« My 2nd Home in Pullman Bangsar »

I was greeted with big smile and warm welcome every time i reach the hotel. As it is a few minutes walk to my office, it has always been my preferred hotel whenever i am on business trip in KL. Even thought it is not located on shopping complex, however there is free shuttle bus to key places like Mid-Valley Shopping Centre,KL Sentral, Bangsar etc. It is also a walking distance to the Kelana Jaya LRT line Kerinci Station. The gym is quite spacious and well equipped to have any exercise. Even though the breakfast variety may not be as many as some of the 5 star hotels, however it is still great for me to have decent and healthy breakfast. As usual, the crews at executive lounge lead by Vivien and her team member of Sebastian, Linda,Dennis, Hyang & Yosi have always provide excellent service throughout my stay. Thank you for making another memorable stay in KL.

Room comfort, big size, only just little minor on the shower. After closed the water keep flow out around 5 minutes then it stop. For the breakfeast, it would really2 great if you can change the menu everyday. This week i'd go for 2 times and the breakfeast same.

I was on a weekend stay at Pullman Bangsar with my mom and find my stay rather pleasant! I had a good night's sleep as the beds was so comfortable! When I requested for extra pillows and ice, my request was fulfilled at the jiffy. The breakfast was good, there are many choices. However, it could be further improved with good temperature maintained for the dishes as the Miso soup that I was having on that day was not hot but it still tasted good. The curry had really good fragrance but was bitter to my taste. Overall I would rate my stay as 8/10 and I am looking forward to coming back!

Strategically located for business travellers, Spacious and comfortable. There is nothing much amenities nearby but Train station is within walking distance. 7 mins train ride to KL Sentral and place of interest.

Been some times I have not check in to Pullman Bangsar. Yes the check in was fast. Takes me about 10 min less. I was impressed. Till I went in to my room am a bit disappointed... ( Yes I know I book around 6pm n check in 9pm was a bit hurry ) the room is a bit small... But due to I'm too tired, u just call it a day. Hopefully to be upgraded next time when I comes agian. You could checked my info with Accor Plus account 30…618 How many nights I'm staying for last year 2017, n 2018. Looking forward to check in with you guys agian

« Great staffs with dated building »

Convenient location, its very near to the metro. Easy access throughout Kuala Lumpur. This hotel staffs never fail me.The building could some pipe work, I like to thank your guest relation Mr Khaled for his patience and his urgent response for my room move. I had some irritating pipe noise in the old room. Not forgetting Mr Majona from housekeeping always service with a smile. Breakfast was nice, could use some more Malaysian food though.

I always stay in Pullman for business purposes and i am always satisfied with everything , the room , the food. The cleanliness is also up to standard, if the hotel wants to have cleaner toilets, maybe can use some bleach to whiten them up. On a side note, please provide a better hairdryer cos sometimes I will get the smaller one and I prefer medium sized hairdryers, and also provide a travel size comb/brush cos sometimes I will forget and then there goes my hair!
