I am so sorry to write those words but the welcoming method was so cold. Asking about a chair in the room was replied by some instructions not answers. Many suspicious girls were going and returning back all the day!!!! The breakfast was simple and good enough. The cleaning room crew was great and doing great job.

Not many people spoke English in Algeria, but I was welcomed , and chatted to in English which was refreshing. Room was superb (despite a strong smoke smell in a non-smoking room - however people tend to ignore the no smoking signs in this country). A great breakfast too. Modern. Secure.

Kind employees. Same IBIS standard which was satisfactory for a business travel. hotel well situated in the center of the city even though, tram works make the access aa little bit diificult during rush hours.

I stayed in Ibis setif, but the reception was so bad in the entry the verification machine wasn't working ,the agent checked my baggage by hand (he opened my luggage for security checking!!!!!) in my checkout ,the reception was so slow, because of informatique probleme in the reception laptop (we was more than 5 customers waiting for check out !!!!

Hello! Ibis sent me the quote in 29/06/2017 , by email, ie. 5 days before my arrival, when I arrived to IBIS the receptionist informs me that the price in TTC does not correspond to what was announced by email (communicated by the Service Reservation Ibis & Novotel Sétif 26/06/2017). It was more expensive 8300 DZD TTC instead of 8000 TTC. Regards Mrs. Mounia TERAÎ
