« Hotel complies with Ibis standard I have experienced in other countries, but in this particular case see below »

As per above please note that it was impossible to get a good night sleet because of a continuous very annoying noise of electric motors. ( like if someone was vacuum cleaning ). At about 5 am called front desk and he said that most probably was a problem with ventilation ducts but did not elaborate on repair or another solution. After that it was a full wake up.

« Very bad stay »

Many things were not acceptable. Second night of my stay, I take a shower, and when I came out, there was no towels.... I am traveling every week in many different hotels and countries, and this never happened to me. This is not acceptable. I had to call the reception and a man had to come up to bring me towels. Next day, I take a shower and there was only one little shampoo, not enough for long hair given the quality of the product, which was very bad. Last day at check-out, I ask for the invoice and the receptionist gives it to me, but it is not matching the amount I paid on the first day because of exchange rate. The receptionist should have proposed me the invoice on the first day in this case! They said it will take two days to send me the correct invoice matching what I have paid but I have not received anything and it has been three days... If I don't have the invoice, my company cannot reimburse. Very bad experience, no professional service. I will not come back and provide a bad feedback to my company.

« Housekeeping could be improved. »

The hotel is well located and staff was courteous and attentive, although a bit too slow for a business hotel. Housekeeping is the area I'd suggest a lot of attention to. The room, especially the bathroom was "cleaned", but only superficially. The bathroom had that distinct odor of a public restroom, indicating cleaning wasn't particularly well done. Besides, there were days housekeeping was completed only around 5h00pm. I needed to work in my room that afternoon and couldn't because cleaning team had to come in too late. To make things a little more complicated, the glass door that separates the shower from the restroom isn't effective at all, allowing a lot of the water to pour out and turning the bathroom into a swamp. I had to use the mat all nights to dry it.

« Great stay could tweak a bit WiFi and improve a bit the piscos »

Nice good beds and rooms. Helping front desk and good fruits for breakfast. I couldn’t make my third device use the WiFi anywhere which was annoying. Finally the piscos could be better and the barman happier.

Good location near to Metro, supermarkets just around the corner. Breakfast buffet is good, but not exciting. Rooms standard as you know from ibis. Own car park at a reasonable price (CLP 4000 a day).

« Comfy stay, quick service, but would've love more options »

It was comfortable, it was quick and the service was good. But it would be nice to have more options in the following: - Variety in the breakfast - Possibility to buy stuff in the hotel, stuff that is forbidden to carry in the handbag (dental cream, perfume, toothbrush maybe, corporal creams and lotions, etc) - Quick reposition of kitchen stock. I went for a midnight bite and the kitchen only had frozen pasta.
