Things looked run down, towels threadbare. Asked for an extra pillow, was to,d they would get back to me. Never heard back. Stopped at front desk hours later and the response to my pillow question and the 15 minute guarantee is we can only get a pillow from another room when we know what rooms aren’t being used. Did eventually find a pillow in my room hrs later. A hotel without an extra pillow? So much for your 15 min guarantee!

The hotel was generally fine, the room and the service ok, but the toilet was terribly dirty. I did not have time to report this since I was on a business trip with no time for things not related to work. However, I expect that when I arrive to a hotel, the room and the toilet are already clean not waiting for me to report otherwise.

« Everything was exactly as expected »

Very good experience, the accommodation was in accordance with our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with all requirements during our stay. The only minor disturbance that i can think of, and that is not imputable to the hotel and staff, was that the breakfast service was largely over crowded due to the large number of groups that had breakfast at the hotel simultaneously.

Stuffs are good and helpful. Restaurant is not open entire day, and closes early in night; so it could be a problem. No tea-coffee maker in rooms. Accessing the Hotel from Issy station is a pain if you have heavy luggage. This is not because of Hotel but of Issy station, which has no lift or escalator. Rooms are small but okay. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast Spread is what you can expect at that price.

The accommodation was adequate & clean. Slightly unprofessional & casual staff at the front desk - not much information given, not even breakfast times, how to use the aircon etc! The toilet in our bathroom was rather disconcertingly noisy as we sat on it - sounded like it may come off the walk at any moment!! Shower seemed a bit blocked Toilet paper very cheap, rough & harsh Confusing service each day - we left our towels hanging but one would get randomly changed & not the other. Plastic cups after the first day we’re not replenished - we were left with one to reuse for 3 days! Not many coat hangers for a 5 night stay for 2 people

I was staying at the hotel with a colleague while attending a fair at Portes de Versaille and we trusted Ibis standards therefore chose to stay at this hotel. The experience did not meet our expectation. Check-in time was at 13 according to our order confirmation, when we arrived around 13:30 I had followed the instruction for online check-in as I had received an email. The girl at the desk started by telling me that I had not done it properly and that only one room was checked in. Then she picked up the phone in front of us and called a colleague to ask for "two clean rooms". Her attitude did not make us feel welcomed at all. Later on she told us that breakfast was not included eventhough we had booked through Accord website and it was written "included" on our order confirmation. This got solved later on by talking with the manager who was more service minded. The employees working at the restaurant on the other hand were very friendly, helpful and did their best. But for breakfast the room was a bit crowded, there were lines for the coffee machine, the plates and juices were not always refilled and tables not cleaned up in between guests because there were simply not enough employees to help around at peak time. All in all I don't think we will stay at this hotel next time we come to a fair in Paris.

« Welcoming friendly staff and homely atmosphere. »

As always, staying at the IBIS Issy les Moulineaux is a pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent amenities and great restaurant. Only downside is that it can get very busy with tourist parties, but overall I can't fault it for value and location.
