I booked 2 rooms for a meeting here. One of the rooms was released at 10am. It was a very kind gesture from the hotel to allow my mum to rest. They have a huge bf layout too. Convenient hotel if your meeting is in TM Annex or TMCC. I have no complaints. Except that the shower area could be bigger. Thank you.

It was good and relaxing, right after a tiring day because of training, I find comfort and relaxation in my room at Pullman Bangsar. But, the water in bath tub doesn't go warm that's why I chilled after staying longer. I was planning to dip myself a little bit longer but the water is getting cold and I can't stay any longer.

Overall was ok, only problem I had was my access card was removed from the room to save electricity. I can understand the need to save the resources, however, the housekeeper can just slot it up and leave the card there instead of removing the card altogether. Stayed 3D2N. Arrived in the morning and executive lounge staff (Dennis) informed me that I was given a junior suite, but it was not ready for me. Hence, he gave me another room to put my things and told me that I could shift to the junior suite in the afternoon or evening when it would be ready. Nice gesture. Room was comfortable and clean. For the temporary room and junior suite. Executive lounge staff were great and friendly. Love to have breakfast and evening cocktail at the lounge. Nice environment and ambience. A little glitch on Day 2 when the housekeeping staff forgot to collect my laundry bag of clothes for washing. Informed the executive lounge staff (Benny) at 5pm as it would be a concern given that I would be checking out at 3pm the next day. He arranged for housekeeping to collect my laundry immediately and assured me that the laundry will be ready before my check-out time. Will return to stay again.

Everything almost perfect and great. The room and toilet above my expectation. The food also great and enjoy the varieties. The only need to improve the parking lot and accessibility from parking to hotel lobby. I think need more Pullman touch as your name so dynamic and establish did not reflect the same standard as your lobby and hotel overall. Other than that awesome!! Note: Hotel reception should inform the next staff AS A NOTE if customer ask for extension and happen to me which I can't use the hotel access card after 1230pm which I already to check out at 1pm due to my program at the hotel. Check-in Staff at Club Lounge was very sensitive and flexible - he responded positively upon my Business Partner's Request for a similar room upgrade for me (as I'm only a Silver Member and he is a Platinum Member) when he provided a room upgrade to my Business Partner. As he is a Platinum Member, we are allowed full access to the Club Lounge which provided us a great place for our Meetings. I'd like to start off on a positive note and say thank you and mention Linda, Benny, Cassandra, Yee Men, and Ye Hang who have been very pleasant and helpful in the lounge. Check in was okay and Glad to hear we were upgraded to a Pullman Suite due to Platinum status. It took the supervisor a solid one hour to sign off on the room which was said to be ready. 2515 is an OK room for a suite, but if this hotel is non-smoking, well, there is a clear smoking stinge in this room. The Pullman Suite at Bangsar is fine, and it would be picky to go on about it, but it certainly lacks overall ambiance and finesse for a 5-star property within the Pullman brand. At about six o'clock in the morning, there was banging noise above the room, and high heels were busily moving around. It is the kitchen right above. After an OK breakfast in the Executive Lounge (There is no menu?), we requested a room change, and Linda was very understanding and helpful and moved us to 2708. This room is very nice because of its very high ceilings. One has to live with the sounds from the elevators nearby as this is the most top floor, what was more disturbing where the unsettling sounds from the aircon in the sleeping room, that was described by the first engineer as "there is somebody drilling or an alien in the wall." I took two more engineers stampeding into the sleeping room with their boots on to 'fix' the loose valve on the aircon. Fixing here means cutting it so that from now on the temperature could not be adjusted anymore. That night the light in the wardrobe never went off and the fix the next morning was to cut off the light in the closet altogether, fine. The safe needed new batteries too. We did give up on the non-functioning socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom and the non-functioning lights by the beds. These things happen and are part of ongoing maintenance, but here they just accumulated to overall perceived negligence. With delight, we learned that kids below the age of twelve are not allowed in the business lounge, but then you allow aggregations of noisy intoxicated men who make it hard for everybody else to have a relaxed discussion. Our experience was completed in the lounge on the ground floor where we asked for red wine to seal off our final evening, only to learn that as Accor Platinum member you can choose between carbonated drinks and a fruit punch. Seriously? There are only 17 TV channels, various of which are not broadcasting at any given time "Astro is currently updating the list of services," so if you do want to watch a movie it might well not be possible. This consolidates the impression that the Pullman is an overall poorly run hotel, too many little things interrupting a smooth stay. There is not even music in the lifts, most displays do not create lifestyle but are blatant advertisements. I have enjoyed various other Pulmann hotels, but overall the Pullman Bangsar is a dent in the brand.
