Overall room is comfortable and clean. The location is convenient as near by BTS station and shopping mall, even though it is at the center of the city, the room inside is very quiet. However, it shares the breakfast restaurant with Mercure Bangkok Siam Hotel, thus so many people and need to wait for around 20 mins to get into it.

2 Cockroach in toilet and 1 big cockroach in living room. Low water pressure , take long time for shower. Very noisy when others room close the door .

The hotel was very clean. Nice bed and pillows. Breakfast was great, with various options. The most important thing was the location. This hotel is located in Siam area. within walking distance to malls (Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, as well as MBK). The BTS skytrain station is right in front of the hotel. It is very convenient if you would like to go to the airport using the BTS and Airport rail link.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite MKB and within walking distance of the bts train station. The room is the typical standard Ibis hotel room we find around the world! Clean and functional. Unfortunately I was very disappointed that no toiletries were provided. No toothbrush, no comb none of the standard toiletries set provided by other Ibis hotels. We called housekeeping and was told none will be provided at this ibis.

Our short stay at Ibis Bangkok Siam was a pleasant one. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Location is awesome. However, it would be good if the hotel could consider to provide basic toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste. If not, at least the room slippers. Thank you.

Was welcomed like an old friend. Front desk helpful especially the Asst. Mgr. Ms. Rattana P. made our stay enjoyable. Bell boys were keen to help n advise nearby places of interest to visit. Though rooms are small but comfortable n clean. Would stay here again on our next visit if not next door at Mecure.

« One night in Bangkok all OK except bed way too soft »

I stayed 1 night in Bangkok at the Ibis Siam in early Feb 2019. My room was quiet and clean, the airco worked well and was silent, but the mattress was too old and soft. The centre of the bed in particular even softer and U-shaped. I usually stay in Ibis hotels when I travel the world because I can rely on excellent value for money and friendly staff, as was the case here, although for that particular hotel Accor should invest in new (preferably firmer) matresses.
