« Very helpful and friendly staff, lovely public rooms, the suite itself needs some attention »

The staff throughout the hotel are very helpful and friendly--front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and spa. These are nice people that made us feel welcome. The public rooms--the lobby, the spa, and the restaurant are very pretty and well-maintained. We were surprised that our room itself (a junior suite) needed repairs and painting. The windowsill is rotting away from water damage. The wall was scuffed and marred. In a hotel this nice and this pricey, the rooms should be maintained.

Experience was great although I did have a lot of issues with the WIFI. All of my electronics connected to it were having trouble connecting online during my entire stay. Other than that, the hotel staff was amazing as usual and very helpful with any requests.

Top-flight service, excellent food, excellent amenities. The shower/sink configuration was strange--the only sink is inside the shower room and behind the door, and the shower has no curtain, making it difficult for anyone to use the sink to get ready while someone else showers. Everything else was nicely appointed, and the service was excellent.
