As a loyal Accor member I was very disappointed in this hotel. First of all I only found out that I would not be getting any AccorHotel points when the booking was already completed. + point was the breakfast

Ordered a twin room.....so having two single beds right beside each other and a shower literally in the bedroom is not acceptable. We still need space and privacy from the other person in the room.

I stayed 2 nights and this was awfull... From 10pm, people making noise slamming doors all the time and partying all night in and outside the hotel. The staff at the reception said he couldn't do something about it 'cause we were in Amsterdam.... There was not enough towels (2 for 3 persons) and upper bed was not made.

A kind of after party occurred on the parking lot and my staff obvious wasn't able to stop this, the door slamming and noise they should have noticed earlier. I want to make you a credit refund in the amount of €150. As you paid online I'm not able to see your details anymore, is it possible for you to send me your Iban account number, the swift and the BIC code from your bank so I can make the refund. I wish I had known about the shower and toilet facilities beforehand has I would have booked a different room. Also there was way less space than expected, especially for three people and shower wasn't very clean.

Overall, a very pleasant stay indeed. Rooms are good, wifi's good and most important of all, the staff are great - really friendly and helpful. The only reason I couldn't give a 10 in the rating - was the constantly banging/slamming doors of other guests and the morning cleaners. So bad sometimes - that it destroyed the value of what in the main are very well sound-proofed rooms. But that is just one negative - and I would without hesitation - recommend the hotel to other travellers - as well as stay there again myself. :)

Had a bad sleep, temperature in the room was quite high (23 degr), I couldn't control the climate/ themostat (didn't work), opening the window was not an option of the noise (highway nearby). Breakfast was good. Wouldn't book it again, only as a last option. It looked clean. The shower was fluctuating cold and hot.

When booking this hotel it’s advertised as in short distance from the centre of Amsterdam. It is in fact only 25 minutes on a bus but it cost 3 of us over £30 a day and last bus was 11.30pm from Amsterdam so to stay out past that would mean taxi of over £40/50 a day! This is not in short distance. It’s 2.30 hours walk!! You also can’t pay for the bus in cash. Luckily one of us had cash in their account or we would have been stuck! Also I travel a lot and even in some of the cheapest hotels their is still a hairdryer but none in sight and I don’t take one away now because I’ve never needed to. Hotel was clean and friendly however the miss leading location actually ruined our holiday and I’d rather have paid the extra £200 it cost in travel staying closer

The service of the mobile receptionists was EXCELLENT! Esme, in particular, went over and beyond the call of duty even prior to our arrival. Everyone was warm, helpful, and accommodating from beginning to end. The hotel should explain climate control more clearly on their advertisements. When we read "airconditioning" listed as an amenity, we were under the impression that we had the freedom / option to use it as we pleased. The room was uncomfortably warm on most nights. Housekeeping needs to be improved. There were three of us sharing a room but the bunk bed was never cleaned nor made once during our stay. Other than poor housekeeping, the triple sharing room was comfortable enough to make for a very pleasant stay whilst visiting Amsterdam.

The Hotel was really value for money and we found it convenient
