Good location,Near Nusa Dua IDC area, Good breakfast with Jamu (Indonesia Herbal drink) you must try, good sleep and clean room just small room compare to other accor hotel. Pool for adult and kids is nice

We've stayed for 4 days and only 1 day the hotel staff wanted to get the food for our baby warmed up. We called from our hotel room. After the 4 days we moved to your sisterhotel NOVOTEL which is much more baby friendly.

« Pleasant and comfortable. »

Although I was busy attending a conference when I returned to my room it was cozy and comfortable. I managed to enjoy the hotel facilities (i.e. swimming in the pool, walk in the garden, etc.). I was hoping that the breakfast selection would be with more 'healthier' selection and friendlier staff (not that they are rude but they seem to be too busy).

The staff are doing you a favour by serving you and there is absolutely no trust here. Need a deposit for a towel, need a deposit to charge to the room (even though we paid for our room already so clearly we have money) and you can’t get a tab running at the restaurant.

We arrived around midday and our room wasn't reaffy which wasn't an issue. We then went out for a few hours and our room was ready; however, when we got to our room it wasn't the room we paid for. We had paid for a terrace room but was given a standard room. We could have accepted this if it felt like a 4 star hotel. The room was filthy with marks all over the walls and floor but worse yet the room smelt like urine. We mentioned this to staff, only to be told the room was the same as the terrace room which I thought strange as the description stated ground floor with terrace which wasn't the room we were allocated. The front desk said there was nothing they can do as rooms were full and they will look tomorrow. We had paid for 3 nights but only staying for 2 with our flight leaving at night on the 3rd night so we felt this was a poor remedy but none the less we would have accepted this. Unfortunately, we didn't get a phone call from the hotel until 9pm the 2nd night to advice a room was available which at tha time my daughter was sleeping. I went and saw a manager that night who apologised and would investigate and try to assist. When I met with the other manager she too apologised and offered free transport to the airport and welcome drinks which as Accor members we didn't receive initially. I felt the remediation wasn't appropriate and our stay was poor. A week earlier we stayed at Ibis Hotel in Petitengett which is a lowerrated hotel but felt more luscious then the Mecure. We were very unhappy and won't be staying at the hotel ever again. As Accor members we expected better.

« Is this really of Mercure standard? »

I am a loyal Accor member and I do know the standard of each brand under Accor. However, I am so surprised that this Mercure is below par standard. It is probably even lower standard than ibis hotel. Firstly, my bed sheet was never changed for the last three nights of stay. I noted a stain on it and it was there every night. So, it is a tell-tale sign that it was not changed at all. The room has poor sound insulation. I was woken up every night having people staying outside my main door talking loudly past midnight. Shower head was also broken and water was non-controllable. Room generally was in a bad stage and needed a renovation. Mini fridge was not cold at all. I think Accor should review this property seriously and de-list it to save its brand reputation.

Our experience was overall very good. Helpful staff, good food and clean rooms. However, on the last day our portable speaker went missing and we didn’t realise until we arrived at our next hotel. I have tried contacting the hotel about this since with no response so that put a bit of a downer on the experience.

The layout of room wasn't represented with four stars hotel, and service not responsive at all. I bit disappointed, since the first day i came to stay, where the bed sheet wast clean, i was scratching every nite. Those wasnt experience that i expected from mercure hotel.

- amenities is very poor, its only bath soap and shampoo... - laundry form said, service before 10am in the morning, will be deliver on the same day - my experience : i should call the next day morning to ask where is my laundry - the quality of housekeeping is very poor, i can see some dust in the corner of the room

« A little long wait »

I booked this hotel because it near to my bestfriend wedding venue so I thought I might get all prepared earlier since I am her bridesmaid. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready when i come checking in although it already 3 pm in the afternoon. I wait about more than 30 mins and because of that I have to rush in everything and FYI i have 1 toddler and 1 baby so that kinda frustating me at first. And yes, I got late to make it to the wedding. :( but except that, I enjoy stay in the room, the towels clean, furniture are clean but Kinda ages and need some renovation? Food is good, pool is big and great for my toddler and baby. Thanks mercure nusa dua bali. I hope you can be better and better in the future :)
