Room food was ok. and people were helpful as well. My biggest problem was very very weak internet connection in room. Thats for sure very bad for someone who is travelling for business.

The room was clean, staff is very good, food is great. -The mourning Coffe is very bad, I highlighted this but no action took -The GYM equipment is in very bad condition and needs maintenance, no towels are available, AC is not too strong -The pool is closed too early

It has been extremely good. I normally stay at this hotel whenever work brings me to Yanbu and every time I feel the improvement in the services. The pool area has been much improved and breakfast varieties too seen a noticeable improvement. Above all front desk staff always accommodating and allow a late check out which is highly appreciated
