The location is perfect, situated near the metro. Checkin and checkout are easily done, staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. And than the views, fantastic. Overall, a great place to stay. A true home away from home.

Great experience from a quick check-in, to the nice touches in the room as we were celebrating our anniversary. The room was also very comfortable and had sufficient space for two large suitcases contrary to other hotels I had stayed in before around London.

I stayed at the Novotel Blackfriars for 1 night while attending a training at the same venue. Rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast place is very nice. Staff at reception was very helpful. Would definitely return.

The room was comfortable and provided with all that one could want for one's stay. The breakfast was copious and enjoyable. I found the staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was very central, good for Tate Modern and the South Bank Centre.

« Great hotel »

This hotel was a great place to stay for our trip to London. It was close to buses and the metro station, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower was wonderful with a rain shower head, and glass that could be opaque or clear with the push of a button. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool was fun to relax in after a long day of sightseeing, and the breakfast is not to be missed. Highly recommend this hotel.

I found the accommodation very satisfactory, with a comfortable room with a good view, and the room was well-furnished and equipped. Breakfast was fine with a wide variety of dishes on offer. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, very convenient for the Southbank Centre and for Tate Modern.

Our family vacation was much more pleasant with the spectacular service throughout the hotel. The daily breakfast buffet was outstanding with such a wide variety of food options and very flavorful. The only issues involved the stained bed sheet, stained desk chair, and the need to provide small face towels for my child.

« There are some developing points for Novotel London »

I stayed 4 days at Novotel Blackfriars. However, I faced with some problems at check-in process because receptionists wanted to take full deposit for my staying but my bank does not allow to pay this amount at the same day in abroad. Thus, I needed to wait 35 minutes at enterance to able to solve this issue. Morever, there was no bottled water and any product in mini bar exception of mini milks.
