I'm used to stay on Ibis Hotels in Brazil, so I was ok with my experience. I faced some situations and made me a little bit frustrated, they were: * The room wasn't cleaned during my stay. It was tidy but not cleaned. * They kept changing my towels even when I left them on the support for not changing them. * The drain of the shower was clogged and did not drain water, needing a lot of attention not to overflow during the shower I had a problem with my key - the door part was without battery leaving me out of the room - , and I was amazed assistant by a woman who weren't my the maintenance team and solve the problem herself.

I had stayed here two years ago and it had been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this time my stay was less than pleasant. Room was not really clean, bed was really uncomfortable, room ambience was cold and damp, and the staff was not as attentive as it should have been (I requested an extra blanket, which was never provided). Also, parking is non-existant, and one airport shuttle driver was rude and unkind.

In general the experience in Ibis was ok, however, as a suggestion, you need to improve 2 things: -The towels looks like very old, I prefer to use mine (at least the one in my room) -The breakfast was very poor, and the eggs has not a good flavor. Additional to this, the service experience of your staff was very good.

Everything was good but the dinner. I could not eat dinner in my stay since they closed the kitchen 25 minutes before the close hour.
