I have been in Ibis Manquehue for 3 times. Three bad experiences. First time they gave me a handcap room , no heating, the bathroom is not for normal person, the water was very cold, the room was vry cold, I could not sleep at that night. It was late and the manager is out. Next day they changed me the room, and finaly the problem was solved. The second time I made the reservation using my credit card and told the person the at the of my staying the company will pay using a corporate card, so they told me they won´t charge my card. My surprise, they charged my card. Another problem was, I had asked one night and during the day talked to the manager that I need to be one night more, he told me, No problem, I will keep you at the same room. For my surprise , when I arrive at the room, there was a person leaving my room. The cancel my room and gave to another person, with all my belongs inside the room. Its was really so bad experiences with Ibis Manquehue. For sure I will never camo back again to this hotel.

The air conditioner didn't work well, I couldn't turn off during the night. The people at the front desk kindly provided me an AC adapter, however it was the last available. My suggestion is to have more just in case people from other countries require them.

booking on booking.com was not reserved for 2 rooms but only for one 1. i had to wait more then 35min to get checked in. 2. No towels in the room 3. i had to tide a table to remove an old tray to take my breakfast on a clean table

Calm and quiet days. Hospitality the employees well.Emploees trained and qualified to welcome the guest. Good dinner and breakfast. Much flavor in the meals and variety in the menu. Even the alternative coffee (outside regular hours) was perfect. Congratulations for the kitchen team !

Most of rooms are noise, because of the elevators, operation staff like air conducts, etc, so it is difficult to . The clearance of air of the bathroom is horrible. What its worst, is time the receptionist take for the check in; I always stay there and always ask me the same thing... dont you know Data Base??

My trip was on business, I stayed at the hotel for 12 days and in all of them I made the meals at the hotel restaurant. A few days before the checkout I went to pay the restaurant expenses and asked for the receipt to reimburse the expenses, the clerk said that the receipt would be delivered at the time of checkout, the day after the checkout I received a printed paper with no tax value , the official promised to send the electronic invoice by email but until the moment I did not receive anything, I feel cheated by the Hotel.
