Efficient checkin process. Room was clean and spacious with good views of the city. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of food. We would be very happy to stay again.

We only stayed a night, but it was really useful to be able to check in online prior and not have to wait for ages to check in. the room was very clean, which is the most important for me. I would definitely recommend this property or even come back.

You have definitely exceeded my expectationns from the budget hotel. Great service and impressively good food. This is my second time here. Went for a dinner and that was 10 out of 10 as well. Tasty fresh food, Chef speaking to people, Andrea and Leanne were very friendly. Working in the industry I am not the one to usually leave a feedback but your staff deserves good words. Great job guys!

I booked with bonusbreak and everything was perfect! Eugenia in the check in was very efficient! F&B staff was brilliant as well, the only thing I would improve is that they didnt replace food very often, but even this was very good!!

« Good, but some disappointing issues with the room »

Staff were great, location of hotel terrific. Met expectations except for two reasons: (1) There was a significant noise issue from pipes adjacent to room, so when my neighbours had showers at 6am, 7am and 8am, I was woken up by a loud waterhammer noise that sounded like drilling in my ear. Not great. (2) Hotel wasn't really great at dealing with Plantinum Accor members - had to ask for basic stuff like bottled water. Otherwise, happy with experience.

« The best Ibis hotel I know »

The best Ibis hotel I know: excelent breakfast, althought I lost the green jice that had before, and rooms are as usual. Great Lobby modern and funtional. Excelent to move between The City and the Parlament area by walk. Only issue are the pillows, would be nice to have it not so thick, or have the chance to select differet.
