Used the Ibis Style hotel as it's location suited our needs. A little more pricey than standard or budget Ibis, but we thought we'd give it a go. Fittings and furnishings better, but coffee only available in the foyer? Why?

My experience was not at the level of our expectations. Expensive accommodation for the service met: - run-down environment - nice interior, fresh colour. - small room but comfortable - light breakfirst menu On top up, our room AC did not work.

The whole experience was extremely good, check in easy, room and facilities excellent, good rooms and breakfast was excellent choice of variety. Staff extremely helpful when we had an issue with the safe, remedied immediately.

Very well maintained and clean property with secured parking. Buffet style breakfast could be improved a little. The 2 days we were there, the breakfast just did not seem as if there was enough - a bit more quantity would be great.

Being a Styles hotel and being a regular user of the Ibis group for many years I was disappointed in this one, firstly the front door handle to reception was broken and missing, so of the tiles around the place were cracked and as for the breakfast this one was the worst one I have come across, poor selection of products and equipment was slow. The prices in the bar were astronomical as well.

It was ok. A means to an end. The receptionist seemed a little overworked... trying to do many roles at once.. . No tea/coffee making stuff in the rooms and only one complintary bottle of water for two people. Apart from that. Ok.

I am not satisfaid With my booking vía ur the website ACCOR Due to a téchnical problem in your website the 31-12-17 i ended With 2 bookings one in ibis Melun Fxhlcmkv and a second one in ibis style Melun Fxhdfcvm for the 5-8 january I called Ibis Melun to cancel reservation Fxhlcmkv I called ibis Melun and they told me no charge will be made However they have charge 181,23 euro in my credit card I should not be penalised for a téchnical problem in ur site I Would like to get my money back Thanks Jorge N.

Stayed in room 23, bathroom was not at all clean, and the w.c. Smelt quite bad....basically don’t think much cleaning had been done....for quite a while Overnight the must have been a major leak on ground floor as the carpet was soaked for maybe 5-10m, nomstaff appeared to be aware/doing anythimg

« The guy in the front desk are no profesional »

A arrived late at teh hotel and my credit card charged, no problem with that. During the check out the guy in the front desk ask me to pay another time my room, I told him it's already done, but he ask me to pay. Because I have a wedding in Paris and i don't want to arrived too late I gave him my credit card, he charge me twice. I go back to my room to take the original receipt ans he said me sorry, but it to late !

« Comfortable stay but disappointed to see the english TV channels are gone »

Enjoyed the excellent breakfast as I have on previous visits, but the main reason we stay here on visits to Snecma/Safran had been for the English speaking TV channels that we couldn't find at many of the other hotels we've tried. So sad to see they are no longer offered here either .... wonder why???
