have stayed a numbers of times in Pullman Bangsar. This hotel have a shuttle to Mid-valley( popular shopping complex) and other places of intrest. Have always enjoyed having breakfast at the Link.(hotel restaurant)

The team is great. The waitress at the lounge level are so nice and very customer oriented. The checkin was great. Its nice to see the same person in the checkin and checkout. The view from the room is soooo crazy. I loved.it. and swimming pool great

« Missed the Smoking Room as Option »

As a smoker myself with my team, we had chosen to continue our visits into KL with Pullman Bangsar. Do reckon it must been a long while that we not been doing trips into KL, as your hotel no longer provide smoking room as an option and regular walk downstairs to gasp between doing emails in room not been kind to our nights.

I am glad that you generally had a good stay with us and I am sorry to hear your are disappointed that we are no longer offering smoking rooms in the hotel, this is due to the Malaysian Government law which was implemented in 2017, that all hotels was gazetted as smoke-free areas. However, we do have designated smoking areas for our guests which is at the Ground Floor and Level 4. « Pleasant Hotel Stay Experience »

Firstly, the staff were very polite and helpful during my stay in this hotel . They not only greeted us always when we went in and out of this hotel but also never fail to help us with anything which we had needed. Secondly, the room is the same as how it has been displayed in the pictures and the bed is very comfortable. The room also has everything to make my stay there more comfortable from the ironing board to the bathtub. The only minor downside is that the pillows are too soft for my liking. Lastly, I had booked my hotel room at a very affordable price even though this is a 5 star hotel. Considering these amazing factors, I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Kuala Lumpur in the near future and will also recommend this hotel to my family members and friends. Keep up the good work! =D

Lovely. Private. Cosy. I would like to know if your pillows are available for purchase. If yes, how much is one or a pair? But I cannot figure out how to completely stop the water from flowing while I was filling up the water for a foam bath. And I wish you would have bath robe available in the room. Anyway, thank you.
