I'm staying at 1511 if I'm not mistaken before change the room to 1701 due to air condition is not working. I sleep well and the food is delicious. But the carpet is not vacuum well. Second day staying, I got ichy the whole body. Overall, I enjoy staying.

Giant cockroach found in the bathroom and service standard below pullman standards

I am an accor gold member and have stayed in more than 16 accor assets in asia pacific this year. I did an overnight stay at pullman bangsar because I wanted to visit mall near by 1. I found a giant cockroach the size of my thumb in the toilet which was removed after I complained. 2. The one touch button on my phone doesn't work when I wanted to call regarding cockroach. 3. The front desk guest service doesn't know if I could use my welcome drink at the cafe and asked me to go ask the front desk myself. She did it for me after my shock. Its standard procedure in accor hotels across brands 5 and 4 star brands to be proficient in such simple matter. 4. The toilet emitted bad smell throughout my stay. Horrible expertise. The only thing I like was the bed and the service by the courtesy transfer driver to the mall.

I really enjoyed staying in the Pullman hotel and will definitely check them out again in other countries/cities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice too. The only sad thing was that the water tap on the bathtub didn’t work so you couldn’t take a bath if wanted and it would have been nice to be informed again for the next time extra charge of the cleaning service. The mails with the overall information is quite long and such details often get lost in them so I was quite shocked to have been charged again especially since I didn’t even request the daily cleaning of my room. Except for that, I’m likely to visit the Pullman hotels again

First time at your hotel and loved the room and bed so much. The room service was excellent and the 20% discount enticed me to order room service. I would like to give my commendation to the bell hop and door men who were extremely helpful & courteous to us. Not forgetting the front desk as well. Please keep up the good work and i am looking forward for my stay again there. The only qualm was i could not earn points using my accorhotels membership because booked through different portal which offered better rates. A bit dissapointed that member's price is not competitive as third party booking portal
