Everything was fine, staff helpful, room okay - my only comment is that the hotel safe arrangements are not ideal, please improve the safes and availability.

From the time we walked through the door to when we left everyone couldn't be more helpful. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and the food was fantastic, our waitress explained the different offers on the menu and recommended side orders to go with our meal. We will definitely be back.

A great location for a short sightseeing break with my daughter. I could not fault the cleanliness both in our room and around the hotel - excellent. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice. The staff all really friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and good location. Did not like the bathroom pods and the drainage was noisy when people above had showers or flushed the loo.

We stayed at this hotel in the summer too and found this visit just as good. Staff always helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were excellent. The room we had on this occasion was a little tired and the shower head could not be fixed securely - not a problem for a couple of nights so we didn’t inform staff till checkout. Likely to use this hotel again on our next visit to London.

Check In -- Very Good Room -- Ok No Complimentary water , no spare plate or spoon or glass Every day Cleaning -- First day it was done , rest all days after coming back i had to inform reception and get the room cleaned , very irritating Reception Staff -- Except one lady none of them had any info on the tourist spots close by . they would open the google map and tell us to check , now if i had to see the google map why would i ask them . i even ask them if she belonged to London , she said yes but she says she can only guide me on the map . she could not even tell me whether to take a right turn or left turn from the hotel entrance . RIDICULOUS .

we understood staffs in bar quite busy, but they are slow to order, and there is no fridge in the room. except those, all the members of the hotel are warm-hearted(or joyful), helpful and generally hotel is comfortable and easy to go. and "nice bed".

This hotel, just a very short walk to the south bank of the Thames is in the perfect location for those interested in the many attractions scattered along the river. The hotel is everything you'd expect from the Accor Ibis brand- clean and tidy, very friendly staff, a great bar and a great atmosphere. Also close to a heap of "local" shops just around the corner on The Cut. Can't recommend it enough, I will most certainly return again, and again, and again.....Michael, Gold Coast, Australia

Loved your hotel, clean practical very well thought out. Nice breakfast. I would suggest just changing the breakfast menue might get a bit monotonous after 4 days. But really testy.

Having checked-in online, I expected everything to be ready on arrival. This was not the case and I basically had to check-in again. Also, rather than a double-bed my room had two singles (pushed together)

We have stayed at several Ibis hotels and always have a positive experience staff are always helpful and friendly this hotel didn’t supply free breakfast but for a small charge you can enjoy a good selection of cooked and fresh produce.Hotel is close to all the best London has to offer and within walking distance to Waterloo station
