Felt very much welcomed and expected when I reached the hotel. very cooperative and polite staff specially Mr. Amr who booked for us the rooms in a very short notice. The room was very comfortable and well maintained.

Very Important Feedback The breakfast in IBIS Yanbu is really not up to the mark & needs serious quality check including coffee machines, food freshness and more variety in terms of Cream, Jams, breads, fruits etc...

Overall satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Wifi connectivity was an issue during my stay as it kept on disconnecting on my mobile. Food was ok but last day food was too oily.

Not good...front desk was friendly and some servers.. Room cleaning was.inconsistent and not thorough. Room service menu was different from what.was.delivered. Buffet breakfast was horrible. Very stale. Swimming pool and outside area ok. Gym very basic but ok. Rooms were ok.
