Good upgraded room. Decent set of amenities. Good location. Decent staff. No Bell boy as reception all the way up and back down to the room with more bags than hands. Lack of mineral water bottles.

pros: - can check-in early due to room availability, near metro station cons:- repetitive breakfast menu (fried rice, hams, scramble eggs, waffle), toothbrush/paste not part of free toiletries (buy at vending machine located in 10th flr)

Short stay, small room, comfortable bed, very small shower, breakfast was satisfactory

When we asked the receptionist about the nearest bulgogi restaurant from the hotel, he showed us the direction on the map, and then pointed out the place from the window in the bar in front of the reception to make sure that we can definitely go. We went to the restaurant and ate our dinner, thank you. Also, 2 young men on the first floor were very kind too. When taxi came for us, they came outside of the hotel to see off.

It is nice that the room is bigger than the one in Milan, but there are rubbish left by the last customer in the bin when we enter at the first day.

Check in process smooth and fast. Our room size is a bit small but the beds and sheets are comfortable and clean enough. Shower area have to be enlarged and renovate at your earliest convenience as the glass curtain got a big hole on it causing water leakage while showering. The overall design of the room is fine especially the open wardrobe and sofa. They are very applicable especially in such small rooms.

We had a great stay, very convenient location right next to the metro, markets next door and just a few stops via the metro to the fish markets or Busan Train station. The best news is the movie was correct we did not spot any zombies here at all, we felt very safe. Sydney maybe not so safe? Lot's of Zombies there, all with phones grafted to their hands.

As we were checking in, your manager or staff in the front desk behaved in a rude manner ordering us around. we are foreign guest in korea and certainly didnt expect to be treated such. I will not be picking Ibis any more if they cannot stick to their own advertised mottos. Please learn to respect your guests IBIS!
