We stayed only one night after a long drive for attending close relative's wedding in Gresik. We figure we need a good place to crash for one night and the place has to be with easy access to a culinary destination. Ibis City Center Surabaya has the edge of within walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza with its all culinary place

It was very good, Ms. Indah gave me a very nice experience to deal with Ibis. The room was great, but it was so hot in the lobby during our arrival and departure, I came with a group consist of 60pax. The takeaway breakfast was also nice. thank you.

We often stay at the Ibis when we visit Surabaya. We like the hotel location and as we are Accor members the price is favourable. However having also stayed at another hotel closer to the Tunjungan Mall we find the Ibis somewhat lacking in investment to bring it to a higher level mostly with the room layout. The hotel is very popular and a further expansion of this hotel would be a good investment for Accor
