Usually good but the construction made it unpleasant. We have stayed numerous times over the years but with the construction work the room rate should have been adjusted, or at least notified about the construction at time of booking

I stay at the Novotel Sydney West HQ three times a year and have a meeting the following day, usually in the RSL section. The meetings are always serviced very well and this was no exception even though the meeting room had to be changed the previous day. The experience at the hotel is always good with the exception of the room service menu which is, in my opinion, not one that befits a 4.5 star hotel which you claim to be. I always drive from Canberra to Sydney at the end of a working day and usually get room service because I have work to do and frequently do not arrive until after the restaurant is closed. On Thursday night I arrived around 9.30pm to find a choice of four items available for dinner at 9.37pm when I place the order; the lasagne which I had was edible but not overly appetising and clearly not made in house. I can understand a very limited menu late at night but at a 4.5 star hotel I would have expected something a little better, given that you have an in-house restaurant. I have given you this feedback in the past so do not expect much change but you did offer the opportunity for comment.

Overall very good, some minor problems due to the major construction works going on at the complex. Parking a little restricted and difficult access again due to the construction works. We're without hot water for a few hours, most likely due to the ongoing works. Room was very clean and service was good. The restaurant was very good. I will be back again.

We stayed on 2 X 1 night stop overs the rooms are very clean & very pleasant decor the staff are extremely professional at what they do. even though there is construction going on it did not disturb us in any way.

Everything in the hotel was great except the breakfast. It was the same as the last time we stayed there. The breakfast was cold. Cold bacon, cold eggs, cold sausages but the baked beans were warm. We reported this last time and again this time but nothing has changed. A pity.
