« After some initial issues, the room was great and the staff were super helpful. »

The room was really nice and the staff were incredibly helpful. Firstly, I dealt with a Manager by the name of Sharon via phone prior to my visit to assist with the cancellation of duplicate bookings that were somehow implemented by booking.com. Sharon was fantastic and I can't thank her enough for helping to sort it out. Then, when I arrived and was allocated my room, I walked in to find it overwhelmingly smelt of cigarettes. A call to reception saw us moved very quickly and situation resolved. Again, great work by the staff who were exceptionally busy at the front desk. Lastly, a male waiter working in the restaurant was also very helpful carrying bags, without prompting.

Room are great, spacious, clean and comfortable, internal access to the club and eatery is also excellent. The building work around reception and access to the hotel are a little off putting at them moment as is the noise of building works which started before 7am.

Disappointed that breakfast was not included in the cost of the room, even though were paid top dollar. This was not the case on previous times we have stayed at Rooty Hill. Not sure what the difference was with other guest who had their breakfast complimentary.

Excellent staff who were attentive and did a great job. The room was clean and very well presented. Despite significant renovations the reception area was easily accessible. The breakfast on both mornings is just such a letdown. The temperature of the food just isn’t good and is warm at best. Smaller quantities need to be cooked and more regularly.

Stayed previously for both work and leisure. As this was a work stay standard room booked. It was a busy time with V8 weekend and last minute booking. Room spaceous and comfortable with easy access to RSL club. Received bottle of wine in room on arrival. Buffet breakfast was ok.

It was quick overnight business trip. The room was huge and whenI first arrived and looked out the window I was preparing for early morning construction noise. To my surprise, the room was fantastically quiet. It was very large, clean and comfortable.

We had a good family reunion at the hotel however my parents who stayed over at hotel in the corner room in room 223 is missing her whole set of rings (5). We have evidence that she had the rings on Friday night at a function we went to but the rings were missing after breakfast on Saturday morning. Is it possible to question the cleaner that cleaned the room that Saturday morning .
