Stay was great and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was too high and the pillow was too soft. If only i can have a choice on the selrof the pillow types. The design and the concept of the room look beautiful and chic. However, it is not feasible. The toliet flush does not fill up the water fast enough for the next flush after each usage. Overall the stay was good. Housekeeping does a good job in cleaning the room and the stay was great.

Generally speaking, the overall service is good but there is definitely some improvement to be made in areas where guests have indicated their request. For me, i have specifically requested to have the same driver for my trip from hotel to airport, they gave me another driver. I have to remind the staff to serve my tea and my beef noodles when having breakfast at the hotel.

The Vietnamese food in the breakfast was terrible. My first breakfast was 5-Aug. The Pho was too salty, the beef was smelly like it spoiled. The BUN RIEU was salty too. I had to leave it. I told a lady (pregnant) in the bar to report to the kitchen and hope next day will be better. But no. Second day is 6-Aug was the same. Even I asked the guy serving hot kitchen that what type the chicken is. He answerred he didnt know. Omg. This cant be accepted in a 5-star-hotel. And as usual, the PHO was too salty. I ordered BANH DA CUA HAI PHONG and it salty too and the soup is not for it. They used the soup of BUN RIEU for it. Terrible. And no one explained me that I can order hot plate from menu beside the buffet. Either no one showed me that hot kitchen is outside. I had to explore by myself by observing other guests. This service is not 5-star-hotel.

We were great very badly and expected to sleep 3 in a bed otherwise pay an extra 250USD for a 5 night stay. The hotel knew in advance that we were 3 people so should have included a price for a second bed.

Front Office and Concierge Staffs were helpful and able to share their personal advise on places to visit in Hanoi. Restaurant Staffs during breakfast service were polite and prompt. My friend and I were greeted when we enter and exit the restaurant. Although on the first day of breakfast, I ordered French Crepe with Nutella as that order was missed out. Room was great, as the hotel was able to accommodate to my preference, which was to be at the high floor and away from the lift. Overall, i'm extremely satisfied and felt welcome.

A great experience all round. Your staff were especially good - nothing was too much trouble and they consistently went out of their way to assist us. Only one very minor problem - the room felt damp (Room 711) but we simply opened the windows slightly and this fixed the problem.

There was four of us staying and we all thought that the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast meals are excellent... I loved the fresh fruit that was available every morning... We really enjoyed our stay
