. 2) It would be better to have fruit blender to juice out the fruits (some fruits are hard) as my old folks are wearing dentures and swallowing is abit of problem. 3) Thought it would be better to have a priority corner for old folks to have their breakfast instead of standing and waiting in the long queue to be seated. 4) Did requested earlier to have my room and my parent room to be next door or opposite. Initially was away from some rooms but fortunately the reservation staff managed to put my parent room opposite of our room. WELL DONE! 5) There is no replenishment of coffee or tea sachets in both rooms daily. 6) Would be better to provide some spare pillows in the cupboard as our pillows are soft and loosing their shape and head support. 7) Would be better to provide bedroom slippers so that we will not dirty our feet as we walk around the room after out from our bath.

This was a two night stay we made as a stop over on a trip we were making from New Zealand to Europe. We were very happy with the accommodation and the food that was provided for breakfast was very good. I was not happy that the hotel would not accept my debit card that we have used several times in other hotels, including those in the Accor group, for travel expenses. The hotel asked if I could use another credit card and I used my usual New Zealand card. However, I have just checked my debit card transactions and I see that the hotel has actually taken funds from the debit card they told me they would not accept, as well as the credit card. So they have made me pay twice and this will need to be fixed.
