Great hotel and great staff. Special mention to Khun Cindi, front office. He is very helpful and friendly. Always happy to see him. I have stayed in Ibis for many years. Location is great and easy access to shopping malls. BTS is just in front of hotel. Also special mention to Khun Oil, F&B Supervisor on the 8th floor. She is friendly and very attentive. Concierge guys are fantastic too. Very helpful and friendly.

A convenient no frills room. Zero amenities. An air conditioner that blasts cold air despite the setting adjustment. Hard bed. Breakfast over priced and ordinary. It’s a prime example of “you get what you pay for”

I've just today very nice experience with this hotel: flight arrival very early (7h30 AM) at BKK but hotel reception, miss Oat Wunsen, was so nice to do all their best to get me a (very) early check-in and room with a nice view. You saved my day and my trip :-) Although room comfort here is not as "high" like Mercure's on upper floors, I'll be back for this kind of customer welcome.

We stayed for 6 nights at the hotel.. the rooms are not cleaned up neatly by the housekeepers. You can see dust everywhere in the room even after cleaning. They don't provide tea despite many requests in the room. The staff from the front office are not always helpful. The hotel is only okay because of it's location which is near MBK centre. Breakfast from the restaurant was good.

hnfunkmaster TripAdvisor review

Like other ibis hotels, although the room is basic and compact, my rooms was functional, clean and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was really good because it was shared with Mercure hotel. However, as the other review says, the surrounding rooms can be a bit noisy. But the noisiest was the housekeeping staffs, talking so noisily and endless. My stay was almost perfect, but unfortunately became a noisy one.
