The room was clean, breakfast was more than OK and the "à la carte" restaurant was good. The personel was always helpful and polite, as it should be.

« Welcoming friendly staff and homely atmosphere. »

As always, staying at the IBIS Issy les Moulineaux is a pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent amenities and great restaurant. Only downside is that it can get very busy with tourist parties, but overall I can't fault it for value and location.

« A dirty place with poor service »

My room (on the 6th floor) was neglected (the shower looked as if it hadn't been properly cleaned for years). The service was unacceptable. Each time you were trying to address the Reception Desk Team, they seem not to understand what was being said to them (although I was addressing them in French and French is my second mother tongue).

« Nice hotel »

The hotel is well located for my purposes. After the recent upgrade of rooms, they look nice but feel very small. Beds are very comfortable. Bedside lights blind you in the morning - designer not practical! Desk is tiny but has plenty of plug points etc.

It is like any other standard IBIS hotel in terms of ambience and quality. The location is close to 3 stations so travelling from here is convenient. The area is peaceful and homely. Cos for me were : if a person doesn't have internet on mobile they would find it little difficult to locate the hotel as its not on the main road. Secondly there was no drinking water available in room. And Third the breakfast spread has to be maintained more efficiently in the morning.

Facilities very limited. Stayed 2 nights to include breakfast. 1st breakfast adequate, 2nd breakfast non existent due to group at hotel and not replenishing. Anyone arriving for breakfast at 9am nothing left. Had to complain at the hotel and given a refund. Unfriendly staff at reception.

« The renovated rooms on the 2F are really nice. »

I like this Hotel. It was the first time that I stayed in a new renovated room. I think the reason why I have not received the welcome drink is, that I am waiting now since several month to get the silver card. So the receptionist couldn't identify me as silver card holder. Also, I slept very bad in the second night, because the waste collection came at 3pm and was very noisy.

I stayed in Ibis for 3 nights. Having the same breakfast each morning was not satisfactory and neither was not having sockets by the bed. TV didn't work. However, the bathroom was fine and the bed was comfy.

Overall, i was happy with my experience at the hotel. Service, cleaning, the breakfast buffet could have had more food options. However, towards the end of my stay, I was highly disappointed at the construction going on 8am in the morning. I was awakened out out my sleep due to continued drilling sound. Courtesy would have been to inform customers of nearby construction. I paid for a place to sleep and was unable to do so.

« Dissatified from the point i spoke to the receptionist »

From the point when entering the hotel and speaking to the receptionist i realized that this is not a good start. Asked where i could park a van and was told there was no where on the premises, this was different to what i was told the day before when my colleague phoned to ask this question about parking for the van. Had to park the van outside on the road in a parking space. I had booked a twin room due to there was two of us, found one we entered the room that there was a double bed not two singles. Went back to reception to explain this and was told that they were busy, that was not my problem as i booked a twin room which they did sort out in the end. When got to the room found it had no towels so had to go back to reception again. We asked for direction for where we would be working the following day by showing the address that had been typed out earlier and was told it was 30 minutes away, on checking google maps for the same address found it was only a 9 minute walk away. During the course of the night it got very hot in the room, found out that the air conditioning was not working so the second night we had the window open which was better. The state of the room wasn't to brilliant, the floor outside the bathroom was all cracked, the lower toilet roll holder fell off the wall and around the bottom of the shower scene was dirty. Both nights the bar staff were very helpful and what food we had was good.
