« Comfortable for short stay »

Hotel room is comfortable to stay. If can, please refurbish the toilet n also hotel room furniture to ensure cleanliness. I was upset with the hotel breakfast. Was there at 9.45am. We was informed to have our breakfast near the meeting room area with limited food choices. No plate provided. No one there to cook the egg. Coffee machine no coffee beans, food is cold. And there is flies on the fruits. We ended up have a quick and simple breakfast only. Another family came after us, they also eat very fast n leave.

My apologies for limited food, plate were not being replaced, egg counter was not attended and fruit flies issue. Our staff did not explained further to you that you may enjoy the Cafe area food as well. Again, seeking your apologies for the shortfall you experienced. Stayed in room 422. One of the bed lamp beside bed was faulty. Should have place additional toilet roll inside toilet. Room had a bad smell, probably lack of ventilation. Sprayed perfume.

One of the night very noisy neighbours (several people) chatting and joking, knocking doors and really noisy.... Breakfast used to have several options fruits and some yoghurts but seems getting worse on my last 2 stays.

Check in was fast, room was clean. Only things to complain is there is parking charges per exit from hotel is not complimentary for guess, also the breakfast was very dissapointed. Not tasty at all for malaysian food. I use to stay here 2 years back and the meal was great last time.

Thank you for the friendly and good support from the front desk team. I think the hotel has made a good arrangement for the room and breakfast to separate the regular guests with the tour group, but unfortunately we went to the wrong breakfast location and nobody inform us about that. Just realized about that after we finished the breakfast with the very crowded people, tasteless food and inconvenient situation.
