Hotel took note of my request, thank you! Hotel staffs are helpful; especially the Bellboy , he’s fantastic! Truly truly appreciate his help!!! —I return later than time I stayed. He’s ok with it; helped me to get cab, he even helped put my luggage into the trunk when driver make no move to help, thank you very much! I’d check-in online; didn’t seems to quicken check in process.

Great staff, very friendly, Rooms are small but fine for one or two people, clean, well located and a 7-11 in the foyer which is a huge plus! An ATM too which is very helpful. We did not eat the breakfast so cannot comment. Only negative which is not exclusive to this hotel, the large tour groups from China. They can be very noisy and inconsiderate at night. But this is becoming a problem every where you travel. This time we were lucky and managed to avoid them!

Carpet on the 16th floor of the hotel has unpleasant smell and toilet cubicle are pretty small. Room service is good Location wise is quite good as it is near the train station, 1 min away. Overall average stay

We stayed for five nights and found the hotel a bargain for the price, yes the bathrooms are small but adequate, breakfast was extremely good. We would definitely choose to stay there again, the location is so central.

This hotel was one of Le Club AccorHotels residence that provide good services for members in Bangkok. The hotel has performed quality improvement especially for Elite Member. Thank you the management for offering me welcome fruits. During this stay, my room was already prepared. I expect that if it was possible the front staffs should be trained for greeting member guests that would made guests feel more WELCOME. For example, welcome back, acknowledged for member status, thank you for loyalty etc. The promotional sale should be continuously offered for member in Private Sale regularly.

The housekeepers should lower down their voice and chats over their headphones. They are quite rough in handling the vacuum cleaners, etc. I was woke by them at 9am. Please be mindful with the noise as they could be interrupting other guests who are still resting.
