« Another awesome stay with this property! »

I am a returning guest to this property, probably my third time staying here in 2018. On top of the superb location, the staff was always prepared to make my stay as comfortable as possible. When there were problems with the room that was initially given, the staff was very accommodating to resolve the issue, even during the busy New Year period! Thank you very much for making this trip as seamless as possible. Will definitely come back!

« Very well located in the shopping area and BTS skytrain »

Clean hotel, good breakfast, very comfy bed but small room as per IBIS standards. Our room in the 17th floor facing the right side was very quiet, good aircon, although not possible to open the window for ventilation.Right in the busy and noisy area of Bangkok good for shopping, if you are looking for a quiet area, the Ibis Riverside is a much better option.

The hotel is clean and cozy. With a 7-eleven at the lobby, one can just get light bites and drinks anytime. The location is also very convenient. BTS National Stadium Stn just outside the hotel. Many shopping centres and BACC within walking distance. Ideal place to stay.

« Nice location and room is just right for the price. »

Hotel was good location. Check in was easy. Room was just right for the price. Toilet was clean, though shower area is slight tight, but still acceptable. Though the hot water control is not easy. A little turn and the water is too hot, turn the other side a bit and the water is cold. Water pressure is also lacking. There is slots under the bed to keep the luggage which is nice as it allows more space for walking. One of the bed side light was spoilt and after calling the front desk, the maintenance crew came and change it real fast. One of the day, one of the only 2 lifts was down for maintenance. However, there was no notification at the lift to inform the guest. So everyone was wondering why only 1 lift is working and what happen. A simple notification at the lift landing or to the hotel guest will help them understand easier. Generally, it was good and value for money. There was a 7-Eleven at the hotel lobby which makes it easier to get drinks and snacks which is nice.

« Hot water shower unstable »

I love to stay at Ibis Siam for its location and convenience. Have been doing it for past 3 years or so. However last week I was there when I stayed in room 1508, the shower was terrible. Never had this problem before. Water pressure was low and the hot water had to be adjusted all the time. Either no hot water or I have to wait 3 minutes before I get any.. 🙄😑Makes me wonder if I use Ibis Siam again in my next trip to Bangkok.

Needed convenient place to stay for renewing visa. Ibis is close, BTS is right in front and plenty of good places to eat nearby. Good WiFi and breakfast buffet. Nice to have welcome drink for Accor members.

The combination of comfort and location is unbeatable. I stay here a lot because of it's proximity to my favorite shopping malls in Siam. The rooms are clean, and bright.The breakfast spread is fine - nothing fancy, but will do the job. I just wish the coffee was brewed, rather than the instant one they had in their machines.

This was the 2nd visit for me . I so enjoyed my first stay and recommended quite a few friends. Never again! It is one step above a hostel now..7-11 in the lobby, shabby lobby and staff that could care less. Rooms are so dim that you cannot read, are not made up in a timely manner, just simply unpleasant. This hotel is not at all what it was like four years ago when I stayed here. Very sad

great location, got free breakfast with this booking too which was nice, however I didn't like the breakfast selection so only had it for one morning (I would say generally probably ok for most people, I'm just picky). Room cleanliness was much improved from my last stay and housekeeping staff take good care of little things I set around the room to see if they would notice. Concierge guys were also very nice and polite. front desk service was efficient. Overall great job for the team at Ibis Siam, would definitely stay there again and recommend for my friends and family.

The hotel is located close to most of the mall, which is very convenient. It's right in the center of thr city and there's a BTS station right next to it. Its basic but very comfortable. The staff is courteous as well.

The hotel is just located beside the National Stadium BTS Station. It's very convenience and the hotel staffs are friendly.I also received the welcome drinks at the SkyBar at Level9 as an AccorHotels member. Nevertheless, the room is quite small in size for Bangkok Hotel.

The noise from other room is coming over to my room, From the kids and parents.There were instances playing and shouting, lastly Parents were screaming at the kids for fighting.The father was bathing and I can hear very clearly his singing. This was my second stay with my family. Got the two connecting rooms and higher floor - as requested. Breakfast is good, front desk efficient and concierge team are super friendly and helpful. The hotel benefits from have a well stocked 7 Eleven in the lobby - useful for late night snack and refreshments. Check out the Bangkok Arts and Cultural Centre nearby. There is an excellent won ton noodle shop in there and great way to chill out.

Soap dispenser within the shower compartment was empty and was only refilled after being told to do so. The light was dim in the entire room and power charging of more than one equipment at the same time is a challenge.

Good Stay. Warm welcome when I arrived closed to midnight. Appreciated the fruit platter with dragonfruit, nice warm welcome . Every day the room was nice and tidy. Although at times would be good if it was cleaned a little bit earlier, but other than that the room was clean and was very satisfied. Would be good if the tv in the room could be upgraded to a more modern one. also would be good if with the new tv they had something like chrome cast, where you could play movies off of your devices onto the tv. (just suggestions thats all) Internet was ok , a little bit slow at times. Other than that had a very good stay. Check out was also very smooth friendly efficient. Staff were courteous and professional which was great. Had a good stay :)

Room was abit dim but the location is good. Is very near to bts. There are stains are the bedsheet which their service is good, the staff change 3 times for the bedsheet as there are stains on the bedsheet being bought up. Counter service was abit slow, even i check in online i still have to wait some time to take my room card.

I was told a certain price online when I got there they charged me much more I tried explained to them.Also the rooms were much more smaller than I had thought when I booked online they appeared larger. The service was very cordial and helpful but over all I was not really happy I moved to another hotel !
