Generally good. I was disturbed a little by room doors slamming a couple of times. I couldn't see a 'healthy' otion on the menu for an evening meal.

We loved the location. Close to buses and attractions. BUT we got the room from hell. Light bulb exploded. Toilet would not flush until repaired. Air-conditioning would not stay on until after complaining they left it running, BUT it always leaked and started dropping water from 1.00am every morning onto the floor ...woke us up...ultra noisy,.....put a towel out that quickly filled with water. Complained to Reception EVERY Morning. The infernal air-conditioning just kept on dropping water and keeping us awake when we were trying to sleep. Not at all happy!!!!!!!

Location is great, based near Southwark Underground station and within walking distance of the South Bank. Room was clean, but the bathroom needed attention with a bad toilet flush and build up of crud in the shower head.
