We do not understand your comment regarding the missing of extra pillows as we have the proof that the reception gave you an extra pillow, while it is not a service we normaly give. It is indeed correct that our rooms are designed for efficiency and streamlined for the budget-conscious traveler, which is reflected in the room and bathroom dimensions. We are disheartened to learn that the bed comfort did not meet your satisfaction. Our mattress and topper combination is typically appreciated for providing a quality sleep experience, and we regret this was not your experience. We also wish to assure you that our heating and air-conditioning systems are designed to offer individual comfort, and we're sorry if this aspect did not reach your personal preference. Our team takes great pride in the cleanliness of our facilities, and we are concerned to hear that this was not evident during your stay. We strive to maintain high standards, and we regret if we fell short in your eyes. We also understand that a peaceful environment is crucial, and while we have invested in double soundproof windows, we apologize if any external noise impacted the tranquility of your stay. Regarding the quality and availability of our food and beverages, we aim to provide a selection that is both satisfying and convenient.
