By and large, we really enjoyed staying at the Mercure; the staff were friendly and efficient; breakfast was much better than I would expect at this price point, the pool is fantastic and great for kids, and our room was spacious and clean. I have only two complaints: the hotel is incredibly stingy with towels. We had only 2 full length towels—no hand towels and no washcloths—even though we were 3 in the room. And, the shuttle to the beach only departs every hour, which makes it incredibly cumbersome to get to the beach and come back. There was no ability to just take a walk on the beach or spend a little time there between activities. If you intend to have a beach vacation, I can’t recommend the Mercure Just because of the shuttle schedule, which is too bad because it’s otherwise a very nice budget option.

1. no tootbrush, comb, cotton bud , no hand towel as well 2. second day dirty bath towels were taken only 1 pc instead of 2 and yet no replacement , short by one pc 3. Tissue were not refilled 4. toilet roll in the toilet was so littel left and no spare roll provided till asked 5. requested to borrow a knife to cut my mango, but it had never been given

Staff were all great and obliging, but overall the hotel appeared to be tired and in need of general maintenance e.g holes in curtains, stains on walls and headboard, missing /stained, grout in bathroom. Main problems was lack of hot water when showering luke warm doesn't work.

« Greatt but need improvment »

Overall me and my wife happy stay at Mercure Nusa Dua, but honestly its bad for 4 star hotel, we found a cockroach in toilet and some insect in our room. My wife told to the receptionist and the hotel do nothing. We cannot sleep well because the pillow is very hard. But overall we have a great moment at Mercure Nusa Dua, great breakfast, great coffee and bar.

Garden room booked but not available on arrival.... only noisy car park view or pool view. I prefer garden view... more nature. Room 133 was ok but too much cigarette smoking around there... on other room terraces or near rabbits. Not too pleasant sitting on terrace if you are a non smoker! Cafe also had smokers so did not use it again after 1st visit. Pity. Kettle in room broken & replaced with another broken one !! Breakfast was excellent. Staff were mostly excellent. I paid with points + cash but the total amount was charged to my credit card plus 6000 points were deducted. This is highly unsatisfactory. I was told a refund to the credit card was in progress but will have to await my statement to see if this is correct. Why wasn't this refund done immediately after I reported it.... having seen it on my previou s bank statement. Why do I have to wait until I check out before the refund is given? I have to pay the bank the full amount then a month or 2 later get a credit. Very bad business practises. And then I couldn't get the room I booked.... I was told my email that I could have free airport transfers plus extra points..... I took a transfer on departure and await extra points credited to my account.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. And the daily trips to the beach very relaxing as, indeed, was taking time out at the pool. My son was particularly enarmoured by the rabbit pen.

Another excellent stay at Mercure Nusa Dua. Fantastic staff, especially food and beverage team, Adit, Eka, Putri. Cannot praise them enough. They made sure we had crispy bacon especially cooked every morning as it wasnt on the buffet and did everything to make our time in the restaurant or bar very special. Love the staff at the Mercure.

The room and bathroom is clean. I really appreciate the hotel and room cleanliness. Somehow, I can find some red ants in my bed; that won’t be a great if they bite. I found-out that the air con. was leaking. I like the hotel’s food but I think I need more food choices in the menu for the room service.

My 4th visit to this property. Nice garden, OK room, poor breakfast, comfy bed, dirty bed sheet (lot of spots), not happy with the room air conditioning system (Temperature can’t be adjusted, too noisy). Very standart amenities. Housekeeping staff tried to get in to my room even though i already put DND sign.
