I was really thankful for additional water at our room. The staff is friendly and nice. Overall impression is nice. However, there is a door to another room at our room, and it felt weird. We could hear everything they say. Our room was non-smoke, but they smoked at nearby room, and I could feel the smell. Plus, there were small ants in our room. Lots of ants :( It would be good if you set a mosquito net at balcony. We wanted to ventilate the room, but couldn’t because were afraid of insects coming into our room from the outside.

1. After cleaning the room, towels was not replenished. No big or hand towel. 2. We send laundry in the morning. Laundry bag was not replenished too 3. I have some noted in big paper in the room. It wss thrown away by housekeeping. 4. Called to fix the toilet as have issue with the flush. Not sure if it fixed yet.

i think first hotel 4 stars looks like 2 stars or less in room The room not big enough and the bathroom is not suitable I compare with mercure in jakarta You can look at coffee and sugar in room also tea I think very small U can save it in your room dear manager not useful for guest How much money u can safe while doing this?

« Poor customer focus - very unlike most Accor experiences »

While the room was OK, starting from arrival experience to the housekeeping, breakfast and dinner experience was poor from a service perspective. We arrived at the hotel at ~9PM after a 3 hour flight from Singapore and a couple of hours at immigration and baggage and neither the front desk nor the security at the lobby entrance offered to get the luggage to the room.

« Disappointing »

Travelled 2 adults, 2 kids - rooms weren't together. Our room was in the middle of 3-4 Chinese rooms. We were next door to small kids that didn't have much supervision, was very noisy. Couldn't put things on our room tab to fix at end (like we could at other hotels). Had to pay a deposit for pool towels, which was alot for 4 people. Our room wasn't stocked one of the days, so had to chase up water etc. Breakfast was great and shuttle bus to shop was too. Daughter was happy she got animal towels on the 2nd and 3rd day.

CLEAN CLEAN room . Friendly and nice staff . Always ready to help with a SMILE as bonus . Very good breakfast with lot of fruits and vegetables . « The hotel is very very tired & requires considerable maintenance »

Overall, we were really disappointed with our stay at the Mercure Bali Nusa Dua. The hotel is looking very tired & we would not stay there again. Our fridge didn't work, the room smelt very musty & felt quite wet (we had to keep our suitcases shut to keep our clothes dry). There are loose tiles at the bottom of the pool which are quite dangerous. The corridors on our level (3) were really dirty looking and in need of a good mop. We did however find the staff very helpful & accommodating.
