Hotel is good and perfectly following the worldwide Ibis standard. Above a very good location and good reachable. I just don't feel recognized as being member. We got the welcome drink but for what reason we didn't get the room upgrade (the hotel was certainly not fully booked) …….. ? Then I also better don't mention what we did find under our bed. (long long time not cleaned !) On making reservation couldn't I trace back the booking on my Accor page, so I wrote email. I got this back : Dear Dr. F. On the other hand, I would like to sincere apologize your experience concerning recognized as a Accorhotels Le Club member and cleaness of room. For the this issue has been raised to all concerned Head of department and staffs who dealing with loyalty member about recognizing our best customer just like you. I immediately held the training session with our all staffs to teach importance our loyalty program, and I will held another service training regarding cleaness of room like under the bed. It is with much regret that the experience you described in your comment causes me deep concern. I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for your frustration and anxiety it caused you. The experience you have been through is unacceptable and it is an obvious lapse in service. Located right next to metro station and one station away from Seomyeon. Room size is ok, not too big and not too small. Room is a bit outdated but very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is just so so, don’t bother if you have to pay for that. Overall, this hotel is value for money.

Convenient location, not too far from the airport. Overall comfortable experience with good customer service. The only annoying aspect, the extreme cold from the A/C unit, which would turn itself on with no warning - probably not the same in every room
