I'm used to travel in ACCOR hotels and it was the third time in your hotel. My global feeling is good but I was quite disappointed by the housekeeping: - we are asked in every hotel to change the towels only if necessary which is ok for me. But then, why the towels are anyway changed every day even if we don't request it (by letting them on the floor as written in the room)? - the sheets have been changed during our stay and some clothes which were on the bed have been taking away. We have informed the reception when we noticed it but nobody came back to us.

I loved the city view from my room, and the comfortable bed and excellent wifi. The hotel was clean and attractive, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was varied and good, but I had reserved a room without breakfast so I had it there only twice (first and last days). The hotel's location is very good, close to two tube stations and the Tate Modern. My only slight reservation was that the dinner offerings in the restaurant were average hotel food, ok but not great. But then that's not part of what the hotel has going for it; everything else was great, and excellent value for the money.

Great location 2 minutes walk from Southwark station, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, excellent breakfast with fresh fruit salads, bacon and eggs etc. Good beds. We’ll certainly be back.

First time staying at this hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Food was nice. Only downside was there could have been more tables. We ended up sitting on high stools at a bench to eat breakfast

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, checking in took only a couple days of minutes, very comfortable room with comfortable bed and plenty of space for a fairly long stay. Checking out was only a matter of checking an email. Food was excellent.

I have been several times in London but it was my first time at Blackfriars. I enjoyed the neighborhood, nice walking distance from London's touristic center. The metro station next to the Ibis is also very convenient.

Friendly staff; clean comfortable room and top class buffet breakfast. Great location for the South Bank. Minor issue was a bit noisy toilet flush from other rooms but no issue with cleanliness of room and bathroom.
