Happy to stay and enjoy the hospitality of the hotel that is located at a prime location in KL. Only not very pleasing with option for vegetarians as food is limited by choice. Cwn do better if there is an chef with knowledge of indian cuisine and that too with vegetarian type. Look forward to stay again and may be then will have tasty vegetarian food to gobble too...

Can stay here with FREE Shuttle bus to Mid Valley

Me and my family was here few days ago. We had a short stay over night. We use our complementary night entitlement so we didn't try their Breakfast and also we didn't try their Dinner. So we can't command. HOWEVER, there is one issue that we MUST highlight to management. THE FREE SHUTTLE BUS is a BAD experience for us. The bus suppose to pick us up from MID Valley at 8.30pm. BUT end up 9.20pm then come to pick us up. we had to wait over 50 minutes at road side. WHY ??? We had to wait and called your hotel to find out WHY late. And your hotel give us STUPID reasons that they went to some where else. We know the bus must leave your hotel at 8.00pm to MID Valley. WHY never Leave from your hotel at 8,00pm ??? WHY ??? WHY ???

We are very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused for this shortfall, I investigated this matter with our concierge team and we did call your mobile phone to inform you about the delay of the shuttle’s arrival due to the very heavy traffic congestion at that time. The incident is very regrettable and your feedback is very important to us, we do appreciate you highlighting this as an area for further improvement. Upon checkin In, Front desk staff Sydney is not very warm and sincere, she looked tired and stressed. However, i was looking forward for the trip so I Ignored. She insisted of the deposit, I was not able to give her as I dont have cash and I am not usually asked for deposit as i am an accor employee as well. But i promised to give her that night after we go out and have dinner. She looked pissed. And she was not very helpful at all. And then we went to the Poolside to relax. No staff was sighted even at the gym. I slipped thrice. Floor is very slippery. We ordered a bottle of wine from In room dining to be delivered to the poolbar and i need to follow up after 30min. Not very good exp by the pool as i slipped and got bruised. We decided to change location and just relax at the bath tub. While filling up the tub, the water is very dirty and color yellow. Shower was not functioning properly. As I report this to the front desk, Sydney just walked away after hearing that i am complaining. Worst experience in a Pullman property. The bar-lounge staff was not very helpful as well as we want to order whisky to take up to our room. They agreed that we can order drinks and bring up to the room but never give us the menu.

Dear S., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar and I am very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the disappointment for the shortfalls in service you encountered throughout your stay. From the check in to the other interactions and service enquiries we are sorry that our service promise was not fulfilled. Regarding the issue for collection of a deposit being this as you know is a standard practice globally and also for all Accor Hotels internal audits, we are sorry this caused inconvenience and I can assure you the staff would not be upset at all but did allow you the convenience to settle this matter at a later time. You are correct we do not have staff stationed permanently at the pool nor the gym and are not required to do so by law, we do monitor with routine checks by a host of departments including Security, Housekeeping and Front Office and we are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding your injury occurred at the poolside and the gym as we have no reports on this matter. We do take these situations very seriously and hope you did not sustain any injury, naturally around any pool deck can be hazardous with water splashes on tiles and if any consumption of alcohol was involved we would urge even more caution. Regarding the discoloration for the bath water this was the result of a major city water pipe bursting affecting all the water supply for 3 days to Bangsar, Pantai and Mid Valley, we sincerely apologize for the poor clarity in the water but I can assure you the quality was 100% safe for bathing. We did supply an additional 8 tankers to ensure our hotel supply was adequate and readily supplied additional drinking water to all guests upon demand. Thankfully the situation is resolved now and I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. S. ,we appreciate you sharing your concerns and sorry you stay was not a perfect one, nonetheless we really appreciate your feedback and this will assist us to make the necessary improvements for the future. Very attentive staff and very pleasant environment in executive lounge. In many hotels staff are too intrusive asking if you are OK every minute. The staff in the executive lounge judged it just right providing very pleasant service whenever needed without being excessively intrusive or obsequeous

Always love staying at Pullman! However the recent pipe burst incident made the water murky so that was a bummer

We are delighted to hear you had an excellent stay. However we are very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment the water quality had for your visit and this is the result of an emergency burst water main piping along the Federal Highway, rectification work took 3 days and affected the whole areas of Bangsar, Pantai and Mid Valley. This happened on August 2nd and the water company has now completed the work after few days and water supply and quality are getting back to normal. We had bought 8 tankers of water to fill up our tanks as to maintain our supply however we do apologize for the lack of clarity to the appearance, I can assure you the water is completely safe to shower in and we have supplied additional drinking water as needed. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar in the near future.
