The room we stayed in was very noisy. For 5 days we stayed there, we didn't even get the two bottle of water for two days. The buffet was absolutely rubbish for the money we paid and every day it was the same. Sometimes there were not enough food there for the guests at all.

« It met my needs although not completely »

I liked the room service which was very courteous on the phone and reasonably timely with food. The bathroom had problems with both shower and bathtub the former of which flooded part of the floor and initially could not be used without the shower head spraying water every which way, while the latter could not be emptied after a bath. I appreciate the shuttles to midvalley but when i tried to use the shuttle to Sentral i was told it was not operating until 10.30am and not a minute earlier. My flight was at noon and not that early but i still could not use this shuttle which was quite disappointing as it was part of the reason i picked this hotel.

We regret to hear that you have encountered with a couple of problems in the bathroom especially with the shower and bathtub being faulty and not in its best condition. I have taken note on the issues and have relayed it to our respective maintenance team to rectify the issue to prevent future occurrence. As for the complimentary shuttle services from our hotel, our earliest departure to KL Sentral is at 8.00am and the next one would be the 10.30am. Our driver has to follow our standard operating procedure and therefore, is unable to leave beyond the schedule timing as we would/might have other guests that will arrive at 10:30am. We could assist in booking you a taxi to KL Sentral if you wish to arrive there earlier. On a positive note, we are truly glad and happy that our room service has met your expectations. All in all, we very much appreciate your sharing of concerns and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. All was according to expectations. Lounge was just super with very friendly services.I had been ill a few days and could not consume any food, I asked for a soup one evening and it was offered to me from the cook which was very much appreciated. After which I felt much better the next day. Thank you to the cook. Imran as always has been attentive and helpful in all ways since I have been going to Pullman Bangsar.

After my recent stay at the SOFITEL KL, I am so pleased to be back at the PULLMAN where there is always a genuine welcome. However ; I did learn by being away what differentiates this Hotel from the others in Malaysia... it’s very much down management leadership and continuous efforts in training and development. Your management style of walking the hotel and talking with guests means you have your finger on the pulse and can tailor and support operations as needed . Andrew I commend the efforts you have made to bring this hotel back to its former glory during the days of Eric Tan. You and your team are delivering in every aspect of the service to the customer and as such I booked this hotel for all my visits till the end of this year . My recent stay was without any issues , housekeeping are now very consistent in delivering a clean and stocked room. Your Executive lounge excels as always with its customer service and dedication to ensure all details are covered. F&B with Chef Malik is always superb!

The staff are very polite, helpful and professional. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need and more. The food (only had breakfast) is very good with plenty of variety to cater for all nationalities and those on a healthy diet. Could improve the selection of fruit and may be the balance towards western taste (grilled mushrooms/tomatoes etc.). The service from staff and ambiance of the hotel is excellent.

I’m fully satisfied with everything during my stay at Pullman Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. This is real 5 star hotel should be. Starting i arrived, the greeting was amazing which is the security open the car’s door and help to take out our things/luggage. When going back also the same. Room very clean and comfortable. Food is nice and meet my expectations. Others facilities such as gym and pool also meet expectations.

Stayed at room 1803, still could hear the bell-ring sound of the elevator from my room. Sometimes quite intimidating especially in the morning when you heard the bell-ring sound almost in every minute.
