« Satisfied hotel services with ibis Bangkok siam »

I really satisfied with ibis provided services for my anniversary celebration trip at Bangkok. They have welcome us with delicious food and nice decoration in the room for my anniversary with my gf and surprisingly I received birthday cake during at my birthday ready by hotel(I never requested or mentioned during booking). They are warm my heart and I will highly recommend to my friends who will visit Bangkok next time!

« Hot water shower unstable »

I love to stay at Ibis Siam for its location and convenience. Have been doing it for past 3 years or so. However last week I was there when I stayed in room 1508, the shower was terrible. Never had this problem before. Water pressure was low and the hot water had to be adjusted all the time. Either no hot water or I have to wait 3 minutes before I get any.. 🙄😑Makes me wonder if I use Ibis Siam again in my next trip to Bangkok.

Generally our stay was good with staff very helpful. Room has thin walls and faint noises from other room can be heard. There were also some smoke smells that can be smelled when we passed by the hallway of some of the rooms on our floor. My kids wanted to go swimming at the mercure pool which is free for kids but the supervising adult who will not swim has to pay.

No hot water the first morning. Asked front desk to fix. Barely got water next morning. Asked front desk to fix. Warm water next morning. Weak pressure. Shower experience terrible. Other than that, location is good. Room looks old. Towels were old and ragged.

the location was very good and there is 711 right below the hotel. However, I find the toilet abit small. Don't recommend for bigger size people.

Needed convenient place to stay for renewing visa. Ibis is close, BTS is right in front and plenty of good places to eat nearby. Good WiFi and breakfast buffet. Nice to have welcome drink for Accor members.

Overall, the room was small and the aircon wasn't working well. No toiletries were provided. The TV was small and there's not much English channels were available. The connection to the channels were also intermittent. Ij conclusion, it was not a pleasant experience and having booked a room in Ibis for the first time, I would have to reconsider booking with the hotel again.
