the hotels is about 5-10 minutes to Nusa Dua Beach, the most clean beach in Bali. The staffs, rooms and interior was excellent.

« Efficient accomodating friendly staff, clean but damp room »

Welcoming staff, ever ready to help especially in emergencies, immaculate dress, well mannered, friendly and attentive to personal needs. Food was limited in choice but well cooked and presented. Rooms were quiet and clean but AC was noisy and room facing garden was always damp, even the bed sheets on occasions. Swimming pool was clean and sun beds always available. Grounds were pleasant to walk in but not the local streets.

I found the reception and staff very attentive and friendly. The morning activities were also great ie bike riding and boxing. We have decided that we will come back. Only little thing was it took a while for room cleaning to arrive. But the food was good and location is awesome.

Mercure Bali Nusa Dua has been around for some years. Our stay there was good. The amenities are working fine, customer service was good. The morning breakfast was acceptable. However, the room’s air-conditioning was working “too well”. No matter what temperature we set it to be, it’s always very cold and powerful. It seemed as though the air-conditioning remote was not working.

SInce we enter the Lobby we were greeted with warm smile, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the local menu that we enjoy so much. We will definetely come back here again, next time with the whole family of course.

« The hotel was shabby and old and the rooms were dirty and unhygienic »

We had a booking for 4 day and checked out on the 2nd morning. The first room we were shown to was so dirty we immediately asked for another room. The glass shower and toilet doors were disgusting - smeared with toothpaste, dirty hand marks it had defiantly NOT been cleaned. When they came to clean the rooms they could not replace our wet used towels (which where very thin and old) they said they had no clean linen. The entire hotel was old, shabby and dirty. The restaurant food was very very average for the prices they charge. There were over 10 red wines on offer on the menu they only had one in stock. Whilst the staff were pleasant the overall experience was very very poor.

« A little frustrating »

Our room was good. I did not receive my welcome coconut drink, but my friends did, which was really lovely. I always appreciate these little things. I always stay in the same room - very much appreciated. Given I never ask for any room upgrade, I am surprised that there is such a battle to acknowledge the overpayment. I have stayed there many nights in the past few years and had friends with me. In total, hence I had arranged for approximately 17 nights during my stay. My frustration was that I had already paid for all of my accom and breakfasts, but was charged additionally. Despite me spending 3 hours attempting to sort it out, it remains unresolved. Accor are now looking into it for me. I stay at this hotel often and generally the staff know me and are always so beautiful. So I do not want to appear ungrateful. It was simply exhausting having to defend a simple oversight and that it took so much time away from my attempting to unwind from such tasks. Thankyou for asking.

I booked one night in this hotel on deal including airport pickup and breakfast and expected usual Accor standards of accomodation. However though arriving late we found our room was damp as was the bedding! We was too tired to complain and move as bar and restaurant was closed. I did talk to staff about the damp room but they acknowledged this saying aircon problem! Why put people in a damp room. We had a poor nights sleep because of this and we would never stay again. This may not be the same as other rooms we was upgraded apparently! Room number happy to provide later

We had issues with toilet paper right from the start in having access in the room, the curtains were found damaged and the service to the cleaning were not 4 star rated. Furniture is not 4 star rated and the veranda access had no chair to seat. overall i don't think the over was 4 star rated as was proposed to as by agent. Very disappointing.
