As a place with mercure title.. they need a motivation for doing renovation. Breakfast is very bad choice Coffee is very bad. I order capucchino with extra cost when other hotel dont do. Amneties is very bad Very small bed Room distribution similar to hostel then a hotel. Massage in 1 hour finish in 50 minutes.. It was really dissapointed and over expectation

« Lovely & quiet stay »

I really enjoyed my 3D2N stay at Mercure this early November. The bed & the view is so good. The breakfast is so nice. Everything about the hotel was lovely. One thing that i like is, the welcome drink at the lobby. You can drink as many as you want & it had a good taste. Will be back soon!

1. Due to my special case where there was initial agreement before the booking with the company that I'm working at, each day I got 5 pieces of clothing for laundry. However, as listed on the laundry form, if I drop the laundry before 10, the clean laundry will be dropped to my room at night on the same day. In my experience, I have to call the receptionist everyday asking for my laundry. In terms of charging, I see that the laundry department and the front desk need to be aligned better, so that I dont have to explain my special case about the agreement at all time... 2. Simple smile and hello from the front desk will be much appreciated to the customer. P.s i recommend to feel the expericence in Mercure Karawang, they have great awesome vibe created to the customer.

Room clean but small. Near pool opposite rabbit petting enclosure. Upstairs pool lovely also.food good.staff lovely.no where to put towels and clothes at shower time. Bit of a walk to mini mart and restaurants etc.

« The country is beautiful and people of Indonesia are very welcoming I liked that. »

Staying at the hotel was fine except when the earthquake happens, there was confusion among guests as no communication was conveyed to calm or assured guests that everything is fine. Even the security officer who was on duty that day, did not communicate. We had to seek information from the IMF website about our safety. Other than that, staying Mercure Bali Nusa Dua Hotel was a memorable one.

Staff were friendly. Location waz ok, although it's not at the beachfront, there's a buggie car ready to take us to the beach. Food can be better. Pool can use some cleanup, floor inside the pool was very sticky.

The guest relations desk arranged a nice evening tour of a temple on the cliff with seafood dinner to follow. The health club was adequate though hot and the TV there had good audio but poor video on CNN. Food was fine. Transportation to the meetings I was attending was good. Location is not on the sea. But I was too busy to care.

Staff members are very courteous, the facilities are fine. The problem is that the rooms do not have enough shelves to put clothes and the breakfast menu is the same everyday.

We've stayed for 4 days and only 1 day the hotel staff wanted to get the food for our baby warmed up. We called from our hotel room. After the 4 days we moved to your sisterhotel NOVOTEL which is much more baby friendly.

Although I was busy attending a conference when I returned to my room it was cozy and comfortable. I managed to enjoy the hotel facilities (i.e. swimming in the pool, walk in the garden, etc.). I was hoping that the breakfast selection would be with more 'healthier' selection and friendlier staff (not that they are rude but they seem to be too busy).
