Classical Ibis, good staff. But maybe the room could be a little bit more lightened. At least a stronger light in the bathroom and/or at the writing desk. Internet was a bit slow on the 17th floor.

« Conveniently located, great stay »

The stay was great and the hotel was conveniently located just beside National Stadium BTS. The 7-eleven at level 1 of the hotel made it easy for us to get snacks. The room was comfortable, but amenities such as provision of toothbrushes and toothpaste, and proper bathing soap and shampoo could be included. Overall, it was a great stay.

Hotel Ibis Siam in excellent position in Bangkok. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. A 7Eleven Minimarket right inside the Hotel is not nice to see and rates are very expensive in a cheap prices Area like Thailand.

« Creepy sound heard while sleeping »

Could not remember why I din choose to stay in this hotel, whenever I visit to BKK every quarter. Hotel is nice to make a Welcome Back sign for me in the room. Noticed that the room#1603 given was at the far corner with an exit door and utility room nearby. At about 1am, heard some loud persistent noise from somewhere. Could not determine where the sound is from. First time in my life that I have to call the recept for such matter. A manager came, could not identify the loud noise either. In the end, changed my room. Could not sleep after all the commotion, which spoilt my second day. If hotel really value me and wants to welcome me back, then they wont have chosen a problematic room for me it he first place. Don't think I will come back

We spent 3 nights in the Hotel. It locates right in the center of Bangkok. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is small. In general we were satisfied when staying here.

« Another awesome stay with this property! »

I am a returning guest to this property, probably my third time staying here in 2018. On top of the superb location, the staff was always prepared to make my stay as comfortable as possible. When there were problems with the room that was initially given, the staff was very accommodating to resolve the issue, even during the busy New Year period! Thank you very much for making this trip as seamless as possible. Will definitely come back!

« Very well located in the shopping area and BTS skytrain »

Clean hotel, good breakfast, very comfy bed but small room as per IBIS standards. Our room in the 17th floor facing the right side was very quiet, good aircon, although not possible to open the window for ventilation.Right in the busy and noisy area of Bangkok good for shopping, if you are looking for a quiet area, the Ibis Riverside is a much better option.

« Clean hotel, superb location »

i like the cleanness and the smooth check-in/check-out process of the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is near to a lot of eateries and malls. However, the hotel failed to provide a toothbrush and toothpaste when required. This is quite disappointing as i have to grab it from the convenience store near the hotel lobby. Another issue is that during the 2nd day of my trip, the hotel doorman helped us to call a taxi(which i think it is a very nice service provided by the hotel), however, the taxi driver dumped my family in the middle of nowhere once we didn't agree for him to turn off the meter. I'm not blaming the hotel for this, as it could be due to unethical behaviour of that particular driver, just hope that the hotel can look over on this issue and do some necessary moves to make sure the taxi called will send the hotel guest to their desired destination. Thank you.

Excellent stay albeit the water pressure being too low in the shower. The 7-11 store at the lobby and the National Stadium BTS Station at the hotel doorstep is so convenient. Major shopping malls and eateries were all within walking distance.

« Perfect location but room facilities need to be upgraded »

We were happy to be given early check-in for 1 room & well wishes for our wedding anniversary. Propose to restrict guest access to rooms via lift security system. Room facilities need to be upgraded, eg. Room 1508 could not be locked, to provide charging points at bedside, shower temperature is difficult to control,some power points were faulty, the awkward position of the toilet roll, tv could not be turned off for the night.

The location is good. National stadium BTS is located in front of the hotel. The room is decent and clean. But the water pressure is low in the shower.

No soap, no tooth brush, no slippers was provided, all were standard in my previous ibis stays. I asked the management and they did not bother themselves. I wrote to AccorHotels customer care, yet received no response! I stopped booking from AccorHotels till they get back to me.

I loved the room layout and how clean everything was. The view was great too. However, when I booked, the site showed there were toiletries, but there weren't when I arrived. The lights were too warm to my liking. The plugs were away from the toilet, so it made it hard to straighten hair etc. Also, the food tasted horrible.
