The staff was amazing, clean room and perfect location. I liked the concept that there were 2 hotels in the same building. For extra 200 THB we could even use the swimming pool on top.

Lets start at the check in counter, on June 6, we arrived late 9pm from Megabangna, I was to exchange my dollars at one of Money exchange stalls in MBK, but when I got there, they were closed already at 8pm. So my last resort was your exchange counter/check in counter, but they rejected my US dollar, with the reason that it had a small red stamp at the back. With the same batch of US dollars, I exchanged 800 Dollars at the airport with no fuss, no qualms and no questions. I needed to exchange coz I was leaving early to join a group tour at 830am, and i needed pocket money for that. Fortunately, my friends still had money, no thanks to you, and i borrowed from them for the time being. And also when i checked in, I couldn’t help but notice the clutter in your counter, you could have made it wider and taller so we, your guests, would not notice it and any guests won’t be tempted to pick-up any vital things, when no staff is looking. I do interior design, and the dimensions and designs of the counter were not well thought of. Now....the room, it was quite spacious, but it takes awhile for your aircon to get cold, a few hours i think. There should have been at least, one electric outlet, on each side table, so we don’t need to get up from our beds, go near the window and unplug whatever needs to be unplugged. Bathroom, what precarious place to locate the tissue holder, it took me the 2nd or 3rd day, to realize that there was one, initially, i had to go get one at tissue box located near the window. These are just simple things, but it should have been thought of well, since you are in the hotel industry.

Great location, very near to BTS national stadium. Just a few min walk to mbk. Fast check in, breakfast buffet is good. The downside of the housekeeping is very slow and late. We came back to our hotel around 4pm and they still haven’t clean the room. They didnt throw the rubbish. Overall the hotel is good.

Convenient location , clean room , comfortable bed , everything is great except the water pressure is way too low on upper floors ( stayed on 15th ) ; I spent nearly 30 min taking a shower .

Hotel took note of my request, thank you! Hotel staffs are helpful; especially the Bellboy , he’s fantastic! Truly truly appreciate his help!!! —I return later than time I stayed. He’s ok with it; helped me to get cab, he even helped put my luggage into the trunk when driver make no move to help, thank you very much! I’d check-in online; didn’t seems to quicken check in process.

Great staff, very friendly, Rooms are small but fine for one or two people, clean, well located and a 7-11 in the foyer which is a huge plus! An ATM too which is very helpful. We did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment. Only negative which is not exclusive to this hotel, the large tour groups from China. They can be very noisy and inconsiderate at night. But this is becoming a problem every where you travel. This time we were lucky and managed to avoid them!

Carpet on the 16th floor of the hotel has unpleasant smell and toilet cubicle are pretty small. Room service is good Location wise is quite good as it is near the train station, 1 min away. Overall average stay
