i was surprise when i came to the hotel room. the blanket is not as bright as I thought, and according to my roommate there are plenty of Fungi stick to the glass. Far away from Mercure in Jakarta overall. So I checked out the hotel just around 40 minutes after I checked in. I pay for nothing

The room had to most moist. Good breakfeast. Nice staff. And the cleaning turn the aircondition on when we had it off. To noisy/ kinds runing after 10 pm, shoud be more quite.

Good Breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Very clean room. My stay is almost perfect except for the housekeeping sometimes forgot to change Our dirty towels and fill up Our toiletries that We need to remind them all the time. I also love the free shuttle that goes around every hour. If you missed the hotel shuttle there will be a free shuttle bus that going around Nusa Dua area from time to time. You should try the Soka Spa as well. The price of a massage is very competitive to the spa massage outside the hotel. But the Spa massage in Mercure hotel is way better than outside massage. Good thing is you can relax in your own room straightaway after the massage. I will definitely come back to Mercure Hotel Nusa Dua on my next visit to Bali. Thumbs Up Guys and I will give you a 5 star.

Although the hotel is not on the beach, the hotel provides transport to reach there. Comfortable rooms and a lovely swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was also excellent with many choices. Overall very satisfied with the Mercure Hotel.

Mercure nusa dua really needs to renew some of its facilities. Room safety box is broken so we have to carry our wallet just to go for a swim, ac temperatur control also broken makes the room too cold and in the end makes the room extremely humid thus making the bed cover and pillow stink, the balcony broken as well so that we have to call technician to open it everytime the room service finished the make up room. Some of our plan rely on shuttle service from bali collection to mercure and the hotel staff cant give the information about the schedule. We have to ask to the bali collection staff to know about the schedule.

To be briefly described, the staff still helpful and friendly, rooms are smelly and very humid, bed quality is very poor, need to be changed! Bed linen/pillows are smelling like previous occupant. Shower is slippery and moldy. All towels in the room have stains, and very shady. Breakfast is disappointing, quality is very poor. Restaurant is also need to be refurbished. Bar has a disappointing rule, wont open new table after 11 pm. Spa is also not good. Pool towel rules are confusing. Guests from outside the hotel can use the sunbeds on the beach and beach supervisor wont say anything. Me and my family are very much disappointed, we wont return, its not worth the money even when the rate is very low. Maybe thats why. A huge declining quality from just 3 years back. Very sad.

Overall experience was ok. Room was good, service was good and we can see that the staffs are making an effort to make the stay better. Only down point is, the room’s soundproofing really needs to be looked into and improve. I booked the hotel for a birthday retreat but were not able to sleep pass 8am as the soundproofing was so bad that I could hear all the sounds coming from outside. Such as Housekeeping staffs or gardeners talking or guests entering their rooms nearby. There’s even a day where we were woken up by Housekeeping staffs at 8am asking if I want Housekeeping. 8am is too early to be knocking on room doors to ask if Housekeeping is needed. It would have been a good stay and a 9/10 rating but the soundproofing and being woken up Everyday around 8am for our retreat just made the stay mediocre.

I got room 201 and 203. 201 has problem with the television and 203 got water leak at the first day. Yes of course, the maintenance fix the problems but the impression of this hotel become bad in our family point of view and there is no any token of sorry of this kind of experiences.

Has what you need but could do with an update. First room had many signs of ageing (Wood on side table peeling off, discoloured walls, old looking towels, a few amenities missing) but we got to change to a pool side room for free which I can appreciate. Pool was lovely as were the sun loungers and the shuttle to the beach was handy. Very nice staff and once we changed rooms our experience greatly improved although a few repairs and updates would be great.

The room was good enough for my family. It wasn't very well cleaned in detail. But after request it was cleaned immediately. The welcome was satisfactory. Check in was very fast. Staff is very helpful and naturally kind. The hotel location is perfect. Near to the beach, in the downtown of nusa dua but peacefully silent. Ring service to the beach is perfect. The pool is clean. The restaurant is elegant and the breakfast was perfect.

my room is not ready till 15.30 PM, even I have to argue first when i asked the room for the 2nd time. And the room number is changed, i was told for 323 and at 15.30 when i rechecked the readiness of my room (check in time should be 14.00 PM) , the receptionist give me a compensate for free upgrade to deluxe. But when she wrong mentioned the guest name. And said that i got 317 instead, so immediately she canceled the compensate she already give me before with the card. What an awkard service attitude !! hmmm ....
