« Clean room but pretty small »

I liked that the room was fresh and clean, but the room was very small and the bathroom was especially cramped. The swinging shower doors also let a lot of water out if they aren't closed just right.

« Location is good but services have room for improvements. »

The looks action of the hotel is perfect as it is so closed to the subway. Housekeeping services for sure can be improved as one day when I was back to my room, I found a whole pile of towels laying on my desk instead of in the bathroom. Also, the shower gel in the bathroom never get refills. Lady at breakfast is not very friendly but staffs at reception is helpful.

« Good little hotel, right next to Métro and little shops, with a quiet room and nice staff. »

In town for a weekend which had us with plans in Pigalle, Mabillon, St Cloud and Bercy, this hotel worked well, on Ligne 9 - staff were friendly and polite, room was clean and quiet. Recommended.

Despite booking 2 weeks in advance and checking in online 2 days in advance (as well as pre-paying) and being a Gold Accor Member - was advised via email at 7:30pm on the day of arrival that we were being switched to a far inferior hotel, no acknowledgement of my membership level/fidelity. Despite attempt to apologise, won't be staying here again and reconsidering my Accor membership

One night in Paris, booked at the last minute, so not a lot of choice. This was more than we like to spend on a room, but it was a very nice room with a view and an excellent bed. Appreciate the tea kettle. Charlie was very helpful on the desk, although we have an ongoing question about how ( which credit card, and when) we were charged. We like the neighborhood a lot. Your taxi service to the airport charged 65 euros, not 50; and there was no room on the shuttle, so that was kind of annoying, but the driver and car were very nice and on time.

I confirmed my room by credit card for late arrival, when I arrived they did not have a room for me !!! They sent me to another Mercure hotel by taxi which was further from my meeting location in the morning.

« Second visit »

We booked here for this trip because we had stayed before and knew there would be no surprises. Room was lovely and extremely clean !! Small issue with the safety deposit box that guest services couldn't fix on Saturday but my husband was able to fix it himself (Just a loose spring) The other small issue was the hand held shower head was sitting in the stand ok but as soon as you turned on the shower the water pressure knocked it off the stand. We were told it would be fixed but it never was so we just made do with hand held showering.

« Well located hotel with easy access to bars and the metro. »

The room was wonderfully cosy with a Juliette balcony overlooking the main road which did mean it was a little noisy, but having the door open kept it cooler than the air conditioner which didn’t appear to be very effective. We had breakfast on one morning and while it was good, I’m not sure it was worth €17 when you consider you can get breakfast in the bars around the hotel for less than €10. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

A few steps from the metro. Small room with welcome tea making facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good but totally chaotic: coffee machine stopped working so no hot water, ran out of eggs and croissants. Very hard working waitress could not attend to everything and it was quicker for me to go upstairs and make my tea in my room. After that we had breakfast calmly at a cafe - a pity as your breakfast was very good.

« Air conditioning not working in the room, got charged twice for my stay and the breakfast was overly expensive »

As mentioned above the air conditioning was not working in the room. When I mentioned this to reception they confirmed they already knew and that the entire airconditioning for the hotel was broken and had not worked for some time. This was never mentioned when booking the room. Why? I also got charged twice for the room and this has still not been rectified. The breakfast was ridiculously expesive as well

« Lovely hotel, friendly staff and a good location for exploring some of Paris »

From moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who were always happy to help. We had a privilege room on one of the top floors - the room was beautiful and quiet. The location of the hotel is great for exploring and there are lots of good bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was outstanding. Everyone greeted us kindly and cheerfully, had very good recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and went above and beyond in helping us with a problem with an event booking that we had not made through the hotel. We wished we had noticed that we could get tickets and museum passes for almost everything we had planned to see right from the front desk. The room was smaller with fewer conveniences than we expected from a Mercure, but we enjoyed it. I booked the hotel via Orbitz, only because the rates were considerably less expensive than through Accorhotels.com, even though I am a member of Le Club AccorHotels.
