It was a brief stay, but extremely pleasant and customer service was great! Especially the service from Minh at your lobby bar area. He was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

Hotel room is nice, and comfortable. Service was easy and cheerful. Breakfast was good. A couple other considerations - PLEASE don't give guests individual (small) water bottles for their daily water supply. How about a 19L jug and dispenser instead? It's very easy to drink the free 1.5 liters quickly. And then what remains is non-free overpriced Evian water. Don't make your guests PAY for drinking water. And let's use less plastic, please. Secondly, this hotel is designed very weird. There are no windows in the room that look outside. So it's dark in there. But the hallway outside is lined with windows. The room is on the interior, and the corridor is the exterior. Why on earth would the exterior corridor be priority for natural light over the interior rooms? Super strange.

I am glad that you found our room nice and comfortable, the service and breakfast met your expectation. I also appreciate your comment about reducing plastic waste. Actually, as part of our Planet 21 Accor Environmental Charter we constantly seek ways to reduce unnecessary plastic waste. However, since most of our guest still prefer to have complimentary bottled drinking water in room, while many others request for mineral water - such as Evian - which unfortunately over our budget to be offered for complimentary. These are the reason of the current water set up in our rooms. On the other side, knowing that a lot of our guests are very highly aware of environment protection, in any of our outlets, we still provide drinking water from dispenser upon guest's request. I feel sorry that the lighting in room was so bright as you expected. And I also apologize for the careless service in our Cafe Lautrec. This has been mentioned to the team for forthcoming training to avoid future occurrence. You have an excellent property and a great room - well designed! However, you may consider sound proofing your rooms - we could hear the cleaning and people taling noise from the corridor and also hear people talking in the next room including the shower running in the next room :) The design on the tissue roll in the bathroom is annoying. It keeps slipping and falling down. Thanks

Loved the hotel, very friendly reception, fabulous location, loved the room 2 things to improve on; 1) went to have breakfast in the hotel and could not get service. Had to ask for coffee 5 times before it arrived after 20 minutes. I asked staff for coffee and watched them stand around and do nothing. Ordered an omelette and it took 50 minutes to arrive, again only after repeatedly asking wait staff where it was. I have bee in the retaurant business for 45 years and this was the worst service I have seen. 2) When we checked in, the staff do not tell us about the 3rd floor or that we had breakfast included in our room.

The check in was easy and they upgraded our room and had "Mr. & Mrs." pillows on our bed for our honeymoon, which was cute. The staff were friendly. The room was nice - the only thing I would mention was that the water pressure in the shower was average and it was tough to get the right temperature (it was either too hot or too cold).

The room was spacious, and cleaned. But the bathtub is ridiculous. I booked the room for the bathtub but was a disappointment. The shower tap was spoilt and water flow was so weak, I gave up waiting for the tub to get filled up. I was not happy. The food at the restaurants were satisfactory. The staff are courteous and helpful. They were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. The bar server Anh was so extremely polite and fun. He also had a great sense of humor. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel location was ideal, especially due to the close proximity to the exciting old town.

The title says it all. The hotel is let down by its poorly lit rooms which whilst appealing to some, is likely not appreciated by the majority of guests.
