Hotel is very nice, I am twice stay in there. Iam coming with family, very clean and room is big. easy check in and check out. the hotel staff is helpfully, swimming pool with jaccuzi so nice. I will back again. But difficult to get public transportation and get meal out of Hotel.

アーリーチェックインを進めてくれた。 They recommend me early check-in reasonablely. 値段は悪くなかったが、今回は荷物を預けるだけにした。 But I had only leaved my baggage at this time. エクゼクティブプランを提案してくれた。 They propose the exective service for me. 夕焼けを見ながらの飲み物やフード、朝食も最高でした。 I enjoyed some drinks and local food at sunset. And I got breakfast at good atmosphere. They have a nice services for spend a good time.

Overall a present stay at Pullman KL Bangsar except the breakfast experience was below expectation. There seems to be manpower shortage at the cafe during breakfast and many empty tables were left unclean. Walking space is narrow and hard to squeeze through the walkway with plates and drinks in hands.

My preferred hotel when having business trip in KL. Status was recognized with early check in availability. Special request were also honoured but problem is my preference for ammeneties doesn't seems to be registered jus yet. If possible pls registered in the system that my stay always need 2 additional bottles of waters ; 2 extra pillow ; 1 additional set of bathroom (shower and body shampoo) That is on top of preference of higher floor (19th) And above

Satisfied. Check in was smooth. Reception very freindly. Though it was puasa, staffs still professional. Clean room with bathtub perfect for solo business traveller. Especially bell boy helped a lot they are initiative to carry guests luggage and helpful.

« Staying 12 days for business travel »

I am satisfied for 12 days staying at Pullman Hotel, large and convenient room, pleasant staff and quick response from staffs if I need anything. The foods are good, delicious and has many menu to try. The Hotel is near LRT station KL Gateways, near Masjid Ar-Rahman and TM Surau. I was staying during Ramadhan, the Hotel Restaurant open since 4 am to serve guests.

Good service friendly and helpful staff welcome at check in front desk. Links rest service staff very polite and helpful quick fast to replace all plates on the dining table after guest finished his meal. I don't really like the idea of the welcoming Marcon pastry at the room guest. A waste of time money and effort. My suggestion less wastage safe time save trouble - during check in time at front desk, they can issue a free cake coupon to be consumed at the cake shop or lounge area. The guest can seat in comfort and enjoy a nice standard piece of cake or pastry either in style and in good ambience. If they need extra hot beverages or special cake needless to say will have to pay and top up the different.
