« not the best hotel »

We booked a 3 bed room for 3 people. Sadly one person couldn‘t come so a few days ahead I called and ask for a double bed room. It was not possible but it was fine for us. When we arrived we got the keys to the 3 bed room. It was tiny. If we would have traveled with 3 persons it would have been impossible. We had no wardrobe for our clothes and no space for our suitcases. We had to use the third bed for it because otherwise there would have been literally no space for us. Furthermore it smelled disgusting in the room, like mold. Breakfast was included in the price but it was a joke. The boiled eggs where already pealed. Who does that??? It was so unhygeniec. Definetly not coming back there, not worth the money.

Stayed previously and enjoyed the hotel. Always find the staff excellent, location good. Rooms now starting to need a refurb, plus Air Conditioning would be nice.

« The worst stay. I knew about Ibis Style bus this hotel was so uncomfortable and dirty. Also there is not air conditioning. »

It was not clearly specify that the room has no AC. It was a problem when temperature was around 35 degrees.

The hotel is at the back of Montmartre with nice place to eat or drink something at the evening and near to Metro stations. The room was tiny, but this is common at Paris and also we have a 3rd bed for my son. The breakfast was nice with option of fresh squeezed quice.

« Excellent!! »

Outstanding service - the concierge even got up at 4am to turn the reception lights on along with the coffee machine to see us off on our bus to the airport. We arrived during a heatwave so with no air con in the rooms it was a tad uncomfortable but the service far outweighed this! Thank you!

It was nice. The staff is really net and try to make you welcome all the time. The only bad thing is there is no air conditioning or even a fan in the room. I have to sleep with the window open.

« Great stay »

We liked having two separate sleeping areas in the family suite. The bed was comfortable. The sofa was also surprisingly comfortable, the best we’ve had in any similar hotel setup. The only negative was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room hot to sleep in at night. All the staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful. We really liked the cosy breakfast room. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, and the freshly squeezed oranges were a nice touch. The hotel location is excellent for visiting Montmartre and is well connected by bus & metro to all the major tourist attractions. The Saturday fresh food market on rue Ordener was a real gem.

« Great value in a vibrant neighborhood »

Repeat visit to this comfortable, family friendly hotel. Positives include welcoming reception and housekeeping staff, an authentic and vibrant neighborhood close to transport. Rooms are comfortable, average sized for Paris but maybe on the small size by international standards. Foreign visitors should know that rooms are not air conditioned, but ordinarily this isn't a concern, including on our warm weekend visit. Also bear in mind that this is a smaller, family friendly hotel, good for couples too; don't expect level of comfort or service that you might find in a hotel geared for expense account business travelers. We've been consistently happy when staying here, and will make a point of staying here in the future.

« Pleasant stay, Helpful staff »

Although the room was small, it was clean and nicely presented. Breakfast is a good experience in a light, open and comfortable space. The staff could not have been more helpful. The location is convenient for 2 metro stations and the bus line to the train station. Getting around was very easy and there are local bars, cafes and restaurants. Plenty of bakeries and interesting shops. We enjoyed our stay.

« Basic needs covered »

Having stayed at ibis Styles Paris Montmartre Nord on earlier occations, we did not expect any extravagancies, but all basic needs are covered. Be prepared for cramped space in the room (no fat people should stay here!). Breakfast is OK, service very friendly, and the area is well served by public transport (bus and metro).

« It was not a good experience !!! »

Although hotel has 3 stars, It hardly deserves 1 star. First, the area around the hotel is not safe. Especially, the nearest metro station M4 "porte de clignancourt" is not suitable for the family visitors at night. Location of the hotel is away from the touristic area of Paris. The street in front of the hotel contains many bars and has dense traffic. Therefore it is very noisy. Since the windows of the room are old and not well isolated for the noise, it is not possible to sleep well. The furniture of the room is very old, carpet on the ground and walls of the room are dirty. The overall cleanliness of the room was inadequate. We bought cleaning equipment at the first day, and cleaned the room. I selected flexible rate during the reservation, on which the first night's price will be charged if not arrived till 4'o clock at check in date (as expressed during the accorhotels mobile app). However, the hotel called a provision of the first night from my credit card at the date of reservation. Also, I paid the total price during my check-in. The hotel management told me that it was only for to secure the reservation. However this additional price was charged from me by the bank. Sa I was charged with the whole stay + 1st night's price. When I informed the hotel about the subject, they advised me to make objection to Bank about cancelling the amount. Since this was a flex reservation, the hotel management woluldn't be kind to wait for securing the reservation till 4'o clock at the day of check-in. Now I am dealing with the re-payment objection, which is not fair. Last but not least, I do not recommend this hotel for the ones who which a pleasent stay in Paris. You can find much better options at similar prices in better areas of Paris.
