« Not so good »

We felt that staff didn't care about helping us. The kitchen especially was very unkind, except for Kania and Sonia who made us feel very welcomed. The other staff didn't help. They avoided us. After waiting for half our, we had to clean the table and moved the plates of past guests from our table to the other because the lady never did it. The food was not good at all. The lettuce from the caesar salad was old and the chicken was cold. The salad looked like it was from two days. We never returned to eat at the restaurant. We only asked for some sandwiches to take to our bedroom and decided to eat outside. The service was much better in the past. One thing to say is that Venezuelan server are the nicest.

Had to change room due to noise factor. In the second room got both traffic noise and routy neighbors who kept going in and out of the room all night long! Its location is nice and clean.

« Some of the desk staff could have been more helpful. »

Parking was ok until it was time to checkout. I was told to flash my lights 3 times in order to leave hotel. Floor in the room was very dirty. I was barefooted and my feet were black from dirt on the floor. they could have done a better job cleaning the floor.

The size of the room it is too small and bathroom without amenities such as cream or extra soap. Too many person waiting for iron their clothes and uncomfortable to go to first floor to do it.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. From the courteous and very friendly staff; the excellent buffet breakfasts and delicious a la carte dinners to the expedite check-out, all in all it was one of my best experiences yet in a hotel while away on business.

bathroom are not clean at all, mushrooms on ceiling and shower, doors from the bathroom with dirt splash. toilet not good smell, as poor clean. shower flower with a lot of tartar indifferent which room. bed is confortable service are good breakfast, the trays are not the right one, there are really bend and you have to be care with the coups or glasses you place on it, could be better. at all ok, recommend to overview those points regards

« Too expensive. »

I specifically ordered a quiet room and was hosted right next to some sort of machine that was constantly blowing air (air conditioner?). Rooms are OK but small... way too small. I can´t imagine how can 2 people sleep there for more than 1 night.
