« Blemished pearl of a stay »

Location is the only saving grace. The service team did their best but they were let down by the hotel’s set-up. For example, no English news channels, not enough power-points in the room for charging PDAs, and no hooks in the bathroom! And these are little things which should’ve been looked into without the guests having to bring them up. The breakfast set-up is also another major let-down. The coffee machine broke after a tour group came through one morning, and it seems there’s no other coffee machines in the hotel. The contingent was a pot of lukewarm and weak coffee for the rest of our stay. Not happy. We can go on and on but it would only fall on death ears so we won’t bother.We love Busan and will return but will not be sleeping at Ibis City Center, thank you.

We will check all items such as coffee machines to make the same mistake and not cause any inconvenience. I know a lot of disappointment while staying at our hotel. Staff were helpful, excellent hotel that even provided water dispensers perfect for when filling up water canisters before a tiring hike in Busan. Hotel is beside the market and easy access to the underground shopping street.

Front desk is not really helpful, no toothbrush & toothpaste provided in room, when I asked the front desk, I need to go there to pick up myself. Also as the premium member, I have extended late check out, but the lift card is not working after noon. When I told the front desk, no apologies & explanation to me.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in the suite of your Ibis Ambassador City Centre Busan. The room furnishings look dated and need renewal. The breakfast buffet selections could be enhanced with more international food. In general, the service staff are polite and helpful, but they need to be more English speaking to cater for international tourists.

« Relaxiong but some small issues »

Overall the hotel was very clean and well presented. The staff were amazing, very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We ate both breakfast and dinner in the Taste Restaurant. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least - bacon was undercooked and over fatty, waffles were cold and hard, scrambled eggs were watery. Dinner, however, it was like a whole new restaurant. Food was well cooked, attractively presented and delicious. The staff were very attentive but not overly intrusive. The dinner chefs could teach the breakfast chefs a lot!

Location is very good close to subway and have a traditional makert just right behind the hotel, for visitors are very good experience to explore the city.
