- The staff are friendly and polite. - Excellent welcome drink package - Clean environment and good breakfast - The coupon practice of breakfast should be improved. It is required to have 2 persons to have breakfast (or enter the banquet) TOGETHER is less feasible. Currently, my friend is required to wait for me to have breakfast instead of having breakfast first while waiting for me as practised previously. Perhaps 2 individual coupons (each coupon for an individual) could be given instead of 1 coupon for 2 persons or one of the persons could reveal the room number to the staff-in-charge.

Check in is smooth, room is clean. However there is no hot food left after 10 am at the breakfast place. Only eggs , milk bread and cereal. The water pressure is very bad on the first day, second day is okay.

i got many bad experiences stayed this hotel. 1. your front office don't have courtesy with customer. please smile and friendly. 2. corridor at level 6 smelly until inside the room 3. around 3 am don't have channel television. 4. you staff not follow up with your customer problem. that very bad services i have on this hotel even this my first time staying there.

We have personally address this issue to our Front Office Manager, so that she would be able to convey your feedback to her team and the importance of welcoming our guests to our hotel. We were truly regret that you had to encounter such experience from our staff and please rest assured that it would not happen again in the future. We have detained the staff from handling any guests till further notice for further improvement. Regarding the floor corridor that smelly and issue on TV channels, we have founded that the air ventilation system was tripped several time which also reflecting the TV booster unit. We have instructed our Maintenance Officer to look into this matter and to come up with solutions to prevent this from happening again. I know this may not be enough for you, however we will do our very best to ensure that every guests feedback is looked into and necessary action is taken by our staff. wifi could not work at all. this was not improved even though the manager replied to other reviewers that they would improve. the shower was also the same. it keeps turning to scalding hot water every few seconds. the room smelled funny like someone has smoked in before. the breakfast is cold but ok. i can hear other people opening and closing their doors. there is no soundproof.

« Good accomodation but a bit small thing/place that are dirty in bathroom »

Room is quite clean. In room Slippers is provided upon request. Towel is a bit fade in colour and thread is coming out.. Besides, breakfast dining sequence is a bit not easy/not smooth for us to take.. is separate 2 part/place to have our breakfast.. why system planning this? I recall back that previous stay in Ibis is having various type of breakfast choices and tasty and fresh croissant that i taken that time but now is completely change a lot.. Maybe it is weekday stay.. And most important is car park fee is not complimentary by hotel.. I park my car in a shelter roof place that cost me $20 dollar.. I check in late and need to pay for expensive car park fee..that is not worth it to stay..

Normal guest can take food from either this two area but not for the tour group. Uncovered parking next to the hotel is free during the weekend (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday). Covered parking is chargeable at RM 3.00 nett per entry/daily. The room was clean and tidy. The comment I would like to made is about the buffet breakfast. There was not enough cutlery and tea bags at the serving station. It should be placed at each dinning table instead with linen. The food was not replenish quick enough resulting in me forgoing some food. I know this is not a 5 star hotel but more variety of food should be prepare with halal and non-profit halal separated. I know there're a lot of Chinese tourists staying in your hotel so these non-profit halal food will be their liking. My first approach to the hotel was met with a courtesy, warm and friendly smile from the reception counter. This was my most memorable experience. Thank you.
