Very nice welcome. Breakfast is very nice but the coffee machine is not as good as the coffee made by the staff which is much better, but not always available. The room was very small but provided everything necessary for a pleasant stay. It was very hot so it may be important to know that air conditioning is supposed to be installed in the next year or so. The room that I had on the second floor was next to an enormous street light however the darkening drapes worked very well, yet because it was hot, it was impossible to have any air from the window.

The hotel is fine and the staff is simpatic. The cleaning service is nice too. Its essencial in an hotel as Accor, to have Air Condicioned in the rooms. Isnt not expect we are aware of that in reservation. The breackfast should be better.

The room was decent size for us. It was always clean. The only problem was we could hear a little bit the noise in other side of the room. And the socket for charging our gadgets was disappointed considering that the room was intended for 3 persons. We could only use 2 socket. The other one was kinda adaptor. The wifi was sometimes okay and sometimes not. Walking distance to 24hrs grocery stores and kfc and mcdo. That’s convenient for people who wants to save. The breakfast was good. And most importantly the staff was sooooo kind and warm! They keep on smiling. I think that was the best part of the hotel. The staff were accommodating and cheerful :) Even the one who cleaned the room upstairs. Thank you for being so friendly :) They are awesome people. I would love to recommend this hotel.

Had a good but basic stay .. perfect breakfast and friendly and helpfull staf and although downstairs the hotel looks quiet ok and cosy .. the room on the other end is outdated though and is in need of a fresh up. Not even a good clean up will help the stains on the edges of the shower. The door of the shower in combination with the bathroom door prevents you from entering the shower properly. The bed was a bit hard and i recommend a different spot for the mirror...there is no airco and even with just 18 to 20 degrees iT was already warm in the room.. But hey we were there only for a short stay

Everything in the hotel was great especially the reception personnel, they were very nice the only poor thing was the provision of only one fan at the time we had a family room so we had to keep the fan in the children room - the time we were in the hotel the weather was hot

A very warm welcome at the reception, thanks to Shannon! And free welcome drinks,of your choice! We read some reviews before so we were prepared for our stay. We just booked it, because of the BTS concert in Paris, so it wasn't so important how our hotel looks. But I must say that the bathroom was moldy. I have never been in a hotel were I saw so much mold and in the toilet room there were silver fish's. The other rooms like the little entrance hall did had a water leek which was seen and a little note told us that they will do somithing because of it. The sleeping room was good, just the one USB box had a loose connection. All in all the main goal we had to have a sleeping arrangement in the near of the Stade de France. I hope that the hotel get a renovation soon, because the staff deserve it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient in a quiet street, close to various metro stations. There is a number of Braseria and other food places all around. The rooms are too small, the breakfast area and selection come also somewhat short. Missing AC in the rooms contributes to not quite happy overall experience. Gold members should receive an upgrade. In my situation it was (mis)understood as a room in the top floor (very hot).

Stayed here to see Metallica at the stade de France. Not to aalk to the stadium or into the centre of the city. The hotel was nice and quite and the breakfast very good plenty of seats in the resturant. Also the reception staff was very friendly and spoke very good English so felt at home would recommend and stay here again.

It's the worst Ibis I have seen - poorly refurbished old building, extremely tiny and badly designed rooms, very poor soundproofing. After the first night, we had to ask to move us to another room - we heard our neighbours coinversations spoken in normal voice, flushing the toilet, walking in the corridor; it was impossible to have good sleep. Staff kindly moved us to a larger room with no neighbours on the following night, but the room was probably designed for guests with additional requirements - the bathroom had no door, just a okastic curtain. Roomks only had one stool, no chairs - nowhere to seat for a conversation.

The hotel was used as a brief stopping point on a road trip holiday. It was clean and the room was basic. There were nice places to eat nearby and the metro into Paris was 10 minutes away. It would have been nice if there was a toaster to use at breakfast time but the breakfast was adequate for my family.

The most noisiest hotel

We booked a family hotel room which wasn't spotless at all. The hotel looks very basic, there was no kettle in the room and the mini fridge had mould inside. The most annoying part was the noise from the outside as the hotel is located on a very busy road with traffic and lots of shops and restaurants. Due to the noise we only managed to fall asleep after 2 am. Breakfast was okay but not enough seats in the morning. The indoor parking is very narrow so if you care about your car please do not park in there as you'll damage your car like we did. Lady from the reception was very friendly but I would not reccomend this hotel to any of my friends.
