I can recommend thid Hotel! Location is good, underground Station nearby. Food was good aswell. Rooms were clean and in a good size for this Price. Pool/Sauna area was clean and nice for a relaxing evening. Bath robes Are Not included.

The hotel itself was nice. Really central part of town. Was happy with everything for the post part. But they advertise “business services” and the printer to print your tickets is not connected. So that’s not good. But overall not too bad.

« Not as good as Canary Wharf »

It was fine. Staff were friendly and I didn't hear any noise from my room. The gym is good but closes at 10pm (Canary Wharf is 24h so I expected it to be the same here). The breakfast choice was also fairly limited. The bed is quite soft. Overall there was nothing bad about my stay but having stayed at other Novotels my expectations weren't quite met.

Novotel London Canary Wharf is our brand new flagship hotel and the breakfast offer is different than to ours. We are receiving regularly very good comments about our breakfast, but I can understand if it did not meet your expectations. We are constantly working on improving our offer and this is ongoing. The gym is opened until 10 pm , as there is only a limited number of staff members in the hotel after 10 pm, however upon special request we are more than happy to let you use it outside the hours. Should you be visiting our hotel again, please feel free to contact me directly and let me know at which time are you planning to use the gym facilities. The Novotel Blackfriars has the perfect balance of facilities so that my business trips feel like a short break. Attentive staff, high levels of cleanliness and a lovely pool. Also, a special mention for the host at breakfast... remembering my drink choice from day to day. Makes you feel like you are not just another guest.

Easy check in, executive room well proportioned and thought out, power points in the right place. Lovely toiletries, robe and slippers. The swimming pool was great and the gym had the right equipment that we needed. Checkout out was very quick and simple. Our stay was fab and can't wait to come back!

« Ok but wrong room »

The hotel was comfortable but I was put in an accessibility room. I had not requested this nor was asked if it was acceptable to me when a checked in. I found everything including the bed too low for me and I gave me back ache. As I had been travelling all day and was only was only there for one night I did not mention it at the time.

Arrived very late and left early so did not really have a chance of taking advantage of the facilities of the hotel. Having said that I had a nice stay and had a good experience with the staff at both reception and check out time. There again soon so more of an opportunity....

Stayed with wife and two kids (8&6) for a short break. Hotel was clean and modern, good facilities and nice restaurant for breakfast. The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive.
