Reception service was good. i ask for the non smoking room, they gave me the room, but too bad the corridor from lift to our room smells smoke..and it make us uncomfortable to walk from lift to room.. i booked two nights, all nights the corridor smells smoke when we walked in (day and night)

Cleanliness in the room could be better. I found dead bugs at multiple places. Some towels and mats have dark marks. Surfaces of table and other places are sticky. I found the dustbin on my table on one of the night when I came back. Door or shower curtain at the shower area would be good to prevent excessive wetness on the toilet floor. Floor were sticky. Thankfully there's bedroom slippers. Walls are not soundproof. Could hear snores throughout the night till morning for two nights. Breakfast were good. Customer service at the reception is very good. Location is good. Name change created confusion for Grab drivers. Perhaps a notice to Grab might help them update the name. Nice decor. If cleanliness was not an issue, would definitely stay there again. However, a word of objectiveness, I haven't stayed in other hotels in Jakarta so I wouldn't know if this is the usual standard or not.

Great service, warm staff, provide hair dryer and kettler for hot water. Able to give extend time until 1pm to check out, various food for breakfast.. like it so much.. Only 1 small lipstic stain on bedcover. But overall, i am satisfied.

I've chosen this hotel due to the location, next to a mall which is so convenient to for food (many choices), shop, taxi and most importantly, money changer which is just next door. I can't thank Ms Nita enough for helping us with the easy-breezy check-in and giving us the best room during our 5 days stay there (Room 805) plus we were also given a complimentary 10-minutes foot massage! The bed and pillows was comfortable and it made me knock out in no time. I love your breakfast spread as you've got both local and western variety but I somehow felt the food choices was more interesting on the weekend compared to weekdays, however I'd still give 5 brownie points for the mie ayam and bakso! It was excellent! I would like to comment on the sound insulation of the room as we can hear TV and sound coming from next door. We even can hear our neighbour using the hairdryer. In all, I would like to thank you for the excellent hospitality shown by your team member- from the security guards to the waitress, the front desk and the room service and everyone esle for you had made my stay so pleasant and I will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip. Keep it up and remember to check on the room soundproofing. =)

We stay in deluxe room. Big and spacious lots of sun, food need to be improve. Housekeeping sometimes missed to give us our amenities e.g toilet tissue which is very essential. And I have to request. I stayed 2 nights at Allseason Gajah Mada, the first impression was no problem. But when I use the toilet, the toilet is clogged and smelly. In the next day I complained to the receptionist, but they only offer a solution to spray the room with deodorizer (what...?!). The second day I experienced the same thing, the toilet clogged and smelled. I am very disappointed and I will consider again to choose my place to stay later. Regards, Heri R.
