The room is big enough. The bathroom is not that spacious but it’s clean and dry. Breakfast can be better but I enjoyed it. Receptionist forgot to send the cleaning crew to my room after I told them to do so, it was a letdown but I survived.

The room was not so clean especially the curtains. The toilets were very small. At around 3.00am, 4.30am in the morning I can hear people moving around, talking and making loud noise. the sound proof of the room was really bad.

I changed room two times cuz strong sewer smell in the room. the bathroom was not clean, many mold on the shower hose and tiles.

1030PM check in, nobody at reception for 5 minutes. I wasn't greeted as an Accor Plus member. Service was something like a budget hotel I could have stayed nearby. Breakfast was OK. Room was clean. Pillows were so flat, it needs to be changed.

1) group check in from other guests blocked our entrance. Staff did nothing to ensure the comfort of other guests during this time. 2) rats can be seen running around the lobby area. What happened to the pest control? 3) toilet in the room is a totally let down. The paint was peeling fm the wall due to moist n some fungus can be seen on the wall. 4) the blind in the bathroom is super dirty. It has fungus on it. What ever happened to room audit?

little bit upsad with Malaysia Cheras Ibis styles hotel, because I was stay at Thailand Bnagkok Ibis Styles hotel. At Thailand Ibis Style hotel inside the room is comfortable and clean and Malaysia Ibis stles hotel a little bit week but still can accepet. Only a big diffrent was at the toilet. Thailand was design is look stylish and the wall are not dirty. Malaysia was desgn look like normal and the wall are dirty and feel disgusting. Also receiption told me parking at carpark hotel was free not need to paid, that day after check out and I pass the carpark ticket to the person who was at receiption counter and he write a peice of papper for me and told me after the I drve my car to the exit pass the ticket and the papper to the person incharge exit then not need pay anything, bu whent I reach the exit the person incharge was request RM3 form me. This was last thing make me feel angry. Thank You. Hope your Malaysia Cheras brand can have a big improve.

Friendly staff. But the room I got, not really in good condition. Half of the light bulbs not functioning well (Staff helped me to solve the problem after a few moment). Bathroom door handle not in good condition, not dare to close the bathroom door at all.

- Location is good but not the hotel room. - Staffs are very friendly and helping. - Kindly fix the problem before rent out to other guests (Room 517). 1) When I entered the room, only two light bulbs are working. Table light broken, stand light no light bulb, one of the hanging light some times on, some times off. (After called to reception, they fixed one of them) 2) The bathroom door handle not in good condition. Not dare to close the bathroom door because I scare can not open after I close the door.
