« Hotel located at Nusa Dua area with shutle service to the beach »

This hotel is located at Nusa Dua area. They don't have beach, but the hotel provide free shuttle service to the beach daily. The staff also very friendly and they were treat me like a VVIP guest. This is more than my expectation. As a gold member, usually I got special treatment from the hotel, but in Mercure Nusa Dua, they were treat me more. I'm highly appreciated that and will come back again some day. But some facility need improvement. It's a bit old and need renew. Some lift button also broken, specially at 3rd floor. Down button was not work properly.

Very poor experience and room filled with mosquitoes. Various stains and mold on the walls, ceiling and light fixtures. Paper thin walls and could hear the sounds of people having sex, kids screaming and people walking around outside. AC made a loud noise turning off and on every few minutes and dim lighting through out a small room. Wondered why this property was so cheap and now we know why! Breakfast was covered in flies. Pretty nasty When I informed the staff they just nodded and said sorry

« Age is showing but still had a pleasant stay. »

The hotel is showing its age with some outdoor paints and some wood chips around the corridor, but hospitality of the staff is excellent and the room is clean - although there are some odd smelling odour perhaps due to mould. Check in took quite some time even though we have checked in online and the room is ready, waiting time about 15 - 20 minutes.

What we liked: 1. Nice and polite staff 2. Free gym 3. Rabbits 4. The beach is far away, but there is a free shuttle 5. There are always two half-liter bottles of water in the room 6. There are refrigerator, kettle and deposit box. 1. Some taxi cars (like Grab) are now allowed on the hotel territory, that's terrible! 2. They did forget to leave fresh towels instead of old ones 3. You cannot pay with a card or with a hotel deposit on the beach, only cash 4. It would be nice to have an iron in room

The rooms were mouldy! When asking to move rooms, the staff were lovely and moved us promptly, into a room with more mould. The hotel is run down and awful!

I love staying at Mercure. Your staffs is so friendly and helpful. When we arrived at our room, the refrigerator is broken. After contacting receptionist, the technician came, checked it and replaced it with the new one. They also helped me make special arrangements at our room to celebrate our anniversary and give us free cake. And their breakfast was delicious for european and indonesian food but so-so for chinese food. The one that need improvement is your swimming pool. The tiles slit is not full cover by nat so it became sharp at our foot. Some tile are also higher than others, make the surface feels bumpy. My husband even found broken tiles and put it aside so that no one would get hurt. Overall, I had great experience staying here. Special thanks for receptionist and housekeeping who helped me to make the special arrangements.

very relaxing we were made to feel very welome by all the staff we came across eveyone aknowledged us and smiled or spoke to us offered us any assistance or help we needed even if they noticed we were looking a bit puzzeled they asked if we needed help Eka and Udi were two of the lovely people we spoke to and helped us with anything we needed . My only downside of our stay was our room 234 smelled continually damp our bed valance was stained and mouldy our fridge did not work .

Deluxe rooms we got were okay but mosquitoes were toooo many and some were trapped in the rooms. As an Accor Plus Le Club member, we didn’t get any welcome drinks that usually come with a voucher per room for 2. The pool was good and I enjoyed the gym well.
