We stayed at Ibis hotel chain for the 1st time. Overall it was a nice experience especially for this particular hotel, the location is strategic as just a few steps from National Stadium BTS station. It is also walkable distance to Siam station. Customer service is good, friendly staff. The things that need improvement: water flow of the shower head is too small, the light of room is dim and no disposable slippers.

« My Experience Siam IBIS, i am not happy »

i only mention for the twin BED is very not comfort to sleep. i stayed for 4 nights and can not sleep very well. Size of the bed is really small and they moved or not stand still at their place and i feel i want to fell down all the time. not only me complain about this but my friend also feel the same like me.

« Great hotel at a great location! »

Check in was efficiently done. I'm really surprised with the size of the room as rooms at Ibis are really small from my past experience. I enjoyed my stay in the spacious room on the 16th floor. The room was really clean. My only problem was that I can hear the noises coming from the other rooms & corridor.

« Comfortable Stay for a Single Traveler »

Room was generally clean (except for a slight unpleasant smell at the desk area) and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. Bathroom was quite small but suited my needs as a single traveler adequately. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent.

great location, got free breakfast with this booking too which was nice, however I didn't like the breakfast selection so only had it for one morning (I would say generally probably ok for most people, I'm just picky). Room cleanliness was much improved from my last stay and housekeeping staff take good care of little things I set around the room to see if they would notice. Concierge guys were also very nice and polite. front desk service was efficient. Overall great job for the team at Ibis Siam, would definitely stay there again and recommend for my friends and family.

It was a 4D3N stay. The room was clean and toiletries were replenished promptly except on our last day, the housekeeper didn’t refill the mineral water and toilet paper. The staff at the reception and during breakfast weee friendly and attentive. Had a wonderful stay.

The check in was smooth and greeted by manager. The room was clean and confortable. I was served with fruits and drink as welcome treat. The breakfast was good and suggest softer bread and more spread like peanut butter. The location was good with 711 shop at the lobby and mbk opposite and the bts station national stadium was just outside.

My stay was great and had no major issues here. The location is superb, it is accessible easily to Bangkok CBD. Shopping malls and shops are within walking distance. However, during my stay, the hot water in the shower was not hot, it was only slightly warmer than room temperature. I tried to turn it on for a while but that didn't seem to help much. Oh, wifi was quite slow as well. Apart from that, it was a good choice.

Ibis Bangkok Siam is located right infront of National Stadium BTS, making travels very convenient and cheap. I absolutely loved staying in Ibis Bangkok Siam for the comfortable beds at affordable prices. Buffet breakfast was equally as good with a good variety every morning of my stay. I can't stress enough, how the location of this hotel is one of the best!

Amazing experience in very hectic central of Bangkok, friendly and cheerful staff service not long queue like mercure in cheaper price. and I went this hotel at the time of celebrate anniversary ibis hotel and we got free coupons of breakfast. Our room were clean and clearly sightseeing Bangkok view. All total, ibis siam is hidden convenience place in town.
