I have taken note on your comment that we have too many foreign workers and sorry that you felt that we are charging at a premium rate but uses cheap labor, but I can assure you that is definitely not the reason of having foreign staff in the hotel, there are many hotels worldwide which is under the Accor Group and some of the staff are being transferred to our hotel from our sister property and some of them are on their internship program with us. Check-in was really fast and dinner at the hotel was really fantastic. I got a room upgrade but unfortunately I only stay for one night. Room was really spacious with so many amenities provided to the guest.

I stayed there for my convocation at University of Malaya (UM). Really comfortable, really beautiful hotel. If I have some more budget, I would spend time at the La Cucina lounge too with some drinks :D and I would love to look at the cooking demonstrations too :D Thank you for helping with my mom small injuries. She hit one of her toe nails at the entrance door (our room), bleeding a bit. But it was okay. Nothing serious. Also Richard the young man at the bell service counter very helpful with our luggages and big bags. I got an email and sms about the membership. But, the registration doesnt work. How do I do this? I would like to join the membership.

Amenities were complete. Rooms were very spacious. Location wasn't great after office hours (you'd need to take a taxi to get to the closest mall on the other side of the highway), but they can't really do anything about it. There were no taxis on standby in the morning, so best to book one beforehand. Service was the highlight of this stay. Staff were very polite, friendly, and accommodating of guests' requests. This is also the first hotel in Malaysia I've stayed where the staff seemed to be knowledgeable of the Le Club and Accorplus programs. Upon my arrival, I received a welcome note and a token in my room, which is truly appreciated. I did not experience the same valued treatment even in the Sofitel.

The food was part of catering for the event I was attending... and in general, I would say the food was good, and tasty. There was sufficient food. The room is clean and bathroom has all the amenities. Unfortunately, the parking is highly unsatisfactory.
