We had a good family reunion at the hotel however my parents who stayed over at hotel in the corner room in room 223 is missing her whole set of rings (5). We have evidence that she had the rings on Friday night at a function we went to but the rings were missing after breakfast on Saturday morning. Is it possible to question the cleaner that cleaned the room that Saturday morning .

Our room was very tastefully decorated clean and comfy. Tv didn’t work initially but was soon sorted we used the laundry which was great but dryer might be a bit tired. Staff were wonderful would stay again

I was very impressed, it was my 60th Birthday and when I arrived at the hotel there was a birthday card a 2 tie cake done with towels with a candle , a bottle of wine and chocolates I was so surprised that they made this special for me , the reception staff were lovely and I ordered breakfast at 10oclock nothing was a problem the rooms were big and very clean . I would recommend staying here

Standard Room is good. Front staff are good. Inside the room, not sure but there was no toothbrush and toothpaste available. The last time I checked in a month ago, there was only 1 toothbrush available in a superior room and we are a couple. But this time there was none. Simple thing but really make your stay incomplete specially when your purpose is to dine and drink at RSL.

We were greeted at check-in by the same woman that was working there two years ago (our last stay), she not only remembered us but was her cheerful, happy self and made us feel welcome from the get-go. I later found out that she had been there for twenty years the following Monday. A credit to your business. Her name was Sharon. Room was fantastic and service was great. We will be back !

The room was spacious but the bathroom did not have a fan which is bad as there is no ventilation. Breakfast was very ordinary not the same standard as other Novotel. Staff at the restaurant on in particularly feels like she did not want yo be there.
