We stayed two nights in a balcony room for my Wife’s BIRTHDAY unfortunately it poured with rain for two days and didn’t get to enjoy the out side space but will be returning next summer when the weather will be Better Lovely friendly staff who really look after your guests

Check in staff fantastic and helpful. Breakfast staff really lovely and fantastic quality of food. Our son especially liked the pancake maker. Service at dinner was poor. We ate there both nights for ease and the quality of food was fantastic but once the initial orders were made there was very little attention. On both nights we would have ordered desert but on both occasions it took so long to get a menu and no one came back to take the order that it became too late for our son. The room was excellent, however, i am not sure of the point of the frosted/unfrosted glass between the bedroom and bathroom, It provided a great source of entertainment for our 6 years old however on using the toilet in the night we had to do so in the dark or dazzle and wake everyone up with the bathroom light, even when frosted. It wouldn't stop me booking again, just found it strange.

My three- night stay was an 9: Great room, excellent breakfast.and good location. Unfortunately, I was contacted by the staff after checking out for unpaid laundry bill when I did not even ask for or receive laundry services. It took them few days to resolve this and recognize it was a mistake on their part! Luckily I did not leave the hotel with my card. The hotel contacted me because they did not have my card on file. You should not make mistakes like this ! Clearly, they don’t check before they charge!

Great breakfast Great restaurant Big room Clean room Bad view since we when ordering in summer asked for room high up in floors and got first floor with a small window that we couls not see out Checked in on internet,but håad to check in when we arrived too(maybe we got wrong room?)

I stayed at Novotel for one night and the staff are so friendly and helpful as always. This is a return trip for me as I have stayed at the hotel quite a few times before. The room is nice and the gym is good with a pool which most hotels in London with this price level can’t offer. Net. Super nice and not a second thoughts to choose this when you travel to London.

We had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Blackfriars when we first arrived there was a computer glitch but Christopher and the team did a great job getting everyone into their rooms and comfortable. The hotel accomodation is modern and very comfortable the pool a real bonus and real plus for visitors to London is proximity to the underground, Borough Markets and the Thames we had a great stay and look forward to another visit again soon

In general, my stay was not up to par. The room I was given had a pee smell. I ended up calling and getting a different room, which also had a strange smell. I had to request my room to be cleaned half the time I was checked it.

Hotel was clean & quite nice. I had to talk to the manager to get the late check out to 3pm even though I asked about the 5pm check out 5 months earlier when making the booking.

This was our son's first trip to London as a treat for his 7th birthday and the surprise he got when we got to our room was amazing, he couldn't believe it was all for him. I've had a business trip to London and stayed at Your Hotel for 1 night. Check-in was a little complicated, as the receptionist misheard my name, then it went OK. Room was OK, facilities (wellness + breakfast) too. Potential improvements: EU plug in the rooms automatically Put heating on automatically Sauna was too cold Problems: Some kind of flea or tick must have been in my bed, because I've had multiple bites on my scruff in the morning.
