Was at the hotel over the weekend, so I'm not sure how bustling the area would have been during the work week. There doesn't seem to be much around the area, but Mid Valley Mall is very nearby (and if you're too lazy to go out, there's always room service or Grab Food and Food Panda). In any case, the lack of activities in the area worked very well for me because I wanted some quiet time. I was very pleased with the welcome snacks given in my room (as an Accorhotel member) and I really have no complaints whatsoever with the hotel or my stay here in general :).

The work place culture at pullman bangsar was outstanding, positive, passionate and constructive.My room was superbly cleaned by Ranesh, the best room cleaner ive experienced in many years.The club lounge staff were magnificent. vivien, linda and dennis were extremely pleasant and very helpful, As good as it gets.The club lounge was very conducive to work, tranquil and quiet.The vast majority of my time was spent in the lounge. I started at 6 am and worked through until 10 pm. 100% perfect. Constructive solitude largely due to the quality of the lounge.The hotel was faultless.Ian

Ive received my special request upon check in. i did requested a welcome cookies/chocolate since this is my anniversary trip with my husband. they gave me a very sweet chocolate cake with anniversary wishes! overall the room is nice and very comfy. i enjoy my bath time with sunset view.

Stayed one night in Pullman Bangsar, check-in was smooth though the front desk staff forgot to inform me about the breakfast venue. Room was well furnished and clean, bed was comfortable. Water pressure was strong. Breakfast selection was adequate and delicious. Check out was quick even though it was handled by a trainee. This hotel is near Mid-Valley Mall.

The lounge area was great and so was the food for breakfast and light dinner. The rooms was very comfortable and so was everyone serving the guests including the chef, receptionist and even the drivers for the free shuttle to mid valley and KL central. Only issue was the aircon in the gym was shut off on the afternoon and came on again at 530pm so for gym rats take note.

It was nice to be back after a while to Pullman KL Bangsar, to familiar sights of the lobby, executive lounge etc. The room is nice and spacious which is great! Still the surrounding guests do play a part. Some just behave ??? like one in room xxxx!! Thank you for the 2 pieces complimentary laundry. This is a plus to me! I have enjoyed the countdown at the hotel lobby lounge with the singing and dancing and joined many others in admiring the great fireworks as we arrived into 2019 ! Good start! One thing I probably need to mention is....I am a fan of the cocktail drink, Margarita! It is my top favorites and drank many times in many places, countries. When the one I ordered was served to me in the lobby lounge, my very first impression/reaction was ‘did someone take a few sips of it?’ Because there was still so much space on the grass above the margarita level! So honestly it was not appealing! I did ask the staff who served me but guess it was too noisy for her to get what I was trying to say. This is my very first such encounter as far as this drink is concerned. Then the drink was very much at room temperature without the bit of a chill taste too. Thus lost its kick! Of course it’s easy to say no when I was asked if I cared for another one. Separate note - one suggestion! Since this is a five star hotel, is it possible to add at least one cocktail drink during happy hours at the executive lounge besides wine and beer? Lastly, nice getting to know the nice and helpful ones Dennis, Justin, Dessyana and Augustine whom I met at the executive lounge as well as Rachel from the lobby bar. As to whether to book this hotel anot if I am not an Accor member? Depends on promotions and rates but more choices to ‘compete’ with the non Accor hotels. Will choose ‘yes’ for now!

My card didn’t work upon check in for some reason. The lady was so nice to ask me if I still have money left for food after I gave out my cash. If not for this card and the doorman who didn’t help us in our luggage, this could have been 10. Great enough!
