The room was huge and beautiful, the staff were so very friendly, the proximity to the club next door was a great bonus. There were a couple of issues though: (1) I couldn't find the switch to turn off the lights over the fridge area, called housekeeping and they couldn't find it either so had to sleep with light on, (2) no shower cap in bathroom (3) there were only 2 tissues left in the tissue box and no spare box (4) on arriving back to the hotel after the Grand Final around 11pm we asked reception before returning to room if we could get room service, staff said OK but sleep walkers menu that was fine but when we rang from the room to order toasted sandwiches we were advised the toaster didn't work so had to come back down and go to club to purchase toasted sandwiches.

The air conditioning of the room was worst as it was not working properly and it was so hot in the room. Other than it was nice hotel and rooms were big.

The room itself was lovely - clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The iron needs regular cleaning - when i used the steam it spat out a whole heap of black dirt balls all over my W. shirt! And i was very disappointed with my dinner (room service), i ordered fish & chips and for $21 i would expect a decent serve - i received two pieces of fish, however they were the smallest, thinnest pieces i have ever seen. It looked like one fillet cut thought the middle, each piece was not much bigger than one of my chips - i thought i was given a child's serve!

The visit was overnight for a wedding, on arrival we asked the staff what time the bus was leaving given 4pm then we had too make several calls to be told it was leaving earlier this leaving us 20 minutes too get ready The door to the room never closed behind us so was open the whole time we were gone

The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The room and bathroom were very large and well-appointed. The only aspect worthy of criticism was finding reception - the access to the hotel was poorly signposted.

My room was amazingly big. Excellent facilities. Close to Westfield, eateries and club. I couldn’t ask for more. Only negative was although checkout was 11am (another plus), our room cards stopped working at 10am which caused a few problems as our luggage was locked inside our room before we were ready to leave. Was resolved by contacting reception but was a bit worrying as to if we had read the checkout time correctly.
