« My preferred hotel during business trip »

Good service, acknowledge my loyalty and ensure my double bed preference was met although I booked under twin room. The room was upgraded complimentary but the grand deluxe room given was on 13th floor and facing federal highway, I can hear constant vehicle sounds from the busiest road in Klang Valley ever since I shifted from 21st floor. I didn't make a fuss as the system didn't reflect my gold status just yet as this stay actually helped me in this stay I would recommend guest to stay 15th floor and above if possible

Tried tapas at the bar. Mussels served nearly cold, dry. Should be served with cooking juice. Prawns aglio olio: in my opinion no need tomato sauce, but more garlic and parsley. Breakfast at 26th floors: order 2 simple fried eggs: overcooked... bad.

Room was neat and properly maintained, room amenities were replenished daily. I signed up for Le Club Accorhotel memebership, but didn't notice anything special upon checking in and up to checking out. In other hotels, club members are given welcome drinks, complimentary room upgrade, access to club, etc. The food in La Cocina and in-room dining, was nothing extraordinary, the food in La Cocina was I think overpriced. Since I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, I noticed that the hotel served the same food during my stay. Worst, the only meat that I can find in the buffet were chicken sausage, beef strips and chicken strips. I feel like I'm eating the left-over food from yesterday's buffet. The same goes to the fresh fruit station - watermelon, honey dew and yellow watermelon - during my stay in the hotel. Even the bread and pastry stations and other stations served the same set of food every single day.

Hi Pls help me with resolving this issue.This is to let you know that I stayed at Pullman KL from 10th to 11th Oct 2017. While checking out on 11th afternoon, I had requested for a taxi for an airport drop at 3pm local time. While the taxi was arranged by the hotel, the same was not added to my invoice. I paid cash of 150 MYR to the taxi driver at the airport – for which I did not get any receipt. Kindly organize to send the receipt of the amount over mail at the earliest please. From arrival to departure we were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The hotel has a large public area on the ground floor which was immaculately maintained and well presented. Check-in was at the Executive Club Lounge and we were escorted there by a member of staff. A simple and quick process, allowing us to relax and enjoy the last hour of complimentary cocktails and nibbles. Our suite was modern and spacious with everything, and more, than you would expect to find in a hotel of this caliber. After settling in we headed to the ground floor and 'The Lounge' bar where we enjoyed a glass of red wine in pleasant surroundings. The male member of staff who served us (Michras) was very polite and friendly, although he must finish his shift exhausted, I have never seen any member of hotel staff rush around so much. A pleasant overnight stay in an excellent hotel.

Everything is alright except i had to put deposit of RM400 for two nights stay. I think that is too much even just a deposit. My colleague was also staying there and he was not need to put deposit at all. Overall good hotel.

Room cleanliness not up to standards. There were used cotton buds near the bed. There was hair in the bath tub. TV reception was the worst I have seen.
