it was better than before. This time the front desk attendant actually did an excellent job. However I was frustrated with the hotel transport driver. He took the wrong route to my destination and it cost me 10 minutes late to my appointment which is very embarrassing.

« I lost my ID card (KTP) »

I stay in this hotel several times already. But I thint it will my last stay jmat Ibis. The reason is because during my check in in 22 Jan 16.30 PM, the front desk asking my ID Card and my credit card for payment. Only received my credit card. Because I am very tired, I forgot to asking my ID card back. After I check out just realized my ID has gone. The last time I took out my ID card was during my check in. Trying to call the front desk, and said it will check and then get bad news they can not found my ID. Its very annoying because I have to do many process to have my id replace. So disappointed with the poor service and lossing my ID. Stay several time already but why keep asking the ID, didnt you have your customer data already ?

« disappointing »

the room should be a non-smoking room as i asked. but when i first open the door, the smell of cigarettes is very strong, especially in the bath room. i cannot understand why this is happened because the room given is at the non-smoking floor and i checked in at 9 pm. the bed is also not comfort because the frame is creaked every time i moved.
