The hotel is located out of the centre of town, but there is a free shuttle to the market, museum, fun park and beach, Our deluxe room, on the eighteenth floor, was simply, but comfortably furnished and offered great views of the Han River, the bridges and surrounding mountains. Standard platinum Le Club Accor benefits were given: a one category room upgrade, club lounge access, fruit platter and welcome drink vouchers. A two hour city tour was also a nice little added extra. Evening canapes in the club lounge were plentiful and varied, with a free flow of beer, wine and spirits. We had breakfast in the restaurant which had a good selection of juices, bakery items and Vietnamese specialties. Pre- stay emails were answered promptly and most requests granted. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient.

The Grand Mercure Hotel Is a superbly appointed hotel situated in a a little island just offshore in the Han River just on the edge of the CBD. The spacious rooms are delightful and the view from our room up and down the river was magnificent. The restaurant provides a wide range of Asian and Western food at reasonable prices. The staff are helpful and pleasant, although they struggle a bit with English.

Date of arrival: 15.08.2019 (1 night) This is the third time i enjoy service.at grand mercure danang my room no 1711 (deluxe room) really appreciate for.the warm services of the staff. Several special point i need to point out here: 1. The room at 1711 is really very clean and tidy. excellant. 2. At 15.08.2019 is my uncle birthday, really a suprise the hotel staff arrange for my.uncle a.birthday cake in.room free of charge. thank you so much. 3. We enjoy.the gym and spa at 4 floor, PT there, mr long, mr luon, mr hung. help us lot as my.uncle do not know how to use the equipment there. and the spa manager ms hang introduce to us the spa service and package suitable to us. even this time we are too busy to enjoy the spa service. must try next time 4.We have mini.buffet at the date of arrival and have breakfast in the morning at the lounge at 21 floor, quiet and elegant. have a variety of food and.drink , wine available for free. 5. The front.desk: highly efficient(check out time is only 3 minutes), 4 female receptionist and 1 male staff (with glasses) always let me and my.uncle have a feeling of getting back home. really thank you. Surely will get back again, 5 star hotel service, (smooth as silk)

Location is convenient, room is comfortable and room services is nice but thats all about it. Staff is very unprofessional and impolite, pool is fairly nice but the smell killed it. Im not happy with the staff, especially the receptionist. I should have stay at Novotel in the first place, I chose Mercure because your hotel is near my marathon event point. Thank you.

Stayed in a one Bedroom Executive with a really good view over the river and access to the executive Lounge. The waiting staff in the executive lounge were excellent particularly Lan who was great. Also had lunch at the Chinese restaurant on site also very good.
