Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the underground system and Thameslink trains. The Southbank area with many restaurant is within easy walking distance. The hotel has very good facilities and the staff are very helpful.

Perfect visit! Staff were awesome, room perfect, bar service great, all round great visit. Must remember to take swimming shorts next time to use the great pool. This is my second visit here and will defo use again. Well done to all the staff, great job!

Will not stay again. Disappointing breakfast, bad service, small rooms, disorganised reception, breakfast, one slow coffee machine in operation providing average coffee. Cafetieria resembling a school canteen.

We had an amazing stay. Our room was great and very clean, the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The kids toys in reception were a wonderful touch. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to those we know.

Second stay at the hotel and this time in room 101. Location not good, no view, and room had noise coming from bathroom every time someone in rooms above flushed their toilet.

This hotel is wonderful. Great location. Across the Thames from the West End. 20 minute stroll along the fantastic Southbank across Waterloo Bridge, and you are in the heart of it all. Or take the Tube from Southwark Station at the corner. Thanks to Panos at the Front Desk we got a great room and a great welcome. We had a fantastic view from our window, which we took great advantage-of! The Hotel is modern with some great views, all the sleek touches, and a pool area that is efficient but also trendy.

We loved our stay over there. We agreed that we are always going to choose Accorhotels from now on in every trip we plan. It's assured guaranteed. The rooms was so cozy that we didn't want to go out from there. It was close to the underground stations and bus stops and a few minutes from central places. The road was not busy and we could peacefully sleep until late.

It was convenient for the weekend trip we had arranged, our room wasn't tidied on the Saturday of our stay, breakfast mugs were left in the room, teas/coffees not replenished and menus for breakfast the following day had not been replaced either - this meant getting in touch with the front desk at turned midnight on the Saturday after returning from a friends wedding and again on the Sunday morning to get some instant coffee - this took two phone calls to get resolved, the house keeping staff member that arrived, literally thrust it at me and then left.

Only stayed one night, rooms really nice and spacious with comfy beds and nice modern bathroom. pool, gym and sauna were very good and quiet, had them all to ourselves, breakfast was excellent, nice English cooked breakfast and lots of continental options, pancakes, croissants, cereal. And the complimentary cookies in reception were the best!

I booked an executive room with a balcony and was emailed before my stay offering a free upgrade to a suite (which was much appreciated but declined as I wanted the outside space). I contacted the email prior to arrival to arrange late checkout which was done with no issue. The room was fabulous. Room service was prompt and delicious. Check in and check out fast and efficient. Cannot fault it.

Hotel is wonderful, but Thursday evening bar staff were very poor and it was frustrating. Check in staff excellent, breakfast good though very busy and staff great. Bed was not made up as requested for three adults and we had to ring for extra towels etc. also had requested twin beds but got double bed.

We had a great time, spent 8 nights, had another room for 2 when my daughter came. The hotel is new, clean and modern. Located at a very good place next to the underground, busses ... Breakfast was good and so was the swimming pool. We felt like the staff did everything to make us feel good at this hotel. We surely recommend it and we will be back

Hotel is as you would expect clean and tidy only 2 things wrong check in was a nightmare and the USB ports by the bed didnt work and reception were not intrested. as for the bar and areas all good and there is a tube station right next door.

Room wasn't ready on check-in waited an hour. Room wasn't cleaned, to be fair my husband was working in the room from 1pm until 5pm when we then went out for the evening. We did inform reception when we left at 5pm that we would like our room cleaned but it wasn't done.

At 10pm to 1am, a permament noise disturbed a lot. It seems it came from the bath room. It seems that every time someone in your hotel turned the water on, the noise appeared. Ridiculous. Unbelievable. No chance to sleep well.
