I have a good experience when stay at ibis Surabaya last week. Clean room and good hospitality. One thing to my concern is the bathroom,it's unique but for a big person it's quite small. But anyway, overall it's a nice hotel with good hospitality.

At first I called the hotel I said that Im silver member of le accor club and the reservation staff confirm that I can check out at 3pm on friday. As I confirm at front desk staff on friday, they say they can give 2 pm max. So please, teach your employee from a same book. At least try to make them on the same page first before you let them work.

Good room with clean room and great service. The worst service i have seen in all my business trip is about breakfast. The food varian is made me forget is this hotel is accor hotel chain. We are from bank mandiri and our group is about more than 60 people. In the nine days at ibis hotel, the breakfast food is worst in all my trip at three star hotel. We start breakfast at 6.30 and finish at 07.00 because our training class start at 7.30 In that time, the sausages in food section is frequently empty, the dessert is just one varian maybe two but not frequent. When i said to the other, my all friend see the same disapoinment about the breakfast. Because we are banker that ussually get good hotel in our business trip.
